[Rewards accordingly would be distributed]
[The user would be allowed to keep all of his stats that he had gained in this pocket fragment]

[Items that cannot be taken would be disintegrated]
[The items that have been deemed to be allowed outside of the pocket fragment are...]
[The user is allowed to keep all the stat elixirs]
[The user is allowed to keep all the gold taels]
[Everything else shall be disintegrated]
[The second reward gain is now in progress]
[Upon the death of the slaughterer of the East, the user has gained the following items]
[#1: The orb of corruption (SSS)]
[#2: The orb of Absorption (SS+)]
[#3: Elixir of immortality]
[The user can check all the relevant information on them by clicking on them]
Wei Jun took a deep breath in the bright white space. There was nothing far away in the distance except for white light. Even the sound in the space was numbed. He couldn't even hear his own steps or his own voice.
Ignoring all of it by shaking his head, Wei Jun checked the plethora of notifications in his view. Wei Jun read them all and then checked what had been removed from him and from his inventory, and except for the stat elixirs and the gold taels, everything else he gained, such as weapons, treasures, and others, by killing the living beings, were gone.
He wasn't much distraught, though, as he read the description of the items he had obtained were enough to make him forget that slight loss.
[The orb of corruption]
[Tier: SSS]
[Description: A magical item used by the tribe of Heretics that brought the gods of that time to their knees
The main targeted ones were the apostles of the gods and the power within them
They corrupted that power and in doing so, the very essence of the gods, slowly driving them mad and corrupted until they lost their minds and attacked other gods
Those who incited the great war of the gods, yet they themselves lost nothing]
[Effect: Obtain the skill to convert a target's power to the affinity of darkness, which would also consume their minds]
[Cost: 10,000,000 Death Qi]
[Cooldown: None]
[Probability:
For those weaker than the user: 100%
For those on the same level as the user: 30%
For those stronger than the user: 2%]

===
[The orb of Absorption]
[Tier: SS+]
[Type: Triat]
[Description: Witchcraft of the highest level to obtain the life force of your targets
But be warned, you won't only obtain their life force but their emotions, their life's experiences, and memories as well]
[Error]
[The trait will be modified according to the user's power]
[A change in description will occur]
[A change in the effect would occur]
[Description: Witchcraft of the highest level to obtain the life force of your targets
Through modification according to the user's inherent power, the negative limitations have been removed
Instead, the user cannot gain the inherent power to assimilate with himself, but the absorbed power will be diverted to death as no power source has been detected in the user's soul]
[Effect: Absorb everything that belongs to the branch of Death]
[Limitations applied]
[Cost: None]
[Cooldown: None]

[A message from the system]
[The user can only gain one of the two orbs]
[Please choose wisely]
'Why not both?' Wei Jun asked the system inwardly because his voice was muted outside in the space.
[Unusual advantage due to the limit of the natural laws cannot be given]
[Please choose one of the following]
'What will happen to the other one?' Wei Jun asked.
[The user can grant it to someone else or exchange it for one wish in the capacity of the item's worth]
'...' Wei Jun remained silent. There was something he wanted, but he didn't know how to go with it. The items were both very precious and useful, and the fact that Wei Jun could only take one was a little frustrating, but since he couldn't do anything else, he had to choose one.
'Is it possible to trade one of these items to reconnect the system with the overseer, Si Jie?' Wei Jun asked.
[Calculating]
[Calculating]
[Calculating]
[No item can be traded for the user's request]
[However, there is one possible alternative]
'What is that?' Wei Jun asked.
[Coupled with the Orb of corruption, the user would have to give each of his physical stats by 200]
[Coupled with the Orb of absorption, the user would have to give each of his physical stats by 400]
Once again, Wei Jun remained silent. If before the system had asked that, Wei Jun wouldn't have done so, but what the system was asking for now was quite affordable.
[Strength: 1960] [+700]
[Stamina: 1960] [+700]
[Agility: 1960] [+700]
[Defense: 1960] [+700]
As if the choice had been made, Wei Jun immediately selected 200 each of his physical stats, 800 of them at once, which caused his heart to bleed blood which was ironic, but Wei Jun knew it would be profitable in the long run.
'Use option 1. Connect me with him.' Wei Jun instructed.
[Instructions have been obtained]
[Connection would be shortly initiated]
[Time remaining: 1 hour]
'Haa...' Wei Jun sighed. Done with that, there was only one thing left to do or check to be more accurate.
[Elixir of immortality]
[Tier: Undetermined]
[Description: A miraculous elixir that once changed the fate of those who were mocked by fate itself
Be warned, though
Power brought by darkness comes with heavy consequences]
[Effect: For five minutes, turn into a monster that cannot be killed by any means, even vaporization at the cost of your sanity]
[Monsterization: +1000 all stats]
[Cost: None]
[Cooldown: 1 month]
'What a bunch of useless limitations.' Wei Jun couldn't help but be annoyed, but just when he thought everything had ended, he heard a voice.
"Annoying, aren't they?" Wei Jun turned to look at a man he didn't know. He had never seen him before, but he felt something familiar coming from him.
Fear and authority, while at the same time, benevolence.
The kind a father would have for his son. But he was sure he had never seen that man before, and it sure as hell wasn't his father.
Pitch black hair, deep dark eyes, pale skin color, his accent a tint of British, and his height at about 6 feet 3, he stood with an imposing aura that was reminiscent of his father's. Had he not known what his father looked like, if there was no image, Wei Jun would have thought it was his father through and through.
"The limits, I mean." The man spoke once again.
"Who are you?" Wei Jun asked. He was surprised he could speak now, but that was the least of his concerns. The man before him was someone. Someone Wei Jun feared greatly.
"Just someone." The man replied.
"Who?" Wei Jun asked again.
"So many questions and none of them useful. As if you're deliberately wasting your chances." The man said.
"..." Wei Jun remained silent as if relaying his stance.
"Haa..." The man sighed before he pointed a finger at Wei Jun and said, "I'm that."
Wei Jun looked slightly down at where the man was pointing, and he saw the 'Sword of Chaos' in his left hand that wasn't there before.
"You're the sword?" Wei Jun asked.
"The entity inside it, yes. Although I have been a little altered to suit you, I'm still the same at essence."
At the man's reply, Wei Jun figured out what his words meant. The sword was originally known as the 'Sword of Devastation', but it had been changed according to Wei Jun and had become the 'Sword of Chaos'.
"So?" Wei Jun asked.
"Still a useless question." The man said before he took a step. Wei Jun instantly put up his guard, but the man had disappeared right before his eyes. Wei Jun hadn't even blinked yet, and the man had vanished.
"What you should be asking is 'What now?'" Wei Jun heard a voice behind him and hurriedly turned, only to see nothing when he felt a presence behind him.
He once again turned, only to see the man sitting on top of a black, stylish throne that had appeared out of nowhere, just like the man, eating something from his hand.
"You're truly hopeless, aren't you? Not flexible at all." The man said mid chewing. Wei Jun kept his alarmed gaze at the man and waited for the man to make a move, but the man calmly finished whatever he was eating and said, "We have a lot to talk about..."
The man then looked at Wei Jun, his eyes peering deep into his soul, "Damien."
