Sakura looked at him with disapproval.

Hiruzen started smoking again, and looked at Kakashi.

Naruto started grinning, intent on inflicting pain.

Sasuke silently passed him a kunai with an exploding tag tied to it.

"Get your revenge."

He whispered.

Sakura wasn't satisfied with this punishment, but didn't pursue it further. Afterall, the village can't really afford to put its top ninja in jail.

It's just like the rich get away with their crimes in any country.

That day, Kakashi returned home while limping. He couldn't even sit.

Naruto has gotten his revenge, with kunai and explosive tag in the mix.

It didn't help that rumours spread across the village that he had... wierd tastes. A mother who had given a babysitting mission for her baby boy cancelled the mission as soon as she saw Kakashi.

In the jonin circle, the word that Sakura said, 'Diddy', became famous.

Team 7 continued their D-rank missions.

Sasuke told Naruto the advantage of Shadow Clones, and Naruto started using them for chakra control and re-learning basics from Kakashi, which he had ignored during Academy.

Sasuke and Sakura started using 1 shadow clone each for learning fuinjutsu. And Sasuke has started learning how to use a katana from Kakashi.

In no time, a month has passed.

"Old man! I want a real mission, Dattebayo!"

"I see. Babysitting—"

"REAL MISSION! Like saving a princess or something!"

Iruka, who is assisting Hiruzen in assigning D-rank missions to the freshly graduated students scolded Naruto and started explaining the mission ranks.

Sasuke also said, "We don't want any more D-rank missions. We are capable enough for C-rank missions."

Sakura also nodded. She didn't want to catch Tora again. It wasn't exactly hard, but finding her across the village was very time consuming.

Sasuke was also sick of cleaning dogs' shit in the Inuzuka clan.

Hiruzen shuffled through the files, and took out a C-rank mission request.

"Alright. C-rank mission it is. Protect Tazuna the bridge builder and escort him to the Land of Waves."
