Chapter 45: Battle Against Uchiha Tekka

Genichi had absolutely no recollection of a character like Shimura Torii. But he did remember Uchiha Tekka. In the future, he would be a core member of the Uchiha clan, a wielder of the three-tomoe Sharingan, a Konoha Jonin, and a key figure in the Military Police Force who once kept a close watch on Itachi.

Genichi had never imagined that this guy would be in the same year as him.

Uchiha Tekka had a small black mole on his glabella and was a head shorter than Genichi. The two of them stood on opposite sides of the arena as indicated by the proctor.

The battle started, but Uchiha Tekka did not immediately charge forward. Instead, he leaped backward, and at the same time, with a flick of his hands, a volley of shuriken shot toward Genichi.

Genichi now carried two swords. A long sword hung at his waist, and a short sword was stuck in the back of his waistband. He immediately drew the short sword from his back and blocked all the shuriken.

After landing, Uchiha Tekka leaped into the air again, his shuriken continuing to fly, until Genichi was surrounded by a circle of them stuck in the ground.
