The reason for this strict decision was rooted in events from 800 years ago.

Such seemingly insignificant and soft materials could become extremely powerful commodities in the world of pirates below hot items that could alter the balance of power.

At the same time, many did not fully understand why their king, Anos, would issue such a decree. This misunderstanding was natural.

For the Tru Kingdom, the primary reason why Anos enforced such strict prohibitions was the fear that excessive leakage of Skypiea's resources would expose the kingdom's hidden presence on the island, including sensitive information about their military bases.

After all, most of the world still believed Skypiea to be nothing more than a myth.

If these products were widely introduced to the world, it would spark a global frenzy to locate the legendary islands.

Even the Marines and the World Government would be drawn to claim or exploit this location.

In truth, the Marines and the World Government might already know about Skypiea.

However, the immense difficulty of travelling to and from the island, combined with the lack of immediate gain, had likely deterred them from pursuing it further.

For the Tru Kingdom, however, Skypiea had become a treasure trove of wealth and talent.

It provided a steady stream of resources and skilled individuals to the kingdom, creating a strategic advantage.

Unlike their mainland territories, where prying eyes were inevitable, Skypiea offered relative isolation and security.

Even though the population of Skypiea had recently swelled by over 10,000 due to the arrival of newcomers, the outside world remained unaware of these developments.

The locals continued their lives as usual. To the ordinary residents of Skypiea, Upper Yard was already a restricted zone, and the recent tightening of access had little impact on their day-to-day lives.

Most had never ventured there, so the stricter bans were irrelevant to them.

However, secrecy could not last forever. Among the first to notice the changes was Enel, a native of Skypiea.

He had recently started spending much of his time training under Daiki and the Tru Kingdom's forces.

After finishing an intense training session one day, Enel returned to the military base, only to be greeted by a cacophony of activity.

Although he had been aware of the influx of new arrivals, the sheer number of individuals clad in black uniforms left him astonished.

"Everything was normal this morning… How did this happen so suddenly?" Enel wondered, struggling to process the sight before him.

Unbeknownst to him, the Tru Kingdom had used a space portal to transport its forces. Enel, unaware of the portal's existence, found the sudden gathering overwhelming.

"Everyone, assemble!"

Daiki's voice boomed across the massive training grounds through a loudspeaker. His command echoed so loudly that it was impossible to miss.

For those out of earshot, his orders were relayed via the base's communication system.

The training primarily focused on mastering the "Six Powers" techniques and team operations.

Within minutes, tens of thousands of individuals had gathered in orderly formations, creating an awe-inspiring sight.

As Enel gawked at the scene, Haruya strode confidently to the forefront, clad in a black combat uniform and matching peaked cap.

Behind him stood three rows of elite soldiers, all similarly attired, who radiated an air of authority and precision distinct from the rest of the troops.

"Stop staring and get moving!"

Rona, one of the soldiers snapped at Enel as he passed by.

"Rona! What's going on?" Enel asked, still perplexed.

"You'll find out soon enough. Just get into formation!" Rona replied curtly.

Enel reluctantly complied, joining the growing ranks. As he moved into position, he noticed that some of the soldiers in black uniforms also wore distinctive peaked caps, which set them apart from the others.

These individuals stood at the front of the formation, exuding an intimidating presence.

In less than three minutes, the chaotic training grounds fell silent. Tens of thousands of troops stood in perfect formation, divided into hundreds of rows, with each soldier maintaining precise spacing.

From the front, it seemed as though only a single person stood in each row.

At the head of the assembly, Haruya faced the Tru Kingdom's flag, which fluttered proudly in the breeze.

Behind him were rows of elite soldiers, their black combat uniforms and caps emphasizing their discipline and superiority.

Daiki and his group approached the forefront, with only a few personnel left behind to guard the space portal.

Everyone else from the Tru Kingdom who had travelled to Skypiea was now present on the training grounds.

Once Daiki reached the front, he saluted and donned a peaked cap of his own.

"Reporting to the Army Commander! Captain of the Palace Guard, has been ordered by His Majesty King Anos to lead the special forces to report to you!" Haruya declared, his voice carrying across the grounds.

The training grounds fell silent, save for the faint rustling of the wind.

Daiki returned the salute, his expression serious. "Begin the report."

"Reporting, Commander! A total of 11,500 personnel have arrived at the Skypiea Military Base for training, including 500 instructors and 11,000 trainees. All personnel are present and accounted for. Awaiting further orders!" Haruya reported crisply.

"Understood. Skypiea Military Base acknowledges your arrival," Daiki replied with a faint smile.

As he scanned the vast formation, Daiki couldn't help but marvel at the sight. Tens of thousands of troops, perfectly aligned and disciplined this level of organization and scale was a rarity, even among the Marines.
