The sky darkened slightly as a massive dome engraved with animal faces dropped from above, trapping Sasuke, the building beneath him, and the Taka Squad inside.

Jūgo frowned. "Trying to trap us in here?"

Sasuke snorted and leapt into the air.

Chidori surged around his left hand, forming a sharp lightning spear. With a clean slash, he cut through the barrier's ceiling. Sparks flew as the massive dome shattered and collapsed!

"Not bad, your Lightning Style packs a punch."

Another Anbu, the squad leader Kite, wearing a bird-beaked mask with pale, beard-like markings, formed a different set of seals.

White wind currents turned into sharp blades, sweeping toward the Taka Squad!

Suigetsu Hozuki reacted fast, swinging his beheading sword and deflecting the wind blades one after another!

Karin warned, "Sasuke, a large amount of chakra is heading our way!"

"That woman... is she a sensory type?"

Wearing a mask shaped like an elephant's head, the Anbu squad leader Elephant muttered to himself as he formed hand seals.

Four massive stone pillars shot up in the east, west, north, and south, crackling with intense lightning!

Suigetsu shouted, "This is bad...!"

Sasuke narrowed his eyes, which had turned into the straight-pattern Mangekyō Sharingan.

Purple chakra flames erupted, forming the skeletal frame of Susanoo, shielding them from the lightning strikes pouring in from every direction!

 The three Anbu squad leaders were clearly surprised beneath their masks.

 A large sword formed in Susanoo's hand and swept outward, crack! the four stone pillars shattered instantly!

"Fall back!"

Lizard, Kite, and Elephant quickly retreated, putting some distance between them.

Kite formed hand seals and said, "That thing's huge, its wind resistance must be great!"

Flames roared inside the sealed box, turning it into a blazing inferno!

The raging flames inside the stone box hardened the clay around Susanoo, turning it into a solid fortress.

Kite said, "Now he should settle down…"

But suddenly—cracks spread across the surface, and the entire structure exploded!

Sasuke stood tall, surrounded by dark purple chakra, his eyes sharp and cold.

"You call that power?"

He had fully summoned Susanoo, now in its Crow Tengu form, a transformation once only possible with the Mangekyō, now easily performed with his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.

Susanoo swung its massive blade, clearing nearby buildings in one sweep, making space around him.

From a distance, the three Anbu squad leaders watched in silence.

Lizard said, "That's the power of Uchiha's eyes…"

Kite added, "We can't stop that monster with just us."

Elephant said, "It's fine. We've already completed our mission."

All over Konoha, ninjas gathered, rushing to the scene.

At the front of the crowd, Hatake Kakashi stared at the armored Sasuke with sorrow in his eyes.

"…You've fallen, Sasuke…"

Not far behind him, Sakura screamed desperately, "Sasuke-kun!! Please, stop!!"

Sasuke glanced at them and said flatly, "Kakashi. Sakura…"

Suigetsu asked, "You know them?"

"Yeah. They were my old friends."

Sasuke's voice was cold. "But that doesn't matter now. They're all on the must-kill list… even Naruto."

"…You," Sasuke muttered. He recognized Sai from their previous brief encounter at Orochimaru's hideout.

He smirked, a ferocious light in his eyes.

"So… I'll start with you!"

Susanoo threw its sword straight toward Sai in the sky!

Obito's eyes under the mask were bloodshot. Cold sweat trickled down his cheek as he clenched his fists and asked in disbelief,

"How did you know...?"

Naruto gave a half-smile.

"Well, it's a long story. How about this, let me stop Sasuke first, then I'll tell you everything... sound good?"

Obito's eyes flickered for a moment before turning cold.

"I'll listen... after I take back Madara's Rinnegan."

Naruto sighed.

"Looks like we're both the type who don't back down easily. Konan, stand back. I'll handle this!"

Obito responded,

"Tobi, fall back. I'll take care of him myself."

Konan and White Zetsu each retreated, leaving the battlefield to the two of them.

Mangekyō Kamui and the Rinnegan, activated together.

"Let's settle this!!!"
