The seismic waves made the ground tremble like water; Nidoking firmly rooted its feet into the ground while its body stood still like a mountain.

Giovanni nodded in satisfaction. "Looks like you've grasped some fundamentals."

Gary grinned widely. "Don't forget who trained them."

"Hmph! But that's still not enough!" Uncle Giovanni said seriously. "Rhydon! Drill Run!"

"Damn it! Uncle! That's not fair! Nidoking! Flamethrower!"

Boom! The flames were split in half by Drill Run as Rhydon charged forward.

"Nidoking! Super Horn Attack!"

Swish! Nidoking's horn surged with energy instantly growing like a holy sword thrusting upward!

Screech!! After a sharp friction sound followed by Nidoking forcefully tossing Rhydon back two steps symbolically.

"Nidoking! Fire Burst!" Gary seized the opportunity explosively—his Nidoking possesses forced traits!

Boom!! The scorching flames surged forth as Rhydon stood still unmoved.

"Use Heavy Slam!" Uncle Giovanni calmly countered.

The ground instantly rose up forming a dirt wall as Explosion proved futile.

The next second Gary smiled widely: "Now's our chance! Nidoking! Give him something strong!"

Bang! The soil flew up from below as Nidoking had already dug under Rhydon's feet without anyone noticing—directly tossing Rhydon into the air!

Holding it high!

"Next use Rock Slide!" Gary confidently commanded.

"Rhydon! Stomp!" Uncle Giovanni remained calm amidst chaos.

Rhydon suddenly raised its heavy right foot and stomped down fiercely!

Bang! Fist met foot as Nidoking knelt on one knee under pressure.

"Is it over?" Giovanni shook his head disapprovingly.

"Not yet!" Gary pointed at the ground with one hand: "As long as we stand upon this earth we will not fall!"

Crack! The ground opened up revealing yellow light shining through.

"Rhydon! Use Earthquake!" Giovanni smiled widely now.

"The Power of Earth!" Gary countered swiftly!

Boom! The energy of earth burst forth as Rhydon was sent flying away!

With steady feet landing back down after taking deep breaths while patting its armored chest feeling somewhat shaken still,

Uncle Giovanni stood up looking down at Gary with approval: "Very good; not bad! You really grasped it~ Green; I indeed did not misjudge you!"

Archer beside them watched with tears brimming: "I understand now; I will definitely assist His Highness well from now on—Boss you can rest assured!"

Ariana couldn't help but twitch her mouth corner while silently moving away from Archer's side.

"Hey? What are you doing?" Archer looked confusedly at Ariana.

She waved her hand dismissively: "Nothing; I'm just keeping my distance so when Boss hits you I won't get caught in it…"
