Emily smiled as she tested her abilities, unleashing hell upon the Nightmaresaurs after learning how to properly use her new power.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Suddenly and out of nowhere, all four Nightmaresaurs she attacked began being electrocuted, explosions of black lightning encompassed their bodies not once, but thrice.
As the electrocuting energies erupted from their bodies, their scales and flesh splattered everywhere, red mist made out of their own flesh spread out everywhere as well.
"GRYYAAAGGH!"
Their agonizing screams reverberated through the surroundings, the other Nightmaresaurs didn't approach them, and those close enough were taking damage from the electrocuting explosions too!
The more they exploded, the more internal damage was accumulated through their enormous bodies, eventually, they were unable to sustain it anymore and their basic regeneration simply didn't work anymore either.
BAAAM!
After taking so much damage, the monsters' eyes rolled out and then their bodies dropped dead on the floor, all of them unable to take on the cumulative internal damage anymore. Emily, who was unable to take these down without spending a lot of effort, suddenly did it quite easily.
"Not bad! It's some kind of curse thing I can activate once an icon shows up over a monster's head! This is so fun!" She was amazed, celebrating her flawless victory.
Though it helped that Sofia's barriers kept her away from harm's way.
However, as Emily smiled, the Nightmaresaurs started breaking the barriers, just as I imagined.
Their claws tore through them and finally pierced them, the barriers were indestructible after all.
But it was pretty commendable just how tough they were!
Crack, crack…!
CRASH!
"Aaah, they're coming!"
Sofia panicked, as Emily quickly went to fight the near Nightmaresaurs, attacking them furiously.
"I'll help as well!"
"Let me try this new ability!"
Alma and Martina stepped forward after seeing what Emily just did and unleashed the powers latent within themselves.
Yes, these abilities they obtained weren't just some sort of external power, it was something latent within the very core of their being that awakened upon the boost I gave to them.
"C-Come on, I can do this…! Maria trust me… my friends… I have to help them!"
Alma muttered to herself as usual, as her Aura of aquamarine color emerged from her body surging as something immense materialized from it.
"GRUOOOHHH!"
A mighty roar echoed from her aura, as a gigantic fist made of hard frost materialized, smashing the head of a Nightmaresaur and then releasing a shockwave of ice everywhere.
BOOOM!
The Nightmaresaurs entire head was frozen and shattered into pieces, dying on the spot. At the same time, the other nearby monsters were slightly frozen, covered in ice, slowed down and weakened.
"W-Woah?!"
Alma was shocked to see a giant of ice emerge from her aura, with a blocky body, arms, legs, and a blocky head with a single glowing blue colored light as an eye and nothing else.
This was a giant golem made of ice, her new innate ability [Frost Golem]!
It had no other word to it, and I imagined many things, but it was quite literally a Frost Golem that emerges out of nowhere to protect her?!
It's ideal for someone like her!
"That's an ice golem?! So cool Alma!"
Emily praised her, even though Alma didn't even know how she summoned this creature here to begin with.
"I-I don't even know how I summoned this here though!"
As she said that, the golem stepped forward, smashing the ground and releasing frost towards his foes, icicle spears pierced through the Nightmaresaurs bodies.
CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!
None of them died yet, but were very weakened and wounded, perfect for the golem to smash them into smithereens with its massive arms, belonging to an equally gigantic Frost Golem of over five meters.
BAAAM! BAAAM! BAAAM!
Three blows were enough to decimate the monsters, killing them on the spot!
However, Alma looked slightly tired her energies were being drained quickly from her golem.
"Phew, I have to use you carefully…"
"SHYAAAAGH!"
However, in that moment, three Nightmaresaurs jumped off the ground and reached her, as if they had been digging underground this whole time.
Which makes freaking sense, these things came from the underground itself after all!
"You're not doing that!"
However, Martina stepped forward, her illusory clouds wrapped around the monsters, and her puppet suddenly was divided into two, three, four, five, six, seven, ten!
Ten seemed to be the maximum multiplication value.
The Jester Puppet giggled, pulling out comically large knives out of the clouds and stabbing the monsters from every angle they could.
CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!
It was both very ruthless, bloody, and… hilarious!
Especially because they giggled a damn lot, and the Nightmaresaurs, confused and unable to move properly due to the illusory clouds blocking their faces, began to bleed out in agony.
"Let me help!"
Sofia quickly helped Martian's amazing, coordinated attack with her multiplied puppets, as she summoned spears of light, piercing the monsters constantly, deeply into their wounds.
Until finally, the twelve monsters were vanquished!
BAAAM!
Their bodies fell, making the ground tremble slightly as they died one after another.
"W-We won!" Sofia said, celebrating.
"I don't know what the hell happened to us, but we got stronger?" Emily wondered.
"Maybe Maria was right, we do have some innate potential!" Martina nodded.
"See? I wasn't lying or something, my friends," I smiled, throwing the empty bottle of iced tea to the shadow garbage bin I made on the spot. "Now, you've done enough! Let me help you grow stronger."
"E-Eh? Stronger than now?! but I'm sure we're at least twice as strong!" Sofia said.
"Yeah but you can get stronger," I nodded with a smile. "Come here."
I called them to my side, as Lucifer and Nyx walked to my side as well, having finished their part of the hunt.
Surrounding us there was roughly over six hundreds of these Nightmaresaur corpses, way too freaking many!
"Alright everyone, I'll reveal to you one of my secrets, I have figured out a way to Evolve Dream Weapons."
As I said that with a straight face, the girls slowly changed from confusion to shock.
"EH?!"
