My new Journey through the realms

Chapter 26: Chapter 26 Qi deviation

Once the spirit left Rex began to slowly walk away. Each step felt heavier than the last one and without warning he fell over.

His body began to hurt extremely badly. He hurt so much that even feeling the blood flowing throughout his body hurt.

"This is bad."

Thinking back he knew he should have asked for help but he wanted the burden to only be his. Part of that burden was knowing when to stop. Due to him not knowing how much Qi he has. He did not stop throwing attacks out.

That caused him to get Qi deviation. Each of the cultivation types are different with Qi deviation.

First Tamer Qi, it affects the Tamer's beasts. Since the tamer has to constantly give Qi to their beast. The beast is the main user of the Qi in the duo. Every Qi based attack gets accepted from the Tamer and he/she gives the Qi to the beast. That is how the Tamer gets Qi deviation.

Second Body Cultivator Qi, this is a strange one. Simply because they have very little Qi altogether. If a normal cultivator has 1000 Qi a body cultivator would be lucky to have 50 Qi. That is just enough to circulate it through the body to strengthen it. They are basically constantly in a small state of Qi deviation and have to train themselves to deal with it.

Lastly a normal cultivator, the Qi deviation is extremely bad. With the Tamer's beasts will be able to help share the Qi deviation with their Tamer. The body cultivator trains themselves out of Qi deviation but a normal cultivator has to be careful. They cannot train or get help with it. When they get affected with it, they are completely at the mercy of others and beasts. If they happen to be in a bad area, the chances of living are extremely low. In a decent area, the chances are better but not by much.

"Please someone." Rex then passed out from pain.

Rex's father pov

Knowing that his son was in trouble. Rex's father instinctively knew that his son was in bad shape.

"We have to hurry." Rex's father's voice became shaky.

Rex's father released his cultivation base. Increasing his overall strength and courage. He plowed through everything in his path.

"My husband is great isn't he?" Rex's mother whispered.

The girls all blushed seeing the father push him to the brink. They understood where Rex got the motivation to be by himself. They wanted to learn more about him.

It was another hour with running at max speed that the group arrived at the mountain base.

"He" cough "should" cough "up". He felt weak from running this hard.

Rex's father had spent nearly all of his Qi. He was not in the shape that Rex was but he was close. Even though he used to be in marathons, this running was different and Rex's father did not realize the difference.

"Protect him." Liz and Iris commanded.

"Yes, milady." Margaret and Amber replied.

"I'll stay here too." Violet answered.

Iris and Liz knew that she would either way.

"I will see the shape of my boy with my own eyes." Cathing the last breath, Rex's father slowly pushed himself about halfway up the mountain.

Rex's mother saw how hard he was trying and became even happier that he was hers.

Rex's mother whispered, "Maybe we can have another baby, hubby."

Rex's father could feel Qi gathering at an extremely fast pace. He always wanted another child but Rex was such a handful that he decided against having another one.

"I need to push. I said that I needed to see my son with my own eyes and I will." Rex's father motivated himself.

When they finally reached the top, the destruction they saw was far greater than what they imagined. Seeing nothing but shiny dirt, the group felt like Rex used everything in his power to level this place.

"There were three camps and they were there." Rex's father pointed out.

Seeing Iris and Liz touch the dirt. He wondered what they were doing.

"Thankfully Rex did not cause this much destruction. He did affect quite a bit over there." Iris pointed.

Rex's father knew that was about the center of the first camp. He did not know why his son would cause a destruction of this feat.

Looking around, Rex's father felt something staring at him. He did not know who or what it was. He decided to take Rex and leave.

"I'm leaving with Rex. Someone or something is watching me."

Without another word the two of them started down. Margaret, Amber, Violet and Rex's mother all descended the mountain.

Without warning Rex's father slowly began to fall over. Thankfully Margaret and Amber caught both of them. Margaret held them while Rex's mother helped Amber get Rex on her back. Rex's father was carried by Margaret.

Rex's mother wanted to carry one of them but Margaret and Amber both said no. They were used to carrying this much weight on their shoulders.

"I want my hubby or my son." Rex's mother wanted to cry.

Seeing the depressed face of Rex's mother, Violet knew something had to be done.

"Do not cry. They are stronger than you right now. I know that they will be fine." Violet spoke.

Once they started their descent, "my son is amazing" the group heard.

Rex's mother felt extremely good. She understood that her husband was trying to instinctively cheer her up.

By the time they reached the bottom.

"Honey, what happened?" Rex's father asked.

"Hunby." Rex's mother cried.

Seeing how precious Rex's parents were, Violet wished she had a childhood like that. She also did not want to hear what was about to happen that night. That is a story for another day.

"Our son is truly a great guy." Rex's father hugged his wife.

"Tonight baby." Rex's mother whispered.

Rex's father shined like a diamond that just got unearthed. He planned to take her to the limits and back.
