Alpha Thane stepped into his home, greeted by the warm glow of the fireplace and the chatter of his family. His heart swelled as he saw Ryder, their firstborn, playing with the twins, Aurora and Aiden.

Thane dropped his bag and joined the fun, sweeping Aurora into a playful spin while Aiden giggled and clung to his leg. He bent over to ruffled Ryder's hair, asking him about his studies and his training with the pack warriors. Luna Lila watched, a gentle smile on her face, but Thane could tell something is bothering her, he had sense her uneasiness all day, pulling her into his warm embrace he gave her a quick kiss on her lips.

She lean into his embrace and placed her hands on his chest she whispered, " we need to talk .

As the evening unfolded, Thane made a mental note to address his mate concerns later. After putting the children to bed, he guided lila to their bedroom.

"Hey, my love," Thane said, enveloping her in a warm hug. "What's troubling you? I can feel it through our bond."

Lila's tension eased slightly in his embrace. "It's just... something strange happened today. Aurora bruised her knee, and Aiden felt it too. I've never seen anything like it."

Thane's eyebrows shot up in surprise. "Felt it? What do you mean?"

Luna lila explained the incident, her voice laced with worry. "Aiden was with me this evening on our balcony reading his books, and Aurora was playing at the training ground with the Ryker, I just heard Aiden crying out in pain holding his bruised knee, surprised, I wondered how he got the bruise because he was sitting down quietly. I was still pondering over that when Ryker came in with a crying Aurora telling me she bruised her knees while playing."

Thane's expression turned from calm to astonishment,His eyebrows shot up, and his eyes widened

"what?"he whispered,"Aiden felt Aurora's pain ? this... this is beyond anything I've heard."

Luna Lila nodded , concern etched on her face, her eyes searching his. "And he had a bruise on his knee, identical to Aurora's.What if it's something bad? What if they're connected in a way that can harm them?"

Grabbing her firmly by the shoulder, His eyes locked onto his mate face , worry lines creased his forehead, " we knew our twins are special Lila , but you have nothing to worry about .I'll stay home tomorrow and research,We'll talk to the elders, seek guidance. Our twins will be fine".

He pulled her closer, his voice a gentle whisper. "Don't worry too much, my love. We'll figure this out together."

Luna's tension dissipated, replaced by trust in her mate

The next morning, Alpha Thane rose before dawn, his mind still reeling from the previous night conversation with his mate. Leaving his side of bed he looked at his mate sleeping peacefully,he knew she was worried about the twins and he was worried also . giving her a quick kiss on her forehead he went to his study to sought answers, determined to understand the mysterious bond between their twins.

Alpha thane sat at his desk , pouring over ancient texts and prophecy,but he still couldn't find anything related to his twins connection. He decided to let his beta investigate it further.

After a quick breakfast,Alpha Thane summoned his Beta, Michael.

"Michael, I need your help," Thane said, his voice low. " something extraordinary happen between my twins yesterday, Aurora was injured and Aiden could feel her pain and even had an identical bruise on his knees. I have never heard of such thing nor was it in any of our record. I want you to dig into it, See if there's any record of such a bond in any pack's history.take anything you need I want you to leave immediately, and please do it discreetly I don't want anything that could cause conflict with any pack.

Michael nodded, his expression serious. "I'll do as you say, and report back to you once I found any lead or any information about it." bidding his alpha good bye ,beta Micheal stood up from the chair he was sitting on making his way to the door,he look back with a reassuring smile, "Don't worry I'll be back with good news.
