SWNOVELXO Chapter 1: Hatred
Sunless in his 17 years of life had known many things. He knew how to fight, how to survive, how to kill, but most importantly, how to HATE. From the depths of his soul sunny felt hatred, for Nephis and for Cassie.
"Flashback"
Sunny stood over the body of The Changing Star. Contemplating whether he should abandon her in the dream realm or let her go. However his pondering was cut short when Nephis with tears in her eyes uttered the words that would make Sunless hate her for the rest of his life.
"Lost From Light. Don't move"
Immediately, Sunny felt unable to move even a muscle as Nephis would slowly heal herself as she would slowly start walking to the gate. As she would arrive in front of the gate she turned and with tears in her eyes she said
"you can move now. Farewell Lost from Light"
"Flashback end"
Sunless lied on the ground, stewing in his hatred.
"That bitch, I killed for her, I bleed for her, I've fought for her. and this is how she repays me! by making me a slave , and leaving me to die! This won't do, I will come back, I will kill her."
Strengthening his resolve, Sunny got up and decided to check his runes

Sunless stared in shock at what he saw. "I can see her runes! Wait does this mean she can also see mine? Shit. She will now know everything, every single memory, attribute, soul core, echo, I own she will know. Damnation."
Sunny seeing this would be royally pissed off however, Sunny would adapt, Vowing to destroy the stupid spell and the stupid people who enslaved him.

"Nephis POV"
"I can't believe I left him there to die." Tears Threatened to spill down her face as she opened her eyes in the pod. As she stood up from the pod, she saw the familiar blind girl: Cassie.
"do you think we did the right thing?" Nephis ask
"we did." replied Cassie in a firm tone. And yet both Cassie and Nephis knew that they were guilty. Cassie started crying while hugging Nephis. Repeating the same words over and over again. "I'm sorry Sunless, I'm so so sorry."
"Sunless POV"
Its been four months since Sunless has been abandoned by Nephis, during these months he would have returned to the dark city and started hunting the different nightmare creatures found there.

Equipping the memory, Sunless immediately felt the changes. As he would look upon the memory description, he realized that the woman was the slaves mother from his first nightmare.
"Maybe when using this memory i can comprehend the shadow dance faster?" while thinking about the shadow dance he also remembered that he had unlocked the first part of the dance, quickly checking his aspect legacy his eyes would widen.

Sunless looking at his new weapon would be extremely happy, as he would look at the serpent who was slithering all over his body, and as the serpent was doing this, we would feel a weird sensation all over his body. It was pleasant yet unpleasant at the same time.
"so this is essence, to bad that I can't use it because I'm not awakened."
Sunless looked at his fist and then peered into the sky, looking at the broken artificial sun he started crying, not tears of sadness but tears of rage. As he screamed into the stars.
"NEPHIS, CASSIE. I WILL FIND YOU. AND WHEN I DO, IT WILL BE THE LAST DAY OF YOUR LIVES."
