Start by Eating Jake Jake no Mi

After defeating the king and the armies of this kingdom, Masa directly occupied the castle of the Drum Kingdom. His behavior was like that of a pirate, yet after everyone saw his power, no one thought to fight, and Masa didn't seem to have an interest in them, so all of them sighed in relief. 

As long as they didn't trouble Masa, everything would be alright, they thought, so they just continued their lives as usual. However, then again, they wondered what would happen to their future. 

Yet, Masa didn't care about that since he had to say that his gains on this island were great, especially when he gained two Devil Fruits directly. 

Baku Baku no Mi and Noko Noko no Mi. 

Still, because of those two Devil Fruits, he had to say that the Drum Kingdom was an island with a lot of blessings. A place full of snow like this should be in poverty, and people would be living a hard life, yet somehow, the medical knowledge in this kingdom was so advanced, and the economics of the people in this country also wasn't bad since unlike the neighboring country, the people in this country had no need to raise a rebellion.

Masa might have a Jake Jake no Mi, which allowed him to devour, but he knew himself that instead of devouring, he used those he ate corpses he had eaten like a jacket inside his body. He turned those he had devoured into jacket-like existence inside his body, mixed them together, and wore them to gain their abilities instead of completely devouring them like what the Baku Baku no Mi did. 

While Masa didn't want to admit it, he had to say that the Jake Jake no Mi wasn't such a powerful Devil Fruit and similar to the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard before, he had to evolve it; if he wanted it to be better.

This was probably one of the buggiest Devil Fruits in One Piece, Masa thought. 

On the other hand, Noko Noko no Mi was also quite good as it allowed one to control and create mushrooms.
