After the meeting with the superiors of the Takagi shelter, Renji and the group gathered near where the microbus was parked—a meeting where they decided where they would start the rescues. In the end, he asked everyone to rest for the rest of the day because, with the first rays of the sun, those who wanted to participate in the rescue group would leave the Takagi shelter to rescue their families.

But before the group separated, he warned everyone to keep their weapons with them at all times. And if anyone demanded that they hand them over to adults, to tell them to "fuck off." After all, taking away their weapons in the current situation is throwing them to the lions unarmed.

Also, remembering the situation of the city and the large number of zombies that could be attracted by the sound involuntarily emitted by the shelter, due to the large concentration of people there.

Winking at Rei, he said that, because of the beauty of the girls in the group, it would be dangerous for them to be unarmed if someone forced themselves on them. "But if that's your fetish... what can you do!" he said while looking into the eyes of each of the men in the group, stopping for a moment longer while looking at Takeshi.

Dismissing everyone, he asked Rei to stay behind to "talk about the plans." When the others were a little far away, he went to her ear and invited her to do a glute workout because, due to the situation, she must train her body properly.

Putting his arm around her shoulders, he guided her into the mansion, making Rei's heart beat uncontrollably. But, to her disappointment, a large explosion made the ground shake.

With a slight smile that lasted for a moment, Renji asked Rei to gather the group so they could protect themselves and ran to his red Ninja motorcycle. Getting on it, he accelerated and sped out of the property, startling everyone he passed.

Far from the people of the shelter, he emitted a dark purple aura that took the form of three crows that flew each in a different direction, while riding the red Ninja at high speed, making a lot of noise, going towards his goal—a certain elementary school that at the moment is under the protection of the police and self-defense forces.

As cover for his actions, he had a horde of approximately 500 zombies stay in the vicinity of the Takagi mansion shelter while commanding the rest to spread throughout the city, creating the illusion for the shelter that he had attracted most of the zombies away.

Meanwhile, at the Takagi shelter.

Rei, who had received the mission to gather the student group, did not need much effort because all the people in the mansion were attracted by the explosion and Renji's departure in sequence.

Under Renji's influence, Saeko began to give orders for people to block the gate and bring things to serve as a platform for them to use the walls of the property to fight against the zombies, who would soon arrive at the shelter.

Perhaps because of her dignified posture or for some other obscure reason, the people who listened to her could not contradict her, quickly doing what she had ordered. With all the noise, Saya's parents came out of the mansion. Seeing that Saeko's orders were correct, they agreed with them but ordered that after barricading the gate and creating an improvised platform for them to kill the zombies, he asked everyone to gather in front of the entrance of the mansion.

Working quickly, they used a truck to block the outside of the gate, reinforcing the inside with iron and wood bars pointed at the gap between the truck and the ground to prevent the zombies from getting too close to the gate.

For the platform, they used crates, cars, and everything they could carry that would allow them to get close to the top of the wall. When the work was almost finished, as if a button had been pressed, the zombies ran to the mansion in a frenzy. Unlike the old, slow zombies, they ran over those slower or those who fell on the ground.

With a demonstration of force and violence, the zombies crashed into the truck, causing the wall of the mansion to tremble. After the shock, the zombies tried frantically to get through the truck, with many being crushed and trapped trying to pass under the truck, ending with those in front being impaled.

The unusual behavior of the zombies scared everyone inside the mansion grounds, causing them to stand still in shock. Returning to control only after Mr. Takagi shouted, commanding everyone to resist the zombies before they could pass through the wall.

Acting quickly, regardless of whether they were men or women, except for children under 10 years old, the other members of the Takagi shelter took up arms to survive. Demonstrating the resilience of humanity, although many had never held weapons, or even taken a life larger than an insect, they brandished their weapons with fervor.

Despite the demonstration of resistance, the frenzy of the zombies was overwhelming. They crashed and climbed on top of those who fell, forming a mountain of zombies that allowed them to pass through the wall.

Seeing the danger of the situation, Mr. Takagi was the first to act, brandishing his sword, and beheading a zombie with each blow. And with each dead zombie, a strange energy burned in the chest of the people who fought by his side.

While bravely brandishing his sword, several bodies and heads of zombies ended up piling up around him. That's when he felt a sharp pain coming from his heel. When he looked, the decapitated head of one of the zombies bit him. Closing his eyes for a moment, while breathing deeply, Mr. Takagi advanced carelessly, cutting down all the zombies in his path.

Having become infected with the zombie virus, Mr. Takagi used all his strength to kill as many zombies as he could while, at the same time, he went deeper into the horde, moving away from all the other members of the shelter.
