Rita's Unseen Destiny.

 Rita's voice was filled with warmth. I am so proud of you, Carlson. You deserve every bit of this success. What's next?"

 Carlson took a deep breath, his mind racing with the possibilities. We needed to get started with the production phase. Mister Jenkins wants to see the results within the next quarter, so we shall have to work fast." 

 Rita's tone turned serious. " You know I am here to help in any way I can. We shall make it happen together."

 Carlson smiled, feeling grateful for Rita's unwavering support. " Thanks, Rita. I don't know what I would do without you." Carlson ended the call by wishing Rita a good day and reminding her how much she loved her and how Rita is his life. Rita smiled at Carlson's beautiful words and replied, "l love you too, my life." 

 The next few weeks were a whirlwind of activity as Carlson and his team worked tirelessly to get the new projects of Sha industries off the ground. In fact, it was a big deal which needed Carlson's presence, since he was the C.E.O of Sha industries. It would require him to bring his wife Rita close to him since they were newly married, and Rita, being pregnant, needed more care and protection. As Carlson's mind kept on wondering how he would be close to his wife Rita, he had no solutions to the ideas which were popping out of his mind.

 Family first, they say, as he thought of himself, but his business also needed him the more, since he started his business first before he started a family. After all this hour of thinking, Carlson stood firm on his decision to work on his project with a distant family.

 Oneday as Carlson was in his office trying to finish up with his project plans, his assistant, Mister Dean Misago, brought him an envelope which contained a resigning letter from his secretary, Marckline. As he opened it, it stated that Markline's family would be shifting to another state. And she needs to be close to her family, since it's still a young family and her being newly married the work distance would affect her marriage. So she suggested Carlson look for a new secretary who would replace her since she would be away in two weeks' time.

Carlson was surprised and saddened by the news. He had grown accustomed to his secretary's efficient and friendly presence in the office. He would miss her greatly, but he understood the importance of family and wished her all the best.

 "Thank you for bringing this to me." Carlson said to his assistant. "Please let her know that I appreciate her hard work and dedication. I will make sure to give her a glowing reference." 

 Carlson sat at his desk, feeling a sense of loss, but also recognizing the opportunity to find someone new who could bring fresh skills and perspectives to the role. He began to think about the qualities he wanted in a new secretary and made a mental note to start advertising for the position.

 As he continued working on his project plan, Carlson couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude towards his secretary for her contribution to the company. He hoped that she would find happiness in her new life and that her family would thrive.

 The next day, Carlson called his secretary into his office to discuss the details of her resignation. He thanked her again for her hard work and asked if there was anything he could do to support her during the transition.

 "Actually, sir," she replied, I was wondering if I could stay on for a few weeks to help train my replacement.

 Carlson smiled, impressed by her dedication." Of course, I would be grateful for that. Let's work together to make the transition as smooth as possible." 

 After Markline has left Carlson's office, Carlson's mind flashes onto Rita as his next secretary. He thought about Markline's offer to help train her replacement as an added advantage on his side to fix Rita becoming her replacement.

 And this would unite their family together as husband and wife working in the same company and staying together in the same place and house. Carlson immediately wrote an appointment letter to Rita for a new job in Sha Industries.

 The following day, as Rita was preparing to go to work at the café, she heard a knock at the door. As she opened the door, she saw a man standing by the doorway who works with a particular delivery company. He greeted her, and handed over to her a letter saying, "This is yours mom." Rita smiled and said," Thank you."

 As she held the letter in her hand, her heart was racing, wondering what could be in the letter. She really had no idea what the letter contained. Besides, Carlson wanted to surprise his wife.

 As Rita opened the letter, her eyes widened as she read the heading which started, appointment letter. She continued to read the letter as follows,

 Sha industries.

 Twenty-first October twenty twenty-one.

 Rita Carlson. 

 Gulu City.

 Dear Rita,

 I am pleased to offer you the position of secretary at Sha Industries, effective from first November twenty-twenty-one. As you know, our current secretary has resigned, and I believe you would be an excellent fit for the role.

 As my wife, I have had the pleasure of seeing your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and warm personality in action. Your experience in administration and customer service will be invaluable assets to our team.

 In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to me and the rest of the team.

 Managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence. Maintaining records and databases.

 Handling customer inquiries and communications.

 Assisting with special projects and events.

 Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, eight A. M to five P. M with a one-hour lunch break. You will be based at our kampala offices, which will make it convenient for you to balance work and family responsibilities.
