Perfectly Weird

Elysian POV

I finally woke up after some rest. I stretched my arms and got out of my bed and caught my cane which was beside me and when I got near the mirror.

"Oh shit! Completely forgot about my handsomeness~"

[Narrator's Inner feeling: every dog has its day....fortunately it's today for you Elysian.]

I walked out of my room carrying my cane with me and reached downstairs to find my parents and sister at the dinner table. It was a brown table made by British craftsmen who-

[Stop with your internal monolog and sit and eat.]

Sometimes I wonder why I have internal monologs but ignoring that fact , I sat on the chair next to my sister who was staring at me from the moment she saw me.

"Hey mom , hey dad , hello sis"

I greeted them with a smile and started eating my fish which wasn't common in my household as some of the bones weren't seen by me because I was blind but not now! I can finally eat normally! But my hands were used to it so i didn't require any hand eye co-ordination.

After minutes of silence my dad decided to finally speak "So Elysian , I have something to say....it's about school."

"I've decided. I'll join Haiti SCUC and I'll write the exam next week , nothing will stop me now."

"But Ely-"

I ignored my father and kept my spoon down and got up

"I finished my dinner , it was delicious and dad...I just need to write , nothing will go wrong. Trust me."

Saying that I came to my room along with my trusty cane ofcourse.

[You really think you'll learn Writing English in a week? Do you think your a main character ?]

"I possess an ability to speak to animal and transform into them by eating them. Does it not make me a main character?"

I would never. Never. Never again will be scared to do what I want. I lay on my bed thinking about the memories I had....

[At first I thought you turned ignorant but seems you turned purer.]

"Shut up!"

I started blushing from hearing compliments from myself.

[Hahahaha]

"Will you explain now how I got near the highway which is 100km away in just an hour?"

[Certainly. You were about to awaken your power so I found a spot where there were a lot of animals and used a lot of our life force to teleport there , then I used their life force to get our life force back and empowered you which made me stable and passed out with you]

"Wowwwww so you killed some of the chickens pretty near the sanctuary?"

[Not just out of the Santuary but also inside , no worries only ducks were harmed]

Whatever my subconscious told seemed unbelievable especially Teleportation with life force!

"What animals can I transform again?"

[An ant , a rooster , a bull , a pig and a fish]

"Explain my powers."

[Power gifted to you by the 'God' is Animalosis , it has 2 abilities , 1st allows for full transformation which means the animal you eat , you can become like a tiger if you eat one but you wont possess that animal's natural instinct but instead your own . 2nd one is Fragmentary , the animal you eat will become part of your genus and you'll gain the absolute useful ability of that creature which won't give any new arm or legs , it provides with slight power up to your body and you can change part of your body into something for small amount of time and you can change multiple together]

"Multiple together?"

My Animalosis was the coolest power in the whole world! I could be as fast as a cheetah and as powerful as a lion! So coollllll.

[You can transform your body into a elephant's trunk and camel's hump with grasshopper legs]

Although that seemed like a bad idea , it was pretty useful to be real.

"I want to test run."

[Sure , head to Nelson park]

Nelson Park was the nearest park and abandoned due to some reasons , it was owned by Neil who isn't Nelson Mandela fan mind you. He was charged with crime of child harassment which was actually proven along with evidence of him doing that and it has been locked every since.

I come out of my room's window making sure my parents are all asleep and my door is locked and got out of the window.

"Seriously..."

I got other pipe and slided down it and got a perfect landing. Got up and then remembered that I forgot where that park is...

[I remembered, follow my lead]

Thankfully my voice remembered the street and address altogether and told me the lead.

While walking I enjoyed the scenery of darkness , though it was dark, it was peaceful and calm with pure black sky , It was calm...

"The last time I visited Nelson park was a decade ago"

I tried to climb the fence but i couldn't and I looked at the fence blankly and just stared at it.

[Seriously you can turn into an Ant!]

"How too...?"

The voice stopped responding , I tried talking to it but got no answer then I closed my eyes and started thinking about an ant and closed my eyes tightly.

[Good Job! You have successfully become an Ant on the first try!]

As i opened my eyes, the tall gate had become even taller! Not just taller but it was goddamn gigantic! I looked at my body and when I touched my face , It felt normal but I could see the antennas on my head and I could feel the surroundings more clearly and started to walk in through the gap and returned back to my original form.

"That was good for my first transformation"

[It actually was , I expected you to partially become an Ant like decrease your height without turning into an Ant but seems I was wrong about myself]

"Hmph!"

I pouted and started walking into the park , it was pretty normal sized with seesaws and slides for children , empty space for Tai chi of the old people and benches for old aunties to chat and love birds to flirt near but it has eerie silence which wasn't surprising as it was midnight until I heard a scream.

"Help!! There trying to sexually assault me!!!"
