Reincarnation Paradise: Moon Walker

Chapter 14: 14: Reincarnation Paradise.

[Hunter returns to Reincarnation Paradise and begins to collect mission rewards]

[Derivative World: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure]

[Difficulty: Lv.7 (Nightmare)]

[World source obtained: 87%].

[Number of quests completed: 4 (Main quest: Steal the Stone Mask)]

[Overall Score: S+. (Note: The rating varies from E- to S+. The overall score is calculated based on the total number of world resources obtained and the number of quests completed.)]

[You have some items in your inventory that Paradise would like you to deliver, please offer them before you can fully access your private room].

"You seem to be in a hurry, Park," Selene said after she had finished reading all the notifications she had received, at least so far, because only when she reached her room would she receive a series of notifications caused by her rewards from her first mission.

Although she was currently in a completely black room, it was oppressive to everyone except her, who felt quite comfortable in an environment filled with darkness. Sensing this, the entire room lit up brightly, along with another message.

[Certain items derived from the hunter's talent are necessary resources for the reincarnation paradise, the hunter is requested to hand them over, and certain monetary rewards and additional benefits will be offered].

Many may say that Reincarnation Paradise was a bully, but it was certainly righteous, crazy, sadistic, and even incited the spread of chaos in the Void, but it was the sincerest Paradise of all.

When Reincarnation Paradise realized that bullying Selene wasn't going to work, it decided to change its ways, although the room full of white light wasn't a very good sign, to say the least, at least it didn't want things for free.

Sure, it could take what it wanted by force, after all, Selene was in its body right now, but it didn't. Not only were there rules for this situation, but the Parks themselves chose to avoid the path of plundering their contractors because it wasn't profitable.

They are not like lord gods who barely leave crumbs for their slaves, or those abusive systems that once filled the omniverse with problems. All the Paradises, though somewhat blunt in their means, were on the neutral side of things in the Omniverse, sometimes even fighting dangerous threats.

Selene checked her inventory and realized that the two items the Reincarnation Paradise was asking for were the two essence orbs obtained at the end of the world, the one belonging to Beyond and the one belonging to Dio Brando.

"What do you need them for?" she asked, seeing that there was no proper description on either orb, only their names.

[Evaluating the Hunter's Permission Levels]

[The hunter has three chances to ask questions that exceed her current permission level, subtracting one of her chances to answer].

[Certain beings possess conceptual powers that are suitable for certain special functions of the Paradise of Reincarnation. The beings known as 'Beyond' and 'Dio Brando' possess concepts such as Fate, World, and Time-space]

[Reincarnation Paradise offers 1,000,000 Paradise Coins for each of these essences, along with 20 units of Soul Crystals (Small)]

[If the hunter obtains special essence orbs from advanced or higher level creatures, he will receive better offers from Paradise].

[Reincarnation Paradise is fair, you will get the equivalent of what you give or buy, Reincarnation Paradise is all-powerful].

"I guess I'll be a rich little woman now" Selene sold the pair of orbs, she already knew she could sell them before, but Reincarnation Paradise was trying to get them for free to take advantage.

'Looks like the park isn't as rigid as it seems to be,' Selene thought, noticing that she was now in another room.

Except for the fact that the room looked spacious and empty, it wasn't very impressive, like a simple apartment in the center of the city. Although there were some special screens on the wall, the overall appearance was very nondescript.

[The collection of the World Source has been completed, and the corresponding rewards will be sent].

[Reward earned: 10 attribute points, 50,000 Paradise coins].

[The overall rating is S+, the hunter's level is +1 (the upper limit of the test world) and is upgraded to Lv.2 (the level increases according to the rating, as this world is a test world, the upper limit of the increase is Lv.1)]

[The deal has been completed and the rewards have been automatically added to the hunter's mark]

[2,000,000 Paradise Coins have been deposited for you].

[20 Soul Crystals (small) have been deposited.]

[All quests assigned to the hunter have been completed].

[Rewards for the main quest: Steal the Stone Mask have been issued]

[Hunter status set, check the Hunter branch screen on the wall of your room].

[The 'A Real World to Live in Peace' reward is being processed properly, you will receive a notification about the results in a while.]

[Rewards are being calculated for the Side Mission: Registration and the Emergency Mission: Survive, Defeat, or Assassinate Beyond]

[You have exceeded the expectations for the secondary mission: Registration, you have been rewarded with 10,000 Coins of Paradise].

[You have completed the Emergency Mission: Survive, Defeat, or Assassinate Beyond].

[It has been determined that you have achieved all three objectives in the mission title and that your contribution during the battle was a total of 60%].

[Reincarnation Paradise has prepared a list of options to reward you for completing the mission, you can only choose from three options]

[Option A: 100,000 Paradise Coins]

[Option B: 10 Soul Crystals (Small)]

[Option C: Basic passive skill treasure chest]

[Option D: 7 points of basic attributes]

[Option E: Empty World Map]

[Option F: Custom Object (Growth Type)]

[Option G: Tower of Power Test Ticket (one-time use)]

[Option H: Increase in power level +2].

[Option I: Permission to return one item to the real world (usable three times, only one item allowed per return)]

[Option J: Punishment exception for failing the main mission (not valid for war missions against other paradises)]

"Damn, there are so many good things and I can only choose three," Selene cursed the stinginess of the Reincarnation Paradise, but that was the way things were, if she had taken over the fight against Beyond and achieved 100% of her current results, she might have more chances to choose.

Too bad she didn't, but this planted a seed in Selene's heart, she decided not to let anyone mess with her prey in the future, lest she end up losing the bounty that rightfully belonged to her because of the busybodies.

Ignoring Selene's increasingly delusional and selfish thoughts, each of the options made her think a lot, even if some of them were not good for her now, like Option A or Option H.

She didn't need money right now, so the first option was out, while H would only speed up her ascension to level 2, which she didn't want.

There was a reason why Paradise had Level 1, it was a way to allow each contractor to acquire their own form before taking off. Even though her style was already taking shape, there was still a lot to digest and process, so she wanted to at least go through worlds before she faced the evaluation task to move up to Level 2.

She soon discarded option D, because anyone without knowledge of Reincarnation Paradise would think she was doing something crazy, but she had her reasons.

Each world will give you attribute points, which you can also get from quests, passive skills, or training. Even your talent might give you a way to get them, or your curses might advance enough to allow you to steal attributes from other beings.

Besides, when she reached level 80, the attributes would become real, and 5 attributes would only be one real attribute, so she was not in a hurry to blow herself up like a balloon.

Especially when their development ability was not equal to that of humans, it would be advisable for them to get attribute points from this kind of reward, but other much better options could give them more benefits.

Selene certainly had option F in mind, a custom growth-type item, even if it wasn't a weapon, was invaluable and important. And the fact that the reward had "item" in its name indicated that it could be anything.

No growth item was bad, and all of them benefited their unique wearer in one way or another. So Selene knew she had to choose this option, yes or no. So, with two more options, she evaluated the rest of the choices.

The hunter's mark gave her a summary of each reward as a guide, perhaps a newbie perk. But that made Selene quickly choose her other two options.

Option C and Option G, both of which were the most appropriate for her at the time. The first allowed her to draw one of the famous and coveted Basic Passive.

Many beginners sell them or waste them because they don't know their purpose, but knowing a little about the future trends of these high-level contractors, she chose this reward without hesitation.

Perhaps a basic passive was particularly useless and expensive in the beginning, but in the future, it was the possibilities that each of these basic passives would bring that would make them so popular and sought after at high levels.

Her second choice was a ticket to a special place: The Tower of Power. Inspired by those rare tower-like places where reincarnates sought to advance and survive, this tower stood as a test for the entire Omniverse.

Yes, the entire omniverse! Regardless of region, anyone with a ticket could send a projection of themselves, though you would forget it was a projection and think it was in the flesh.

Inside, you would face all sorts of non-stop trials, from fights, games, scheming, and even RPG games, anything was possible as long as you could prove your 'power'.

The rewards were different for each person, but the benefits could be received when your projection died, something that could happen very soon or after a thousand years, the time in the tower was different from the outside.

A ticket to go to the tower was incredibly expensive and valuable, she didn't understand why Paradise set up this reward, but if she had to think of a reason, maybe he wanted to make her stronger, probably eager for the special resources she could provide it in the future.

[Processing the choices made by the hunter].

[The Rewards Have Been Deposited]

[It has been determined that all rewards have been issued and accepted by the hunter].

[The 'A Real World to Live in Peace' reward has been completed, a suitable real world for the hunter to live in has been selected, and you will receive the information about this world in your hunter's mark along with the memories that match your identity].

[Review and organize the information before the end of your stay in the Reincarnation Paradise].

A flood of memories rushed directly into Selene's mind, filling her with the details of her own identity, and with a slight glimpse of the real world she would live in in the future, a broad smile appeared on the woman's face.

"This is an interesting world to live in! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Selene burst out laughing, for the real world she would live in and her identity was perfect for her.

"A world gone religiously mad, what better world to live in for a 'nun' as perfect as me?" said Selene before lying down on the floor of the room.

"But first let me rest," with no furniture or household goods, she had no choice but to do so.

She didn't want to leave with so much mental exhaustion, so she wanted to have a fresh mind for the things she would do during her stay in the park.

After sleeping for what seemed like 20 hours, Selene awoke from her long nap feeling much better. Now she wanted to thoroughly explore as much of Reincarnation Paradise as she could.
