Chapter 210: Side Story Uzumaki Naruto End
In the feudal shinobi era, the main family of the Hyuga Clan had never needed to wash their clothes, cook their meals, or clean their rooms. All their daily chores were done by the branch members, and they lived pampered lives. But after their privileges were forcefully stripped away, they began to live like commoners—no, more accurately, like rats. They were lost, unsure of what to do with themselves. Unable to vent their anger on the branch members anymore, they redirected their fury toward Hyuga Hiashi, whom they foolishly believed had spread the new seal.
However, they later discovered the seal was not created by Hiashi at all. It was Uchiha Setsuna who had designed it. Setsuna had approached Hiashi and secretly distributed the seal to the branch members himself.
Left with no other choice, the main family had to adapt. They began learning how to survive like everyone else—cleaning their own rooms, accepting daily missions to earn wages, and cooking their own food. The Hyuga incident passed through the village like a brief storm. It didn't cause much of a stir, mostly because the ones affected were a small portion of the main family. In comparison to the thousands of branch members, their suffering seemed negligible. The once-arrogant main family had begun living like regular civilians.
---Akatsuki Base---
"What? Konan, is it true the First Hokage has returned?" asked Nagato, his tone laced with disbelief.
"Yes," Konan replied, her expression grim. "I've heard rumors. They say a powerful Uchiha with a Mangekyō Sharingan has gained the ability to pull people from the Astral Dimension—a temporary space where temporary body remain before death claims them fully."
She paused before continuing. "And worst of all… Uchiha Itachi has defected and returned to Konoha. That means everything we planned, every detail, has likely been leaked."
Nagato's face tightened. "Hmph."
Just then, Uchiha Madara—no, Obito appeared, phasing through the air with his swirling space-time jutsu.
"Don't worry, Nagato. We still have a way to win," Obito said with forced confidence.
Nagato narrowed his eyes. "What way?"
Obito looked at him seriously. "I need your Rinnegan."
"What? Impossible!" Nagato snapped, immediately rejecting the idea.
But before another word could be exchanged, the air around them twisted once again. Another swirling portal opened, larger, heavier. This time, it was Setsuna who emerged, bringing with him a group that shocked even the coldest members of Akatsuki.
Standing beside him were Naruto, Sasuke, Hashirama Senju, Mito Uzumaki, Kakashi Hatake, Minato Namikaze, and Kushina Uzumaki.
For a brief moment, silence fell across the Akatsuki base. No one dared move. No one dared speak.
Then, Hashirama raised a hand and greeted them in his usual cheerful tone.
"Hi! Hello there!"
"You… the First Hokage? How can you be here?" Obito stammered, eyes wide in disbelief.
Nagato and Konan, still reeling from the initial shock, turned to look more closely at the man who had just casually greeted them.
But before anyone else could speak, Kushina stepped forward, her voice cracking, eyes already brimming with tears.
"Obito… what happened to you?" she asked softly, her voice full of sorrow.
Obito froze. He had denied his identity for so long that the name itself felt foreign to him now.
"I… I am not Obito. I am Madara," he said stiffly.
Setsuna sighed. Without a word, he turned and summoned one more person from the Astral Dimension—Nohara Rin.
She emerged, glowing faintly with the energy of the space she had just left.
Obito breath caught in his throat the moment he saw her. It was as if time had stopped.
"Obito…" Rin said gently, stepping closer. "Are you really Obito?"
Obito's lips trembled. His mask began to crack—not just physically, but emotionally. For all the power he had gathered, for all the darkness he embraced, he was now confronted by the one thing that could unravel it all.
His past.
His guilt.
His truth.
"You... How are you still alive?" asked Obito, his hand trembling as he pointed at Rin.
The heart-wrenching reunion between them unfolded before everyone's eyes, but Setsuna didn't want to watch any longer. He cut in abruptly.
"Uchiha Obito, your Infinite Tsukuyomi is a fake jutsu. It doesn't bring peace. You and Madara were both deceived by Black Zetsu," Setsuna stated coldly.
"What?" Obito replied, stunned.
"What do you mean by Infinite Tsukuyomi?" asked Konan, her brow furrowed in confusion.
"When did our goal become Infinite Tsukuyomi?" Nagato questioned, his voice laced with suspicion.
Not wanting to waste time on further drama, Setsuna laid out the truth. He explained how Madara had planned everything behind the scenes, that the Rinnegan Nagato was using had originally belonged to Madara, and that the masked man standing before them was actually Uchiha Obito—not Madara—who had been manipulated all along.
He continued by revealing the real purpose of the Infinite Tsukuyomi: to release Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, who had been sealed. Worse still, Setsuna warned that if Nagato continued collecting all the tailed beasts, it could cause the Ten Tails to evolve into something even more dangerous—more intelligent and far stronger than the original.
---After Math---
Nohara Rin here make the job easier, Obito didn't dare to do anything towards Nohara Rin and they win without a fight. Setsuna released the seal on Obito heart—a seal Madara had placed to prevent him from committing suicide. Without giving him a chance to escape or die, Setsuna sent Obito to a high-security prison in Konoha and left the decision to the Hokage.
As for Nagato and Konan, they weren't as fortunate. Yahiko chakra had long since faded, and his chakra body had already perished in the Astral Dimension, meaning he was truly gone and could not be saved.
Instead, Setsuna summoned someone else, Nagato biological mother, Uzumaki Fuso.
Unlike her husband, Fuso had inherited the distinct red hair of the Uzumaki Clan, a sign of her massive chakra reserves. Because of that, she had remained alive in the Astral Dimension far longer than her husband, whose chakra had already depleted.
Nagato instantly recognized her. Even though many years had passed, he still remembered his mother. Fuso smiled warmly, tears welling in her eyes as she saw how much her son had grown.
In the following days, several other members of the Uzumaki Clan were also summoned back and reintegrated directly into Konoha and one of them is Uzumaki Karin mother. Their return was quiet, but their presence brought new strength and healing to the village, as well as to those who once believed they had lost everything.
---Clones Vanish---
Before his clones vanished due to the time limit, Setsuna performed one final task: releasing Kaguya from her prison.
By this time, Tobirama had also been brought back from the Astral Dimension.
It was too dangerous to leave Kaguya sealed. If the other Ōtsutsuki were to return, they might attempt something terrible using her body. To prevent that, Setsuna used a combination of Fuinjutsu and purification magic to safely release her. Just like in the previous timeline, Kaguya was freed and together, they hunted down Isshiki shortly afterward.
Before they left, Setsuna handed a scroll containing information about the Karma to Minato. Then, on the final day before the clones vanished, they gathered one last time for a heartfelt farewell.
When Setsuna disappeared, it brought tears to Naruto's eyes. Setsuna was living proof of Naruto's journey through time—and now, that chapter had come to an end.
While Setsuna who are in the other timelines received all the information that his clones had done for a years.
