Hiruzen nodded in acknowledgment.

"You've done well, all of you. Dispatch the forces to surround the Daimyō's mansion and dispatch him along with his line to pure land. Leave this place to me.

Meanwhile, five squads will remain here to handle any stragglers. You and your forces will infiltrate the Daimyō's palace and after that return to Iwa once the mission is complete."

The Earth ANBU replied, "Yes, Hokage-sama."

Five squads consisting of five elite jōnin and fifteen jōnin stayed behind, while the rest of the forces disappeared into the forest.

Hiruzen addressed the remaining squads, "Ensure the safety of civilians and eliminate any deserters from Taki."

All of them responded in unison, "Yes, Hokage-sama," before disappearing into the shadows.

Meanwhile, about 200 meters away, a black figure was watching the Konoha ANBU.

It was none other than Black Zetsu. A ripple in space signaled Hiruzen's arrival.

Recognizing the familiar chakra, Black Zetsu immediately cloaked himself using Yin-Yang Release and observed quietly.

Upon hearing Hiruzen's first command to his ANBU, Black Zetsu disappeared, muttering to himself, I must inform Madara-sama that the Hokage has arrived.

He relayed the information to White Zetsu, who in turn informed Madara.

"Hahaha, Madara-sama, it seems Black Zetsu has located the Third Hokage. He has arrived in the Village Hidden in Waterfall." said White Zetsu.

Madara opened his eyes, revealing the same rippling pattern with purple colour of Rinnegan.

He had planned to implant them into Nagato but had delayed it because of Hiruzen's growing threat to his plans.

"I see. Tell Black Zetsu to monitor him discreetly."

White Zetsu bowed. "Yes, Madara-sama," before vanishing.

Madara stood up from his stone throne.

The tubes connecting him to the Gedo Statue disconnected, and a large amount of life force flowed into him, restoring him to his peak condition.

Meanwhile, Hiruzen bypassed the barrier surrounding the Waterfall Village and arrived just outside its gates.

He observed the scene carefully—there were only ninja going in and out; no civilians were present. Hiruzen sighed. This will save me some trouble.

Invoking his Swift Release, he appeared at the gates, his hands flowing behind his back in air.

Slowly, he raised both hands and formed a blue sphere containing five swirling Rasengan. He hurled the sphere toward the gate.

Takikage spoke while controlling his angry expression to Hiruzen, "Do you... by any chance be the third Hokage of Konoha?

Hiruzen smiled and a shadow clone disappeared from his shadow towards Takikage Village.

Takikage hearing this spoke with twisted expression, "What courage Hokage, do you think you are god of shinobi and can alone defeat us all?"

Soon all of the ninja of Takigakure has finally arrived and readied themselves in combat stance.
