When Victor returned home, he couldn't wait to take out the Poké Ball containing Carbink.

Victor held the Poké Ball containing Carbink in his palms and called softly, "Come out, Carbink."

The small diamond's azure eyes looked straight at Victor.

This place was a stark contrast to the lush, life-filled environment Victor now stood in.
This circular space, about three to four meters in diameter, made of small diamonds and surrounded by dead wood piles, was filled with endless vitality. New sprouts were growing from the ground, and green was slowly filling the earth.
After a while, Carbink, who lived within the gradually expanding circle of life energy, was suddenly expelled from the secret realm by a small space crack and ended up in the conservation center of the United Alliance.
During Carbink's short experience, it had not encountered many humans, but the aura exuded by Victor made it feel comfortable and friendly.
In fact, most Pokémon are very straightforward in expressing their feelings. If they like someone, they simply do, without any complex thoughts.

The relationship between Xerneas and Yveltal is one of archenemies, with life and death being opposing forces.
This news was shocking, as it was related to legendary Pokémon.
However, legendary Pokémon are known to hold the power of the world. Though Victor found this news exciting, he knew that it was not something he or Carbink should focus on for now, as they were still rookies.
Victor calmed himself and suppressed his excitement.
