Surviving the Apocalypse with my Multiplier System

Rayne followed the others to the large washroom where they were allowed to take a shower. She, along with the other ladies, spent the entire day practicing how to sit, walk, and even talk.

As the cold water ran down her body, Rayne was lost in thought, thinking about Julian.

"I wonder if any of these new moves would actually work on him," she mumbled under her breath. A comical scene formed in my mind of me catwalking over to Julian's side.

I hope he's okay...

Before Rayne had a chance to finish showering, Leader Rose walked into the washroom.

"Ladies, line up in front of me. I was given a report on today's lesson, and wish to reward the ladies who did exceptionally well."

Rayne walked over to join the others in the center of the room.

"Tamara, Rayne, and Helmi! The three of you have grasped today's lesson exceptionally well. You will follow me for a special gift!"

Tamara stepped forward, swinging her hips from side to side as she was taught today. Her face was full of smiles as she turned to face the others with a look that read 'I'm better than you'.

Rayne exchanged a look with Helmi, wondering what they did to earn a reward. Neither of them was overly proactive during the lesson, only doing the bare minimum to fit in.

They stepped forward to join Tamara at the front. "Everyone, follow me back to your room, while you three will follow me somewhere else."

After the others were dropped off, Rayne, Helmi, and Tamara followed Leader Rose farther down the hall to a different room they'd never been in.

All three of them were still wearing only the small towel they were given for the shower, and Rayne was starting to feel cold.

Though it was very hot out, this underground base was many levels underground, keeping it very cool at all times.

"Okay, girls. This room contains very special items. The senior girls get to come here more often based on how well they perform. Today, I'm taking you here so that you can pick out a small reward."

As soon as she opened the door, Rayne noticed a plethora of items all over the room. It reminded her of a small-scale department store that catered to women.

There were shelves of beauty products, makeup, perfumes, purses, shoes, dresses, lingerie, along with many other lucrative items that appealed to those with feminine interests.

Tamara immediately squealed as she walked inside. Her eyes wandered through the shelves, sorting through all of the options.

"I will allow you all to choose one small item. Jewelry and other luxury products like these purses are also off limits. When you make your choice, bring your item to me for approval. You have ten minutes."

Tamara ran off towards the makeup products while Helmi looked at Rayne, wondering what she should do.

The only thing on Rayne's mind was putting some clothes on, so she scanned the room to find where the clothing was.

Towards the back of the room, there were a few racks with beautiful dresses. Rayne walked over towards that area, trying to find something that she could wear without looking like she was attending a wedding.

Most of the dresses on the hangers were very opulent, covered in gems and expensive embroidery, not something suitable for everyday wear.

She continued to look until Helmi walked over. "What are you thinking?" she asked curiously.

"I'm thinking about putting some actual clothes on. I don't want to sleep another night in that corset if I can help it," replied Rayne.

"Oh! That's a good idea! I was originally thinking about choosing a face cream or something," Helmi said shyly. Even she wasn't immune to the charm of this place.

Both of them continued to look through the clothing racks until Rayne spotted a box of clothing in the corner.

The clothing in this box was a lot more sexy than the elegant dresses, but was made with a much more comfortable material.

The first few dresses were barely long enough to cover any of her important parts, rendering them useless.

It took Rayne a few minutes of digging through the box to find a long black maxi dress. It was made out of a stretchy material that would cling to every curve when worn. Though it had two very large slits that went above the thighs, it was still the most covering dress in the whole box.

"Okay, I think this is what I want," said Rayne, and turned to wait for Helmi to pick out her item.

Helmi followed Rayne's lead and began to dig through the box. There weren't any more long dresses, so she chose the next best option: a bright red dress made from the same stretch material. It was just above the knee in length and had a plunging neckline, but it was still much better than the lingerie they were wearing.

Both Rayne and Helmi brought their chosen items to Leader Rose for approval.

"Yes, good choice, ladies. Those dresses will accentuate your curves! I approve."

Tamara came over a few minutes later, holding a golden tube of red lipstick.

"This is what I want! I've always wanted a lipstick from this brand!" she exclaimed happily.

Leader Rose smiled and nodded, "I approve." She turned to face all of us. "Now, ladies, along with the small gifts, I wanted to let you know that you've all been chosen to go through a more advanced training."

"Does that mean that we will finish training faster than the rest?" asked Tamara with sparkling eyes.

"Precisely! And, assuming you all do a good job with the advanced lessons, I will give each of you my recommendation!" answered Leader Rose.

While Tamara was visibly excited and full of smiles, Rayne and Helmi were unsure what to think.

Rayne only wanted to get closer to Damien, while Helmi wanted to survive this place.

A sudden thought came to Rayne. If the leader's recommendation allowed her to get closer to Damien, then that would give her the perfect opportunity to kill him and end all of this chaos.

Her eyes twinkled with a dangerous glow, she was now a lot more interested in these advanced lessons.

"Is there a cap on how high a leader we can get?" asked Rayne. She wanted to know her chances of getting close to Damien.

Leader Rose let out a small laugh, happy to see that Rayne finally showed a reaction to her training. She was worried that Rayne wouldn't be able to be converted, but it seemed like a few simple words were enough to break her.

"Great question! So normally it takes beauties some time before they can begin to see upper leadership. However, with a special recommendation, this gets bypassed and it's possible to be matched with even the most powerful men in the organization," said Leader Rose.

Rayne nodded, happy to hear that was the case. She now had a new goal for herself: Work hard to obtain a recommendation and somehow catch Damien's eye.
