I move away from the girl before she decides to drag Kurumi and me into these requests for help.

"My, my, Aurelio-san is so kind" Kurumi says with a little smile.

"Good thing you came quickly, I need help with my phone" She hands me the phone, I look to see if there's anything important.

"...A virus?...wait, are you really asking for help?" She nods as she goes back to doing whatever she was doing.

"..." I fiddle with the phone for a while, but I don't see anything too important.

'No, she wouldn't give me this without a reason, if the phone has a virus, she would just rewind the phone's time with one of her angel's shots...' I look more closely.

'Maybe it's outside?' I open the back of the phone and see a piece of paper.

And my second code name is [Shinigami], which is the code name I already knew.

This guy is strange, in the anime it wasn't made very clear what his real objectives are, besides that he didn't show aversion to the spirits, he even stole a demon king for himself.

This is another point that intrigues me, how he stole a demon king, and how he got through the compatibility, technically you can't have an angel that isn't compatible with you.

If I knew how he did it, I could steal the angels and demon kings for myself without worrying about being killed by the power itself.

'Anyway, I still need to make Shiori responsible for the end of this world in some way, or I need to make her kill everyone who's relevant, and then I can just eliminate the rest...'

If she does that, I fulfill my part and I might even gain more power indirectly.

"Kurumi, could you come help me?" I ask Kurumi, coming out of my daydreaming.

"Hihihi, of course, Aurelio-san" She giggles as if she expected me to ask something not so normal.

'She knows me pretty well...' Of course, the "help" I want won't be normal, I just thought of something.

I take Kurumi with me to take a walk, soon we enter the haunted house, one of the events the students set up.

"My, my, Aurelio-san, so bold to invite me on a date, I thought you were committed, you're really a ladies' man" She says jokingly as we enter.

"Kurumi...I'm going to help you kill the original spirit" I say to her without beating around the bush, she makes a look of total surprise, then adopts a serious expression.

"And why would you help me, Aurelio-san?" Her question no longer has that playful tone from before, as if my answer here would define whether she'll be my enemy or not.

'If I said I just want to help, our alliance would end here...' I'll be "honest" about this.

"I want to steal something from the original spirit" She looks at me inquiringly.

"And may I know what that would be?" She seems to have a little curiosity, but her tone is more on the serious side.

"Her corpse" She looks at me with total surprise.

"I didn't know you were a necrophiliac" She says with a bit of disgust in her tone.

"Nothing so...disgusting, I'm not the type that gets excited by corpses, I want it for something else" If the original spirit has a Sephira, I want it for myself, and even if she doesn't, I have another use for it.

My power works on the same basis as the power of the gods, in short, I believe the power the original spirit uses follows the same pattern, so I believe I can use it as an offering to Nix.

If I offer something to her, I can ask for something in return, I bet the original spirit's body would be a good offering.

"So you're saying you'll help me in exchange for her body..." She speaks as if confirming.

"Yes, that's basically it" I don't want a corpse if it's not useful.

"And if I...refuse" She asks while looking me straight in the eyes.

"I'll kill you" A warning, not a threat, Kurumi knows well that our relationship is based on interest, at the moment one of us loses interest in the other, this partnership ends.

However, Kurumi has shown herself to be quite sentimental as the work progressed, unlike me, I won't hesitate to betray her for my goal, in fact I'm always thinking of plans to kill the original Kurumi.

Of course, I doubt she would hesitate to kill me, but I can use her sentimentality to hinder her if necessary.

In the anime, she lost to Kotori and was almost killed because she underestimated Kotori and didn't know how strong her enemy was, but in my case, she knows to a certain extent what I can do and how far my limit goes.

That's why she has considerable chances of winning, and she would hardly fight a direct fight, among the spirits, few can come at me in a direct fight because of Natanael and Belial.
