They reached the end, a grand, ancient palace.

Stussy's residence.

Countless classically dressed girls served Stussy.

Stussy, having been contacted by Ryuya, waited at the entrance, wearing a floral kimono.

Seeing Ryuya, Stussy knelt, devoutly saying, "Leader."

"Mm."

Ryuya, led by Stussy, entered the palace.

It was filled with the world's treasures.

Famous swords, top-tier collectibles, were everywhere.

But beneath them were Seastone traces.

Robin, sensitive to Seastone, asked, "Leader, why so much Seastone?"

Others wondered the same.

Before Stussy could answer, Ryuya said, "To guard against CP0. Many of them are Devil Fruit users!"

"CP0? Isn't it just CP9?"

Nami, a recent sailor, thought it was only CP9.

Stussy smiled, "The Leader's right. CP0 protects the World Nobles. The Seastone is to guard against them. Many are Devil Fruit users!"

She hesitated, "I'm a member of CP0."

Except for Ryuya, the women were stunned.

The air was tense.

"But don't worry, upon meeting the Leader, I decided to sever ties with CP0!"

This didn't ease the tension.

They didn't believe her.

If CP0 was as described, they wouldn't be easily betrayed.

There must be a trap!

Seeing their suspicion, Ryuya coughed, "I trust Stussy. She has her reasons."

They entered a small room.

This showed Stussy's cautious nature.

The small space provided a sense of security.

"Stussy, I'm leaving two people with you."

Ryuya said, "Robin, Nojiko."

Robin and Nojiko nodded.

"Teach them intelligence gathering and management. Okay?"

Stussy looked at the two cloaked figures.

She nodded, "Yes, Leader. I'll do my best."

Ryuya nodded.

Stussy, Robin, and Nojiko would lead the intelligence department.

Sufficient!

After Robin and Nojiko's training, they could lead independently.

Ryuya trusted Stussy's abilities.

Then, they discussed recent events.

"Leader, I heard something. The North Blue's former royal family is active. They want to regain their glory!"

"The North Blue's former royal family? Germa 66?"

Ryuya frowned, but quickly relaxed.

He thought of Germa 66's strength.

Their scientific capabilities, especially their genetic factors, were powerful weapons!

But to Ryuya, they were trash.

On this sea, personal strength was paramount!

With enough strength, one could easily establish a nation!

As Ryuya considered how to use Germa 66, he sensed presences.

He detected hostility.

With his peak Observation Haki,

he could sense even the slightest hostility.
