Naruto: Chakra System

As Kakashi had remembered about Sakura, she indeed possessed very superior chakra control, and she was able to climb a tree on her first attempt, though not properly. But within the next few hours, she was even able to master it, which despite his knowing, still surprised Kakashi.

Meanwhile, Naruto and Sasuke were still struggling with Wall Walking, even with using Shadow Clones. However, thanks to Naruto's competitive nature, they had a competition and were practicing very diligently.

One of Naruto's clones said, "Hey, see, see, I climbed higher than you this time, Sasuke!"

Sasuke snorted. "Hmph, you're using 50 Shadow Clones, and I only one, and it still took you hours to reach that point."

Naruto didn't care about Sasuke's comment and taunted him back, "Haha, now don't be a loser, it's not my fault that you can't make more clones like me!"

Sasuke grumbled, but before he could say anything to Naruto, Kakashi spoke, "Alright, stop training now."

Kakashi vanished his Shadow Clone and flickered there and tell them to stop training. This made Naruto and Sasuke confused, as Naruto asked, "Huh! But why? It's still only afternoon, we can practice more."

Kakashi said, "You all have to do a D-rank labor mission, so stop training for now."

Naruto grunted. "Not a real mission!" he said.

Kakashi didn't care about his complaints. He himself couldn't just let them do training all the time, since Hiruzen would ask him about report of why his team hadn't done any missions, and then maybe they couldn't even do the Land of Waves mission.

And Kakashi personally wanted to do that mission, as he wanted to copy Haku's Kekkei Genkai, "Ice Release: Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals Jutsu!", which he thought he could copy with his Mangekyō Sharingan now. Though he wasn't much sure, but he wanted to try copying it.

If everything went right, then that's okay. Otherwise, if just like canon, Zabuza died, he would have Kubikiribōchō, the executioner blade, for himself.

Especially if he was able to make a storage scroll on his palm, then he could hide it from Konoha as well. With that, he took these three Genin to the mission counter and had them do a mission of removing weeds from the garden of a civilian of Konoha.

After completing that D-rank mission, they took their pay and went their separate ways, with Kakashi informing them, "Make sure to be on time at the training ground tomorrow as well."

Later at home, Kakashi dispersed his Shadow Clones, and he received their memories and experience of the training they had done. Kakashi noted, "Hm, applying Fire Release Chakra in Rasengan is really going to take a long time. But it's a good thing that I learned Gravity Seal already. Now I can use it on me and tomorrow on Naruto and the other two."

His Shadow Clones, who were training in Fūinjutsu were able to learn the Gravity Seal and moved towards the next Storage Seal. However, those Shadow Clones who had been training in Rasengan still failed to gain any major success; just when his Clones were about to merge fire chakra on Rasengan, it would vanish.

Then today his Shadow Clones practiced it in teams, making groups of two, where one would maintain the Rasengan and the other would try to apply fire chakra on the Rasengan, and this showed some success but was still far away from gaining any major success. Kakashi shrugged and thought, "It's not like I'm in any hurry, I have enough time. I can make a Rasengan version with flames around it, it even sounds cool."

The next day at the training ground, after training and mission completion, Kakashi decided to apply Gravity Seals on them. He called them out, showing the rectangular black sealing formula on his wrists and ankles.

"This is called a Gravity Seal," he said. "I will apply these on your wrists and ankles as well. These seals can help you in your strength training and physical conditioning."

Naruto asked, "Really? Does that mean I can defeat Sasuke in Taijutsu spars as well?"

Sasuke scoffed. "Dream on, loser!" he said.

Sakura also asked, "But Sensei, do I also need to have them?"

Kakashi nodded. "Yes, you too. Good physical conditioning is important, not only for Taijutsu but overall strength as well. And these seals add extra weight to you that can be adjusted by focusing your chakra alone."

He then started putting Gravity Seals on them and then said, "Try to focus your chakra and adjust the weight to 5% higher than your body weight for now."

They did it and felt a little heavy on their wrists and ankles, making it a little difficult to walk but not much. Naruto was surprised. "That's cool, Sensei, can I also learn these kinds of Jutsu?"

Kakashi nodded. "Yeah, I will teach you Fūinjutsu very soon, but first focus on mastering Tree Walking you two. Sakura has already mastered it and is practicing Water Walking."

Naruto looked at Sakura and said, "I know that Sakura-chan is talented, but don't worry, Sakura-chan, I will catch up to you sooner."

Kakashi warned them, "And don't try to adjust your weight even 1% without my permission okay!"

The Genins nodded and then walked towards Ichiraku Ramen shop to have ramen before going back home. When they entered the shop, they saw that Team Asuma, including Shikamaru Nara, Ino Yamanaka, and Choji Akimichi, was also there.

Asuma sat, lighting his cigarette, when he saw that Kakashi also came with his team, he waved his hand. "Oh, Kakashi, you're here too! Come take a seat," he said. Kakashi also casually waved his hand and took a seat beside Asuma, and his students sat with their former classmates and friends.
