Chapter 601: Crawling In

```
Whoosh...
Outside, more than ten Golden Vans.
Everyone surged forward. Over ten vehicles started quickly and then sped straight towards University Town. The speed was high, and in the blink of an eye, they had rushed far away.
University Town.
Hanmen Restaurant had already closed for the day. It was now past one in the morning.
As the manager of the restaurant, Li Fangrui was very busy with her daily work. After finishing her duties each day, she had to manage the accounts, ensure the books were balanced, and then send them back to headquarters.
That would be the end of it.
Li Fangrui had just lain down when a clamor began to make its way from outside.
This noise gave her an unsettling feeling.
Like the other staff members of the restaurant, Li Fangrui lived in Hanmen Restaurant within University Town. The top two floors of the restaurant were designated for staff accommodation. There were several rooms, with Li Fangrui in a room of her own, and others sharing dormitory rooms, housing either two or four people each. The benefits were rather good, including board and lodging with utility bills covered by the company. The rooms were equipped with air conditioning and floor heating.
The living environment was naturally beyond question. Everyone was very satisfied with the company's conditions. Without spending a penny of their own, they could live in such a pleasant environment, and the salaries were high too. Thus, the turnover rate at Hanmen Restaurant was very low. Unless there was an emergency at home that made someone painfully leave the job, they would never consider leaving it.
Thump, thump, thump...
Suddenly, Li Fangrui's door was knocked on.
"Who is it?" Li Fangrui cautiously asked, dressed in her pajamas.
"Director Li, it's me!" The head chef, a typical burly man from the Northeast, urgently called out, "A lot of people have arrived outside, you... you better come and see quickly!"
"What?" Li Fangrui panicked and hurriedly opened the door. Then she asked, "What's going on?"
"I don't know!" The chef shook his head and said, "It seems... like they might be from a gang."
"Let's go down and see!" Li Fangrui hastily said.
The one leading was Hei Tie, who stood out in the crowd with his towering height of over 1.9 meters.
As Li Fangrui looked at the dark mass of people, her legs began to tremble uncontrollably. Summoning her courage, she asked, "Who... who are you people?"
"Heh heh..." Hei Tie chuckled and said, "Yo, a girl comes out? Someone, take her away for me!"
"Yes!" The crowd immediately came forward and took away Li Fangrui, who had gone limp.
"Behave yourselves, I don't want to see anything in Hanmen Restaurant left intact." Hei Tie roared, "Otherwise, don't blame me for not being polite!"
"Yes!" His underlings shouted in response, "We guarantee not to leave anything intact."
"Good." Hei Tie snorted coldly and shouted, "Go for it!"
Whoosh...
Clang...
Soon, sounds of destruction echoed from inside.
Many people were shadowing Hei Tie's movement. The Dao Meng people followed all the way.
Not far away, several vehicles were parked by the roadside, recording the scene. Even Captain Liu and his police force were on site as onlookers.
"Captain Liu, why aren't we stopping them?" asked a young officer.
"As long as there are no fatalities, let them make a fuss," Captain Liu waved his hand and said, "We can't intervene anymore."
"Ah..." The young officer sighed and said, "Didn't we swear on entering the service that we'd protect the sacred inviolability of the people's property? But now, we..."
"Little Xiao, we must recognize the reality and the situation!" Captain Liu laughed and said, "Sometimes, there is a gap between ideals and reality!"
"I..." The junior officer frowned.
"Enough, if you don't want to watch, then let's go," Captain Liu replied indifferently.
Hei Tie's people spent over an hour smashing Hanmen Restaurant from top to bottom. Even the exterior wall decorations were not spared. Anything that could be smashed was shattered.
"Brothers, satisfied with the smashing yet?" Hei Tie asked.
"Not satisfied!" The underlings laughed heartily.
"Good, then let's continue at another place!" Hei Tie snorted and said, "Get in the cars!"
Once again, everyone got into their vehicles.
```

Everyone was shouting frantically, their excitement and agitation palpable.

This time, their target was Shuimu University. Hei Tie had sworn in his heart to capture Xiao Han from inside the university and present him at Liu Ergou's spirit hall to offer Xiao Han's head as a sacrifice to the lost soul of Liu Ergou.

At the entrance of Shuimu University.

The security guard on duty was dozing off, appearing somewhat weary.

His eyes were half-closed, and he was slumped against the glass. The night breeze was comfortable, lulling him towards sleep as he rocked back and forth. Grease from the guard's face left a smudge on the glass, and drool trickled from the corner of his mouth, as if he were in the midst of a delightful dream.

The main gate of Shuimu University was locked, except for a temporary passage that required the guard's control. If someone from outside wanted to enter, they needed the guard's consent. Usually, if it was a student returning late from the internet café who could show their student ID or similar documentation, they were allowed in without much issue.

However, it was now well past 2 a.m., and hardly anyone was coming or going, which is why the guard was sleeping so soundly, so deeply.

Suddenly, more than ten Golden Vans sped toward the gate.

"Open the gate!" A loud voice exploded.

Frightened, the security guard jolted awake from his slumber. He shivered and quickly looked outside.

Unexpectedly, he saw a number of people surrounding the school entrance. At that sight, he was so startled he almost fell off his chair, nearly collapsing in fear.

"Fuck." The guard trembled as he grabbed the walkie-talkie and shouted, "Captain Li, this is bad, this is really bad, people are here, lots of them."

"What's going on?" a sleepy voice came through the walkie-talkie.

"A bunch of people have shown up at the main entrance, it looks like they're going to break in," the guard said, scared stiff.

"Damn it, I'm on my way with backup!" Li Aibin immediately put down the walkie-talkie and, calling his colleagues, ran towards the gate.

Seeing this, the gate's guard quickly tried to stall, asking curiously, "What's going on?"

"Open up!" Hei Tie roared again.

"Who are you guys??" Li Aibin asked awkwardly.

"Fuck, it's none of your business, just open the gate now!" Hei Tie bellowed again.

The guard frowned, huffed coldly, and then said, "This is Shuimu University, not a place for you to cause trouble. You better leave quickly, or don't blame us for calling the police!"

"Go ahead and call the police, I won't spare you when I get in!" Hei Tie's threat was imposing, scary enough to make the guard's whole body shake. "Fuck, don't threaten me!" the guard blurted out.

"Hmph!" Hei Tie snorted coldly. "You'd better open the gate right now, otherwise I won't let you off easy today."

"Very well." The guard nodded. "You guys... you need to identify yourselves first. Otherwise, I'm definitely not opening the gate!"

Hei Tie squinted his eyes, looking extremely irritated.

But to Hei Tie, being questioned by a mere security guard was an insult to his pride. He snorted coldly and ordered, "Some of you, go and break that gate open for me!"

The gates of Shuimu University were large and tall, the kind that couldn't be scaled. To open them, one had to either break through by force or open them from the inside.

"Big brother, I'll climb over!" a skinny man spoke up.

"Good!" Hei Tie nodded.

The man quickly sprang up, grabbed an iron pole, and started climbing. In no time, he was halfway up.

Realizing something was wrong, the guard immediately grabbed a long bamboo pole and rushed outside. Originally used to deal with students who tried to climb over the gate at night, it was now being wielded against these unknown intruders.

Thud...

With a poke from the security's bamboo pole, the climber immediately fell. It was like picking ripe fruit off a tree with a bamboo stick, precise and effective, immediately knocking the man down from the top.

"Ow..." the man lay on the ground, wailing.

"I told you not to climb, but you had to try," the guard said smugly, looking down at the man.

"You..." Seeing this, Hei Tie bristled with anger, grinding his teeth, "I swear, you'll be the first one I won't spare once I get in."

"Heh, don't talk big. Let's see if you can even get in!" the guard replied with a cold snort.

"Get the crowbar!" Hei Tie roared, then added, "I'm going to pry this door open today."

Witnessing this, everyone seemed a little at a loss.

They all looked utterly dumbfounded.

Hei Tie's mouth curled into a cold smirk. The guard broke out in a cold sweat, quickly adjusted his hat, and watched the unfolding situation. Someone from the group fetched a crowbar more than a meter long from the van. It was a thick iron stick. An underling carried it over.

At that moment, Li Aibin and his team arrived at the scene in a hurry.
