Talentless Transmigration

Chapter 98: Letter

(A letter from Stein to Julian, a month or so after he got his body back)

Dear Julian,

You have a very lame name, did you know that?

Julian. It's a bit childish. Like a nickname for one named Julius.

But, I have not come to ridicule you. Instead, I've come to inform you.

Basically, you were sent to a separate realm. How exactly? I'm not sure either. But, I can explain a few things to you.

Time will work differently in these realms. Your memory was erased anyway, but the version of you that came to me was tall and appeared a lot stronger than your current frail body. A little on the lean side, though.

This muscle mass, and your control over your muscle, could not be obtained in such a short time.

So, I've come to that conclusion.

Whichever realm you were sent to, there must've been a lot of troubles and dangers. It must've been pretty hot, since you were a little more tan, as well.

But, as I also wish to inform you, I have also written this to warn you.

I have interacted with you far too much. One of your strangest qualities is your complete lack of mana, and its inability to be fixed.

Normally, when a regular being's mana is completely taken away, they die, or... ascend.

But you? Neither has occurred.

However, that's not important.

Because you have no mana, all of my mana lingers around you.

I have a lot of enemies. If anyone of my enemies detect my mana on you, there's gonna be a lot of trouble.

My enemies are very strong. You are not.

The next time I see you, I'll give you something that helps you.
