[Shock! The Marine Hawks Vice Admiral Onigumo Defeated – The Culprit Turns Out to Be...!?]

[Marine Admiral Holds a Press Conference]

Announcing that Marine Headquarters Vice Admiral Onigumo died in the line of duty while fighting pirates—a heroic sacrifice.

[Big News!]

Marine Headquarters Vice Admiral Onigumo led the fleet into a fierce conflict with the BIG-MOM Pirates, and the entire army was wiped out.

[Marine Announces a Reward of 200 Million Berries]

for Charlotte Wilhelm, "The Trembling Nobleman," regardless of life or death.

On this day, the sea is destined not to be too calm.

As news birds spread across the world, towns and villages of all sizes receive fresh newspapers, still exuding the fragrance of ink. The sea trembles beneath the weight of the latest headlines.

In recent years, the world's best-selling news paper has been published.

A full page of bold black headlines is strikingly noticeable.

Next to it, there's a photo of Charlotte Wilhelm.

Unlike a standard arrest warrant, the image shows a handsome young man adorned in luxurious clothing with an air of extravagance.

The background appears to be Cake Island, the headquarters of the BIG-MOM Pirates.

The exact moment of the photograph remains unknown.

"What?"

"How is this possible? Are you joking?"

"The iron-blooded Vice Admiral Onigumo, described as more terrifying than evil spirits, defeated in battle?"

"Your Trembling Son? Isn't he too young?"

"When did such a pirate emerge from the BIG-MOM Pirate crew?"

"This silver-haired boy is a member of the Charlotte family, the son of 'the world's most vicious female pirate,' Charlotte Linlin?"

"Gulu! Only fifteen years old, and he's offered a bounty of 200 million Berries?"

The sacrifice of a Marine Headquarters Vice Admiral is not insignificant to the Marine bases and fortresses across the four seas and Grand Line.

A Vice Admiral at Marine Headquarters holds a high status and is an indispensable backbone of the Marine forces.

The loss of Onigumo, the Marine's hawk general, is not a trivial matter. In the first half of the Grand Line, where Marine Headquarters is stationed, the death of a senior general with thousands of elite Marines is a heavy blow.

The news caused widespread shock.

Throughout the seas, and even within the Marine, the uproar is immense.

"Wow! What a handsome man..."

"I'm sure I've found my Prince Charming!"

"It's so perfect, so cool and handsome~~~ It's over, I realize I'm about to fall~~~"

"Your Trembling Son, what a perfect little handsome guy—he is simply the most ideal dream lover~~~"

"Who has more photos of Charlotte Wilhelm? The Marchioness bought them at a high price~~~"

"I've decided that from now on, Lord Wilhelm will be everyone's idol!"

"Ah~~~, I really want such a handsome and cold husband!"

"No, I'm in love~~~"

Yet at the same time,

People were shocked by the revelation.

Seeing the photo of Charlotte Wilhelm in the newspaper,

Countless women went insane.

They ignored his cruel crimes and the fact that Marine Headquarters had offered a bounty of 200 million Berries for his arrest.

Instead, they were entirely captivated by his unbelievably handsome face and the ruthless, almost indescribable aura surrounding him.

He was utterly infatuated with that "Trembling Nobleman," holding his wanted poster, staring at the photo above with a lovestruck expression...

On the streets and alleys, freshly posted wanted posters were snatched up instantly by those women who had lost their minds.

The ages of these women ranged from young girls, teenagers, young women in their twenties, and ladies in their thirties and forties...

Big and small, everyone became Charlotte Wilhelm fans.

The craze was outrageously exaggerated.

Similar scenes weren't limited to one or two towns; they spread across the world.

The jaws of countless people were left wide open in shock.

Charlotte Wilhelm, the Trembling Nobleman.

All at once, he became the most popular pirate among women in the seas.

This sudden fame was completely unexpected by the Marine.

Meanwhile, far in the middle half of the New World.

In the Totto Land sea area, the headquarters of the BIG-MOM Pirates—Cake Island.

A dreamy fairytale land, with colorful, massive cake castles.

"Master Katakuri..."

Katakuri, the second son of the Charlotte family and the strongest star of the BIG-MOM Pirates, walked into the hall.

He stood tall and imposing, with short amaranth-red hair and the lower half of his face obscured by a white scarf, making his full expression hard to see.

Dressed in a set of black—black gloves, a black vest, black leather pants, and black Martin boots—he exuded a cold and commanding aura.

"Mother..."

Above the main hall, on a colossal throne, sat Charlotte Linlin—a woman resembling a titan, towering over eight or nine meters tall with a slightly bloated figure. She lounged lazily, occasionally grabbing a sweet pastry and stuffing it into her mouth.

The pastries, which had anthropomorphic faces, made strange noises—"Eat me~~~," "I'm going to be eaten~~~," "I'm going to be swallowed~~~"—creating an unsettling atmosphere.

Charlotte Linlin, between bites, glanced at Katakuri, her youthful beauty still faintly visible beneath her growing girth.

Content with the sweet taste, she asked nonchalantly, "Katakuri, what's the matter?"

"Mom," Katakuri responded, pulling out several fresh wanted posters with a trace of helplessness, "Wilhelm and the others caused a stir in the first half of the Grand Line."

Katakuri reported to Charlotte Linlin, "They attacked Marine's fleet, defeated Marine Headquarters Vice Admiral Onigumo, and were offered a reward of 200 million Berries by the Marines. Now, even Smoothie, Snamon, and the others are wanted criminals..."

In Wilhelm's true strength, logically, his bounty should surpass 200 million Berries. However, Marine's bounty system considers not just personal strength, but also the danger and impact the pirate poses to the world.

The more vicious and destructive pirates are, the higher their bounty reflects their influence.

Marine has always had a tradition—when a pirate's bounty is first issued, it is usually not excessively high. This is to avoid embarrassment, as any fledgling pirate with moderate strength shouldn't warrant a huge bounty, lest the world mocks Marine's incompetence.

This was the first time Wilhelm had received a bounty from Marine Headquarters, and the reward was set at a staggering 200 million Berries.

Clearly, Marine is taking his threat seriously.

After all, the loss of one Marine Headquarters Vice Admiral and thousands of Marine personnel is no small matter.

This weighed heavily on Katakuri's mind.

Marine is certain to respond.

They can't allow Wilhelm and his crew to roam freely through the first half of the Grand Line, where Marine Headquarters is stationed, without consequences.

"Is this news about Wilhelm? Mama mama..."

Charlotte Linlin raised an eyebrow, surprised, as she sat up.

Looking at the arrest warrants that Katakuri presented, she let out a loud, boisterous laugh: "Well done! You are worthy of being my mother's son!"

Charlotte Linlin was completely satisfied with Wilhelm—her son who had perfectly inherited her monstrous talent. Born with a body of copper skin and iron bones, he was impervious to weaponry and had a natural strength that rivaled her own.

With a handsome appearance, unmatched talent, and overwhelming power…

The only regret Charlotte Linlin had was that Wilhelm wasn't as large as herself.

Charlotte Linlin had always harbored an unrealistic dream—a wish for people of all races to unite, to be seen and treated as equals, without differences in size or power.

At a grand banquet, everyone could be happy, with no racial barriers or distinctions—everyone the same size, sitting around a massive round table, sharing meals together in harmony.

Charlotte Linlin believed that would be a blissful dream.

"Mom, Wilhelm's talent is undeniable. As his older brother, I've seen it firsthand. With his strength, Marine Vice Admiral is no match for him," Katakuri assured confidently.

"But the first half of the Grand Line is Marine's headquarters. The death of a Vice Admiral will not be ignored," Katakuri continued, raising his concerns.

"I'm worried that Marine may target Wilhelm next!"

"Mama Mama, don't worry, Katakuri..."

Charlotte Linlin responded confidently, her voice as strong as ever. "You and Wilhelm are both my beloved children. Wilhelm is my most perfect creation so far. He easily defeated that boy Cracker, and with his abilities, even the Admirals of Marine Headquarters wouldn't stand a chance!"

"Mamamama~, I wanted Wilhelm to be the fourth Dessert General of the Charlotte family, but it's a shame he refused!"

Charlotte Linlin glanced at Katakuri, speaking with unwavering certainty: "You don't need to worry. Let him cause trouble outside. Even the sharpest sword must be tempered to shine, ma mama ma…"

Charlotte Linlin had witnessed Wilhelm's Paramecia ability—Transfer Fruit. She had seen firsthand how he could manipulate space. If Wilhelm truly desired freedom, no one in the sea could restrain him.

It might even be good for him to hone his skills further.

As for Smoothie and the other sisters? It doesn't matter. With Wilhelm's unmatched talent, he far surpasses them.

Though Smoothie, the fourteenth daughter, has shown impressive ability—far better than the tenth son Cracker, who was named "General Star"—her strength still doesn't compare to Wilhelm's.

Should she fall easily in the first half of the Grand Line, it would only prove her inadequacy.

In Charlotte Linlin's eyes, even Katakuri might not measure up to Wilhelm. His innate, monstrous talent was something destined to eclipse all others.

Sooner or later, he would surpass Katakuri—the "strongest general"—and become her most formidable weapon.

At that point, even someone like that "bastard" Whitebeard Edward Newgate, the so-called "World's Strongest Man," wouldn't be able to stand in her way.

"Yes, Mom…"

Katakuri hesitated to speak further, but he dared not defy Charlotte Linlin's will.

Normally, with Wilhelm's abilities, no harm would come his way.

However, with Smoothie, Strong, and Snamon by his side, if Marine grew ruthless and mobilized Admirals like "Akainu," "Aokiji," or "Kizaru"—each possessing monster-like strength and fully qualified for the position—it could spell serious danger.

The risk was real.
