Ruler of the Supreme

The following morning, Asmodeus awoke with a renewed sense of purpose. He had spent the last few days in a routine: eat, quest, study, sleep. It was efficient, productive, but somewhat...monotonous.

They met for breakfast at the inn's dining table, the aroma of sizzling bacon and freshly baked bread filling the air. Asmodeus savored every bite, while Lucifer quickly devoured his meal. Alpha ate with a quiet intensity, her movements precise and deliberate.

After breakfast, they returned to the Adventurers' Guild. Asmodeus, eager to climb the ranks, scanned the quest board for new challenges. He noticed a few more challenging quests, but nothing that truly piqued his interest.

"This is becoming tedious," Asmodeus muttered, 

"These E-rank quests are hardly a challenge for us."

Man i thought adventure and quest be more awesome but doing it everyday feels tiring , and it is always to pick flowers or capture a frog for making potions or some other shit.

When are we gonna fight strong monster or explore the world , like the dessert or ocean or the sky , okay for now , let's enjoy the little joy in picking flowers .

Lucifer, who had been observing the other adventurers, nodded. "You're right. We need to make a bigger impression. Perhaps we should seek out more challenging quests, something that will truly test our abilities."

Alpha, her voice devoid of emotion, simply stated, 

"Agreed. We need to demonstrate our strength."

They continued to accept and complete E-rank quests, their efficiency increasing with each passing day. They explored the surrounding forests, hunted minor monsters, and completed various errands for the townsfolk.

This routine continued for seven days. They ate at the inn, spent their afternoons studying at the library, and returned to the inn for the night. On the twelfth day, a sudden announcement echoed through the Guild Hall.

The Guildmaster's announcement sent a ripple of excitement through the crowd. "Attention, adventurers!" boomed his voice, echoing through the hall. 

"A unique opportunity has arisen! A group of seasoned adventurers have discovered a series of ancient dungeons, filled with untold riches and unimaginable dangers. This is a chance for you to prove your worth, to gain glory and fortune beyond your wildest dreams! However, be warned, these dungeons are not for the faint of heart. Only the strongest and most skilled adventurers should dare to venture within."

A murmur of excitement rippled through the crowd. Asmodeus, his eyes gleaming with anticipation, felt a surge of adrenaline. This was the challenge he had been waiting for.

"Lucifer," he said, his voice low and intense, 

"I want you to discreetly inquire about the details of this dungeon expedition. Who is organizing it? What are the expected dangers? Are there any known factions involved?"

Whoohoo , finally something exciting , i will clear this dungeon and get the valuable items from there and leave this town and move to city.

Lucife nodded. 

"Understood, my lord. I shall gather all the information I can."

 He began to mingle with the other adventurers, his charm and wit quickly making him a welcome presence in the crowd.

Asmodeus, along with Alpha, signed the registration sheet, using their aliases, "Asmon" and "Al." They then returned to the Moonlight Motel, eager to discuss their next move.

That evening, after a hearty dinner at the inn, Asmodeus awaited Lucifer's report. "Well?" he inquired, his voice low and expectant.

Lucifer, his eyes gleaming with a mischievous glint, presented his findings. 

"The expedition is being organized by Lord Valerius, a renowned adventurer and a prominent figure in the Guild. He claims to have discovered a series of ancient dungeons filled with untold treasures and powerful artifacts."

"Valerius, you say?" Asmodeus mused. 

"I've heard whispers about him. A man of ambition, they say. Ruthless, but respected."

"Indeed," Lucifer confirmed. 

"He is known for his ruthlessness and his disregard for the lives of his rivals. However, he is also known for his generosity towards those who prove their worth."

Asmodeus pondered this information. 

"This could be a valuable opportunity. If we impress This Valerius guy, we could gain his favor and potentially climb the ranks more quickly."

Alpha, her voice devoid of emotion, simply stated, 

"We will proceed with caution."

Asmodeus nodded. 

"Of course. We must gather as much information as possible before we make our move. Lucifer, continue to gather intelligence. Alpha, prepare for any contingency. This could be the beginning of something truly significant."
