Ryun glared at her fiercely. If her sense of humor was so weak, she had no one to blame but herself.

"Then why were you laughing when the teacher caught me? If I'm suffering, you're coming down with me..."

Kushina grinned shamelessly, clearly enjoying herself.

His legs were already sore, and now he had to stand as punishment. Ryun was on the verge of tears.

As the first class neared its end, Kushina noticed Ryun's legs trembling uncontrollably. Unable to resist, she asked curiously:

"Hey, why are your legs shaking?"

"All thanks to you," Ryun retorted, giving her a sidelong glance. He would've had plenty of time to rest if not for her.

"Just standing for a bit and your legs give out? Are you that weak..."

The moment she said it, Kushina burst into laughter at her own joke.

Ryun couldn't help but applaud.

Being protected like this felt amazing!

Ryun pumped his fist, cheering her on.
