"Vice Admiral Tsuru!" A Marine Rear Admiral saluted and immediately carried out the order. 

A Rear Admiral and two Captains began directing the Marines, sealing off both the talent recruitment agency and the luxurious hotel next to it. 

The Marines' swift action quickly drew the attention of everyone on the island.

Everyone now knew that several Celestial Dragons had died here from poisoning! 

Vice Admiral Tsuru had a headache. She had just arrived with her team, and something like this had already happened. But since all the evidence pointed to Doflamingo, she felt a little relieved. 

Inside the employment agency, Doflamingo sat with a dark expression, too preoccupied to even care about the Marines surrounding the place. 

Because Sugar was missing! 

The family officers who had been drugged were starting to wake up, including Violet, who was still there. 

"Trebol, what the hell happened? Where is Sugar?!" Doflamingo growled in a low voice.

"It was strange… At the time, Sugar suddenly said she was starving, so I had food brought up for her. 

We all ate it, but then—except for Sugar—we all passed out. 

Before I blacked out, I saw that Sugar was still awake, but she looked panicked. I don't think she understood what was going on either. 

Doffy, someone set us up!" Trebol said urgently. 

"Young Master, the Marines have surrounded the place. What's going on...?" Violet asked. 

She wasn't a suspect right now, but she was just as shocked. She had clearly seen Sugar eat the same food as the rest of them, yet while they all lost consciousness, Sugar was completely fine.

Doflamingo suddenly burst into wild laughter.

Out of nowhere, the door was kicked open by a Marine! 

A whole squad of Marines stormed in, guns aimed straight at Doflamingo and his officers! 

As they surrounded him, Vice Admiral Tsuru stepped forward. 

"Doflamingo, surrender. You're not getting away this time!" 

"Fufufufu~~~" 

"Vice Admiral Tsuru, what's the meaning of this? Has the Warlord system been abolished?" Doflamingo asked, holding back his anger. 

"The system is still in place. But you have been exposed. 

The ten Celestial Dragons staying at your hotel were poisoned to death!" 

"Take him down!" Tsuru ordered coldly. 

Without hesitation, Tsuru charged at Doflamingo. She had been waiting for a chance to arrest this man for a long time! 

Celestial Dragons… dead? 

And in *his* hotel?! 

Doflamingo felt his mind go blank, buzzing with shock! 

"Doffy—Young Master, watch out!" 

The family officers saw Tsuru rushing in and immediately fought back! 

*Bang! Bang! Bang!!!* 

"It's—" 

"They're using Seastone bullets!" 

The officers had barely taken a step forward when a hail of gunfire forced them back, each of them getting hit multiple times! 

Several bullets also flew straight toward Doflamingo! 

At the same time, Vice Admiral Tsuru was closing in fast. 

"Shield White Thread!" 

At the last moment, Doflamingo snapped back to his senses. 

*Not good!* 

He quickly activated his Devil Fruit ability, forming a thick white shield of threads to block the attack. 

But it wasn't enough. 

Realizing this, he leaped straight up, smashing through the ceiling and soaring into the sky above the employment agency, trying to escape. 

Vice Admiral Tsuru immediately chased after him! 

"My, my, Doffy~ You look scared~" 

Suddenly, a sly, mocking voice whispered in Doflamingo's ear. 

His expression instantly changed to one of shock.

"Laser beam!" 

At that moment, a blinding flash of light shot down from above. 

Kizaru had been waiting in the air, ready to strike. Without hesitation, he fired a laser that pierced straight through Doflamingo's chest! 

"Urghhh!!!" 

Blood sprayed from Doflamingo's mouth as he was sent flying backward. 

He hadn't expected Kizaru to be lying in wait above, catching him completely off guard. 

"Kizaru!" 

Gritting his teeth, Doflamingo shouted Kizaru's name, his eyes filled with fury. 

"Zing! Zing!" 

Two more laser beams streaked toward him. Doflamingo, enduring the pain of his wound, quickly dodged. 

Meanwhile, Vice Admiral Tsuru had caught up and immediately launched an attack of her own. 

"Soru!" 

"Iron Fist!" 

*Boom!* 

Just as he dodged Kizaru's lasers, a fiery red figure appeared before him. The next thing he felt was a burning pain surging through his body! 

"Argh!" 

"Ryuen!!" 

In the final moment before losing consciousness, Doflamingo recognized him—the very man he had been planning to take down: Ryuen, the leader of the Dream Exploration Team! 

Ryuen slowly pulled back his hand, and Doflamingo collapsed onto the ground, unconscious. 

"Ryuen, huh?" 

"Hurry!" 

"Doctor! He can't die yet!" 

Vice Admiral Tsuru was caught off guard by Ryuen's sudden attack, but she quickly regained her composure. Doflamingo couldn't die now—he still had to take the blame for the deaths of those ten Celestial Dragons! 

Hearing Tsuru's urgent call, several Marine doctors in white coats rushed over to treat Doflamingo. 

"Zing~~" 

Kizaru, now in his light form, floated down and glanced at the legendary Dream Team captain. Even he was a bit shocked. 

"How scary~ Captain Ryuen~~~" Kizaru muttered in his usual laid-back tone. 

"*Cough, cough~~*" 

"Well… I might've hit a little too hard, but hey, at least he's not dead! Ahahaha~~~" Ryuen cleared his throat, not looking the least bit guilty. 

"*Sigh...*" 

"You either don't fight at all, or you go straight for the kill…" Tsuru gave Ryuen a complicated look. 

"Can't help it. He and I don't get along. Besides, I didn't expect his defense to be this weak~~~" Ryuen spread his hands, pretending to be innocent. 

Tsuru shook her head, then turned to Doflamingo. 

"Vice Admiral Tsuru! Admiral Kizaru! We found one Celestial Dragon still alive, but he's in critical condition!" a Marine soldier reported. 

Hearing this, Tsuru shot a sharp glance at Ryuen. She looked like she wanted to say something but ultimately held back. 

"Take all of the Donquixote Family officers into custody! As soon as Doflamingo's condition stabilizes, put Seastone cuffs on him immediately. Rear Admiral Ressa, you're in charge here for now!" Tsuru ordered. 

"Yes, ma'am!" 

"Vice Admiral Tsuru!" A Marine Rear Admiral saluted in response. 

"Ryuen, Borsalino, let's go check on Saint Lindgas," Tsuru said, turning toward Ryuen. 

"Hmm~~"

"Sure, I haven't seen him in a long time either. No harm in meeting him," Ryuen replied calmly. 

That Vice Admiral Tsuru was quite sharp—without even seeing the person, she already knew the one still alive was Lindgas. 

With that, the three of them headed toward the hotel surrounded by Marines.
