The game was gaining a large amount of fans.

Even Perv kept talking about the game as he had played it right after it had come out. His eyes were red since he didn't get any sleep. Lucian left the school midway as he went back home early.

Like usually, he stayed with Tess and Angelina for some time before going to his uncle's house at night.

To ensure the safety of his house, he left some beetle insects at home in the sleeping form and gave them the order to stop anyone who tried to break into the house or hurt any of his two family members.

Although he would be far away and would not even sense their presence, even in his absence, they would continue to follow his orders.

Just as he was entering a bakery shop at the corner of the colony, he watched the car enter, and the man inside shook his head as he recognized that it was the poor boy who had become prey to his friends' schemes.

Lucian found his uncle, aunt, Leo, and even Jessica standing outside as they waited for him.

Even before Melina could go ahead to open the door, Jessica rushed forward as she opened the door and began to help him get out while speaking in a worried tone:

"I just found out about your condition. I am sorry I wasn't considerate enough before. So, as an apology, let me take care of you."

Melina stared with fire in her eyes as Lucian got off the car and began to walk towards the house while holding her soft hand.

As she kept trying to let her body rub against his, as if no one would notice, aside from Robert, everyone had noticed this.

"I am fine. I can walk on my ow-"

Lucian was speaking when suddenly a ding sound rang out, alerting him about the incoming message.

Lucian took out his mobile as he stopped walking exactly in front of the entire family and didn't hide the screen of his mobile as he checked the message.

Several collective gasps sounded at the same time as they all saw the message on Lucian's mobile. It was a message from the bank, or rather Echo, informing him about the exchange of money in just one day.

And just that amount alone was astronomical, enough to make others imagine that his wealth was even higher than they imagined.

But the one who was most shocked about it was Jessica. She was told by Leo that Lucian is dirt poor and that he even lives in a slum.

So they were allowing him to stay here, but seeing that amount made Leo and his family look poor to her.

So now, she had decided to go all out in pursuing him. If she could just manage to make him her life partner, then she wouldn't have to ever worry about money.

Originally, she had planned to be with Leo for the rest of her life, but now her plans had completely changed.

Leo just took a look at that sum of money.

He was shocked too, but then his gaze focused on his girlfriend, and her reaction was just as he had expected. She was definitely going to leave him very soon.

Lucian placed the mobile back into his pocket as if it wasn't a big deal, which surprised the others even more as they all dreamily walked into the house and soon were eating dinner together.

Melina's and Robert's behavior became even more attentive towards him.

While Jessica was trying just too hard to get close to him, making it completely obvious as she disregarded any pretense towards Leo, so right now Lucian was the centre of attention as he ate and chatted with others.

"Luci, would you like to eat some cake or maybe ice cream?"

Melina asked while trying her best to keep Jessica away from Lucian. She was also worried that seeing Jessica's behavior, her son might try to attack Lucian, but surprisingly he was pretty calm and the hate with which he previously looked at his cousin had completely disappeared.

"No, I am full, but how about we go on a walk outside?" Lucian suggested, as it is pretty well lit up in society.

"Sure, that is such a good idea. Let's go together."

Melina took his hand as she began to walk outside, but like the third wheel, even Jessica tagged along with them, making the hot woman extremely angry.

After around half an hour, they returned to the house.

Melina planned to have a serious conversation with her son about this nuisance which kept hindering her plans. It would be better if he broke up with her.

After watching tv for a while and chatting, all of them decided to go to sleep.

Jessica again decided to sleep here, and while going into the room, she didn't forget to give one last seductive look to Lucian, hoping to enchant him.

Then the others returned to their room, and Lucian went to the other room along with Melina, who had changed into a different nightie, making her look really gorgeous.

Lucian lay on the bed while checking the progress of various things.

Not long after Melina entered wearing a red coloured nightie that tightly hugged her voluptuous curves, she locked the door beside her and climbed onto the bed since it was already pretty long.

So just after talking for a bit, they decided to go to sleep.

Lucian went through the familiar sensation as his consciousness returned to the reverse Earth. He found himself lying in the same space where he had found Velm.

Not too much time had passed, but he had slept for a while, stretching his body. He stood up and took a look around.

Finally, he walked out of the room and saw the place where he had slaughtered a lot of snakes.

Then he proceeded forward and came across the small cave through which he had entered using Velm. He was able to move out of there much more easily.

"Haa. Home sweet home, I guess. Feels like a long time since I was here last time. It's morning. I wonder how the others are doing."

Lucian mumbled as he walked out of the secret space, and not long after, it began to disappear.

"Oh right, what happened to that protagonist? Fang Yan, right?" he asked.

[He was arrested for trying to kill a cop and is locked up.

He is trying to call someone to help, but Peter chuckles, making sure to make him stay there as long as possible. But you should be worried about something else right now.]

Lucian wondered what she meant as he looked around to find the way home. Then he remembered about his mother.

Natasha, since he had left without informing her, and during the middle of the night, even more so after doing the deed, so she must be very worried and maybe even blaming herself for it.

"Yeah, I should go back now. It's already been more than a day, right?" Lucian mumbled as two wings appeared on his back. Then he shot towards his house.

"Jasmine must still be busy with her work. I wonder if she had heard about my disappearance too." Lucian mumbled as he flew at an extreme pace, reaching high into the sky.
