My Yandere Wives are Transcendents

Chapter 425 Escape Part-2

"PUFFFF!!"

The dark mana instantly released into the air, devouring anything in its way.

The armoured woman smiled as she saw her plan worked, but she was interrupted by Evelina.

"You almost caught us -ha- " Evelina muttered as she held Mariel in her hand. Evelina, who anticipated this move, reacted quickly to prevent Mariel from being corrupted by the dark mana. She gently placed Mariel down, checking for any signs of corruption on her skin.

"-Ha-Ha-T-Thank you" Mariel panted heavily, her skin showing dark patches from the proximity to the dark mana.... Her inside started to burn.

"Tsk," the armoured woman clicked her tongue. "You guys are really annoying. Just give that girl to me..."

"N-No!" Mariel and Evelina responded defiantly, preparing for the next confrontation. They stood side by side, their determination clear in their eyes.

"Well then, let's end this now," the armoured woman declared, her dark aura pulsing with energy.

However, a voice interrupted the tension...

"Yeah, let's end this..." The voice came from above.

Turning their heads, they saw a black-haired woman with menacing red eyes descending from the sky. It was none other than the Vampire Queen, Adriana, exuding an aura of power and authority.

"M-Majesty," Evelina whispered with a relieved smile as she recognized her Queen came to aid them.

'Thud'

Scylla landed gracefully beside them, her expression a mix of concern and readiness for battle. She quickly checked on Mariel and Evelina and decided to use her power.

"He told you to bring her?" Mariel's eyebrows raised in surprise, her eyes searching Scylla's face for confirmation.

"Yes, he instructed me to come in case anything went wrong," Scylla replied calmly, as she helped Mariel... her body slowly returning normal.

Mariel sighed with a mix of relief and concern, her gaze shifting momentarily to Eli, who continued to feign unconsciousness amidst the chaos unfolding around them.

"You are the one who escaped from the door, I presume?" Adriana's voice cut through the tense air, her crimson eyes fixed on the armoured woman, her black hair swaying gently in the breeze, a stark contrast to the fiery scene before them.

The armoured woman, still surrounded by the crimson flames, realized that things were slipping out of her control, 'Tsk, everything is slipping out of my hands... I need to retreat,' she thought, preparing to make her escape.

However, her attempt was abruptly halted.

"BAM!!"

"Thud"

The ground trembled as the armoured woman was forcefully brought to her knees by the overwhelming pressure exerted by the Vampire Queen. Gritting her teeth, she struggled against the invisible force but found herself restrained, unable to move an inch.

"You're trying so hard..." The Vampire Queen's voice resonated with authority as she appeared before the armoured woman, her presence commanding and formidable. With a deliberate touch, she placed her hand on the armoured woman's shoulder,

'Crack, Crack'

"Arrrhhh!" The armoured woman's pained cry filled the air, her shocked expression revealing her surprise and confusion. She glanced at the Vampire Queen's hand, which turned a deep black due to her dark mana, but the corruption did not spread beyond her forearm, leaving her in disbelief and agony.

"W-Why are you not affected by the Miasma?" the armoured woman demanded through gritted teeth, her frustration and desperation evident.

Evelina, a witness to the unfolding scene, was also taken aback by the Vampire Queen's ability to interact with the dark mana without succumbing to its corruption, a stark contrast to her own struggles.

"Sigh, that's the Vampire Queen for you..." Mariel remarked with a mix of admiration and relief, her trust in Adriana's prowess solidifying, knowing that they were now under the protection of someone who could handle the dangerous dark mana.

"I am sorry, it seems I arrived a little late," Scylla apologized as she observed Evelina, who had not fully reverted back from her darkened state.

"It's fine..." Evelina replied softly, her eyes still fixed on her hand, the only part that Scylla's power had not yet managed to restore.

"Miasma? Can you elaborate on what that is?" Vampire Queen inquired, her tone calm yet commanding as she pressed down on the armoured woman's shoulder, causing the ground beneath them to tremble under the pressure.

"Grrrr," the armoured woman gritted her teeth and glared back at the Vampire Queen, her defiance evident. "You are unworthy to wield such powers for her," she spat out defiantly.

Vampire Queen's brow furrowed slightly at the mention of "her," a subtle indication of Lilith's influence. With a sly smile, she retorted, "Oh? And you deem yourself worthy of such powers?" She exerted more pressure on the armoured woman's shoulder, eliciting a pained cry.

"ARRHHHHHHHrrrrr!" The armoured woman's cry echoed as black blood oozed from her wound, staining the ground beneath her.

"Even her blood is black..." Vampire Queen remarked with a nod of acknowledgement, her crimson eyes focused on the armoured woman. She was about to remove the woman's helmet to reveal her identity when a sudden crack disrupted the scene...

'Crack'

In an unexpected move, the armoured woman broke something within her mouth—a golden bead that shimmered with teleportation magic.

"Shit!" Vampire Queen cursed under her breath, realizing the implications too late. As she lunged forward with her attack to pierce her heart, the armoured woman managed to deflect the strike, causing it to hit her stomach instead of her heart.

"Hehehe..." The armoured woman chuckled eerily as golden particles enveloped her form, gradually obscuring her from view before she disappeared completely.

"Tsk," Vampire Queen clicked her tongue, deeply dissatisfied with herself for allowing the enemy to escape. She had been pursuing this elusive monster for a long time, and the presence of the golden bead indicated that some nobles or high-ranking officials were aiding them.

Turning her gaze towards Mariel, who held the limbless Cambion in her hand, Vampire Queen's anger flared. "A traitor who colludes with a Fiend..." She grabbed Cambion by his hair, lifting him into the air with a ferocity that matched her rage. "You fucking bastard, how dare—"

Her tirade halted abruptly when she noticed a small hole in Cambion's chest. Without hesitation, Vampire Queen reached into his chest and retrieved his heart, only to find it devoid of a soul crystal. "Someone took his soul crystal..." she muttered with an annoyed expression.

Mariel and Evelina were visibly shocked; they had been vigilant throughout the ordeal, yet someone had managed to slip past their guard.

"Where is the master?" Scylla questioned, noticing Prisania's empty arms.

"H-Huh? What the...." Prisania looked down in shock, realizing that her master was no longer in her embrace.

.....

...

In a Far away distance,

'Spark, Spark'

A series of sparks illuminated the scene as Asher Eli raced faster than light, following a small bat carrying a soul crystal.
