Pokemon: Bond Evolutions of Pokémon

After Ash's intense battle with the 6 Joy Clan members, the 6 Jenny Clan members, AND Vivian, which all happened in less than 12 hours, he was finally able to rest properly and restore most of his spent stamina. 

Despite having such strong body and Aura, there was still some mental pressure he felt during this time, but nothing a good nights sleep wouldn't solve.

The next day, around noon, the group got together again to board the plane that May won for them.

But there was a little issue… the plane looked shabby, and that was still considered an understatement by Ash and Brock.

Not to mention that here were no other passengers aside from the group, so Ash kept a close eye on it, already having guessed what's coming their way.

Just after boarding the plane, Ash's eyes flashed with blue light, and he showed a meaningful smile, making sure his guess was indeed correct.

"I honestly never expected that we would be able to take a private flight all the way to Ever Grande City! You're the best, sis!" The excited Max cheered after the plane took off as Ash didn't see any real issues with their pilots, "What would have even happened if she didn't go to that lottery place and not know about this big prize?! We would have taken so much longer to get there!"

He really couldn't help but admire his sister for having such good luck, it was practically like if this flight was made just for them in mind. 

'What good people those guys must be…' he thought unknowingly. 

However, Ash looked at the flight attendant and the cab and smiled, "Team Rocket, get me a bottle of cold liquid ice!"

"Yes Boss!" Almost subconsciously, Jessie ran and stood upright in front of Ash, and the next moment, the cockpit door was also slammed open. It was non-other than Meowth and James!

"Boss Ash, hehe, we will happily send you to Ever Grande City, meow!" Meowth turned around and said with a smile while rubbing his cat hands and James rubbing his human hands.

"Damn it, we're going to take you directly to Team Rocket's headquarters and show everyone that we really are the best of Team Rocket!" Jessie said viciously, not even caring that she had just destroyed the plan Meowth and James worked so hard on.

Hearing this, Ash understood their true intentions better than even them. 

Previously, according to Ash's idea, they had taken the credit for the disintegration of Team Aqua and Team Magma and reported it to Giovanni. In addition, they had already repaid a large part of the debt they owed to the organization over the years. And sure enough, they were finally noticed by Giovanni in a good way. They were told to return to Team Rocket headquarters in the Kanto Region for an interview for a possible promotion.

They made a crooked idea and planned to take Ash and his group to the Rockets headquarters and give him to Giovanni then. 

Since they couldn't defeat Ash by themselves, they needed to gang up on him. Like how could it be that their most respected and strongest boss Giovanni couldn't do anything to Ash, someone so young?

"You deceived me!" May also realized that she had been deceived the whole time. The whole lottery she won was simply a scam by Team Rocket to kidnap them.

Now that they are flying in the sky, she truly realized she was the one who brought the group into such a dangerous situation!

"So this really was too good to be true…" Max said disappointedly. 

But Ash gave them a knowing smile, "Giovanni and I will have a battle sooner or later, but not now, I don't have the time to cut off a flower before it even blooms. Plus, this plane of yours will never even fly that far, and I won't even have to do anything!"

"That can never happen! Of course, this plane was specially customized after we spent our savings to buy it. We used up all our accumulated things and sold all the antique bottle caps collected by James to renovate it!" Jessie said this.

James and Meowth, who were flying the plane, turned around in shock and looked sad. 

"You spent all the money I worked hard to save to get some decent cat food!? You told us you got those money through a modeling job!" Meowth cried miserably.

He learned to walk and talk like humans, but he could still never be so cold like Jessie was on a constant daily basis.

James looked to be even in a more miserable state, "How could you sell all of the rare antique bottle caps I found!? Woman, do you realize how long it took me to find just one of the rarer ones?! And now you tell me you sold all of them without even telling me?!"

The man and the cat both became pissed and depressed, and the plane immediately went out of control like their mind after hearing the news. Jessie was so frightened that she fell back, while James and Meowth quickly ran to the cockpit to concentrate all their efforts on controlling the plane from crash landing in the middle of nowhere in an ocean. May and Max also couldn't help but feel frightened from such a scary situation. 

Ash grinned and said, "James, try to find a small island to get close to, the plane is about to crash at any moment!"

May beside her was shaking, "Babe, please don't say such terrible things in such a relaxed tone, okay?"

However, as soon as she finished speaking, the plane was descending at an uncontrollable pace. James and Meowth tried very hard to save it, but they could only barely maintain the balance of the plane and from letting it crash directly in the air with them. "Shit, no wonder this plane is like this, the fuel tanks are completely empty! Why!"

Meowth finally realized that the situation was now looking even more dire. Without fuel, how could the plane keep flying despite their best efforts?

James asked, "Jessie, what's going on? It was your job to buy the fuel, right?"

"I did buy it. I went to the market to buy it!" She blinked. She did go to buy it, but she only bought a small gallon. 

"Then why did you even buy it?! We could have at least been alive if you didn't buy it and wasted all our money on your shitty makeup!" James yelled furiously with Meowth nodding. 

Before James and Meowth had the time to start beating up Jessie for her honest, very dumb moment, the plane began to tremble even more violently.

A blue light shone across Ash's body, "The plane is now in very bad turbulence, May, hurry up! Everyone, come closer to me!"

"Yes!" May was in a panic, but as long as her lover was by her side, she could always calm herself down. She believed that no matter how critical the situation was, Ash would always be able to ensure her safety. 

James and Meowth tried their best to maintain the stability of the plane, and finally managed to cross the most turbulence stage. At this moment, the plane had dropped to a very low altitude, and fortunately, a small island just happened to appear in front of their vision. 

"Alright! Just try to make an emergency landing there while I make sure nothing too important falls off with my powers!" Ash ordered like a war commander. 

Thus all the money James and Meowth were able to save up were created directly onto an abandoned island.

What a shame it is for them.

Ash and his party, who were supposed to take a slow but safe boat to Ever Grande City, were now stuck on an isolated island because of some dumb Team Rocket shenanigans. 

Ash had been careful before boarding the plane exactly because he thought something like this was possible from the idiotic trio. He was confident that even if the plane actually crashed and fell into the vast sea, he would be able to take his group and maybe even the Team Rocket trio all the way to Ever Grande City. But after the plane barely made an emergency landing and blew up the moment they exited, he was able to see just what kind of isolated island they were on. Ash was also very excited by the outcome of a possible new fun adventure, and maybe he could even meet some new rare Pokémon's and add them to his team. 

He read enough Pokémon fanfics made in China before he got kidnapped to this world to know what could be possible. 

Many of the protagonist's strongest Pokémon were caught in places like this, abandoned and in the middle of nowhere. 

Additionally, since he was pretty much the protagonist of this series, he should have a high chance of encountering something good. 

Just after leaving the area where their plane blew up, they heard a rustling sound in the nearby bushes, and a purple fuzzy ball looking creature appeared in front of a group.

"Look, there's a Venonat there!" Max exclaimed in surprise. This was the first time he saw a Venonat, a Pokémon that was not that common in his native Hoenn Region at all, with his own eyes. 

But after he looked more closely at it after hearing Ash's snickers, he realized that it was not a Venonat at all, but a human whose face was covered by thick purple hair resembling a Venonats. After taking a few steps forward, he stood in front of Ash and his group,

"Thank you, you are finally here!" He screamed in happiness. 

"Hello, my name is Robin. You are here to save me, right?" Robin pushed the hair out of his eyes, revealing a more human face.

"Huh, have you been stuck on this island?" Seeing Robin's current condition, Brock suddenly felt that something was amiss.

Sure enough, they saw Robin nod and say, "Yes, that's it! I have been stuck here on this island!"

He said dejectedly and continued in a pissed off voice, "I used to work as a salesperson in a certain shitty company and was forced to travel around the world on a boat because they were so cheap that they didn't want to use money to buy a plane ticket. 

Who knew that one day, the old boat I was on was swept away by a huge hurricane rain. Everyone else seemed to be lucky enough to escape. Only I had no time to escape and was thrown into the open maw of the sea. 

No one noticed me going missing! I was soon drawn into the center of the whirlpool and sank to the bottom of the sea!"

"Just when I thought I couldn't make it to see the next day, a Wailmer appeared and saved my life, and sent me to this island, which I later named Wailmer Island as a thank you for saving my life, even if it probably doesn't care!" Robin said gratefully. 

Fortunately, although there are no humans here, there was still plenty of food that was considered edible for humans and many Pokémon's, who were mostly friendly and on the weaker side, so his survival was no problem.

However, this island was always surrounded by fierce whirlpools, leaving no openings for him to get out of here.

Robin told them of his experience to try to escape from here, and even asked his Wailmer friend to help pull the bamboo raft, but the bamboo raft was immediately destroyed the moment it got close enough. 

Coupled with the heavy turbulence in the sky the group saw and felt, it was no wonder that neither planes nor ships would pass anywhere near here, so it was pretty much impossible for anyone to come here to rescue him. 

So Robin survived here without any human contact, that is until today, when Ash and his group had to make an emergency landing here. 

"Waaaaa wailll!"

When the group and Robin gathered together to enjoy some of the tree fruits that grew on the island, a Wailmer appeared in front of them from the nearby beach. Robin quickly introduced them to everyone, "Everyone, meet Wailmer. This is the one that saved me from drowning. He often comes here to play around with me and enjoy some berries!"

Ash looked over at the Wailmer's strength and noted that although it was strong enough to swim in the whirlpool, it was only for a short period of time, and it was also not enough to carry Robin through this fierce whirlpool without him getting killed. 

But thinking about it, Ash knew how to leave the island in a more safe way than using his Psychic powers. He walked to Wailmer's side and said, "Wailmer, we need your help to leave this island. Are you willing to lend us your power?"

Wailmer stared at Ash with his round eyes for a while, then became firm and nodded once he felt the kind and confident aura was releasing. 

"Then it's up to you, Milotic! Stand by for a demo!" Ash threw his Milotic's Poké Ball, "Water Pulse!"

"Ash, what are you planning on doing?" Robin was anxious when he saw Ash attacking his dear friend Wailmer after saying something to it. He really didn't want it getting harmed, after all it was his savior. 

Brock quickly stopped him before he tried to stop it and comforted him, "Don't worry, Ash knows what he's doing. It's good for Wailmer and us!"

Facing a Water-type Pokémon, Ash decided to use his own Water-type in Milotic, who went for weak Water-type type skill as Wailmer was much weaker than her but had high hp. 

This Water Pulse hit Wailmer, and it only did little damage like Ash hoped it would. 

This weak but meaningful attack aroused Wailmer's long dormant fighting spirit. Its round eyes shined, blue light flashed all over its body, and a waterspout suddenly formed on its head. 

This was the Whirlpool skill. It hit Milotic, and thus "trapped" it inside. This move was weak, but had an advantage over other attacks that it can trap the opponents in the whirlpool it created for a period of time while continuing to cause some damage. 

Of course, Ash would not let Milotic be trapped by such an annoying move, so he decisively launched his next attack, "Twister!"

Fighting a tornado with a tornado was his idea. 

Milotic sank her tail into the water and used the basic Dragon-type Twister to overthrow the incoming attack. Her Twister brought up the sea water and also formed a waterspout, but this was bigger than Wailmers, so it dissolved Wailmer's Whirlpool in an instant. 

"Wow, so beautiful!" May looked at Milotics battle style created by Ash, this was a very counter style used to neutralize opponents attacks with something similar, very stronger, and was able to turn the battle into such a spectacular spectacle, perfect for Pokémon Contests. This was the strength of a Top Coordinator and their Pokémon's!

"Surf!"

After easily neutralizing Wailmer's Whirlpool, Ash launched another attack. The seawater beneath Milotic's body set off a huge wave, and the wave went straight towards the Wailmer on the water. 

But unexpectedly, its figure disappeared directly under the waves. 

It was its Dive attack!

First he dived into the water to leave the battlefield, and then surfaced from somewhere else in the water to launch a sneak attack.

Wailmer was also burning with a fighting spirit that it never felt before. He rushed up from the bottom of the sea and knocked Milotic into the air. 

"Well done!" Ash praised the Wailmer's will to fight, it was very rare to encounter a Wailmer with such a strong character, one willing to let go of its docile nature and take battles this seriously. 

"Aqua Ring!"

Five circles of water flow appeared around Milotic, which continued to restore its physical strength and damage, even if the damage was little.

Before falling back into the sea, its injuries had already recovered to its full extent. 

This time it was finally Wailmer's turn to attack. A water ball appeared above its head, and then it launched it where Milotic gracefully landed. This was none other than Water Pulse. 

When seeing the attack being launched, Ash showed a smile, "Watch and learn, Hydro Pump!"

As one of the strongest Water-type attacks, it easily penetrated the Water Pulse and hit Wailmer. The terrifying impact pushed it back, but at that moment, Wailmer was enveloped in a dazzling white light!

"I see!" Robin this time finally understood what Ash was doing from the very beginning, "This is what Ash was planning since he saw it. As long as Wailmer evolves into a Wailord, he will have enough power to cross the nearby whirlpools!"

Wailmer's evolved form, Wailord, was the largest Pokémon discovered so far, with a body length of up to 14.5 meters.

Well at least that was the data statistics provided by the Pokédex in May's hand, but there are probably many in the wild and in the hands of powerful Pokémon Trainers that surpass this number!

The previous ultra-ancient Kyogre's body length of more than 7 meters was enough to break the estimated number of the Pokédex. Ash's own Rayquaza's long body was around 7 meters long. So what was 14.5 meters actually like?

Wailord were known to swim leisurely around the world and eat large amounts of food in one breath with its big mouth.

In order to chase their prey, they jump out of the water and raise big splashes to disorient them, and that was probably the only time they go attack mode other than being attacked. 

The appearance of them jumping in groups was something very few have seen but all claim they were the most beautiful. In fact, watching them do this was a very popular tourist attraction in the far away region of Alola.

Taking the Wailord, the group left Wailmer Island with Robin and the Rocket Trio joining them in the last second, and finally found a commercial ship, which happened to be heading towards Ever Grande City.
