Mr Alpha, I Am Not Your Typical Lady!

It was 7am in the morning, and I was already awake. I couldn't sleep well last night since I kept on thinking about the mysterious voice I had heard last night. I sighed deeply as I was tired.

I didn't get enough sleep, so my body was weak at the moment.

As I rose from my bed, I lazily went and stood in front of the large wall mirror. The second I saw the dark circles that were beneath my eyes, I sighed in defeat.

The pale look on my face made me look like a vampire.

Before I could walk away from the mirror, I heard a knock on my door, causing a smirk to appear on my face. "It's showtime". I said and was grinning.

When I went and stood in front of the door, the grin on my face instantly disappeared and was replaced by a sad expression. I opened the door, and as expected, it was Eleanor.

"Anastasia, I am here. Can you give me a positive answer?" She said to me without hesitation, and that made my desire to get rid of her grow.

I shut my eyes and was talking to myself within my mind. I knew I had a hot temper, that is why I was trying to calm myself.

I looked at Eleanor's face and saw the way her eyes were sparkling. 'She must have been excited. But sorry to burst your bubble. I am not going to comply with your wishes. Not in this life or in the next life'. I thought to myself, before I started to massage my temples and was hissing like someone who was having difficulties with something.

"Are you alright, Anastasia?". Eleanor asked me, and I felt the urge to laugh because she had fallen for one of the bait I had set for her.

I faked a cough and made sure that my voice was barely audible as I answered her, saying, "I don't feel too good, Eleanor. Please can you get me a glass of water?".

Upon hearing what I said, Eleanor hesitated to make a move. I noticed the frown that appeared on her face before she smiled at me.

I am sure she was displeased because I haven't yet accepted to marry her older brother. 'Look at her. A villainess. So if I was truly ill, she would hesitate like this. Please wait a few more minutes, and you'll see what will happen to you'. I thought, and after she turned and started to leave for the kitchen, I glared at her back before I followed her.

When we arrived in the kitchen, my smirk grew. Before Eleanor could see my face, I turned away from her and said to her, "I am going to the living room. You can bring my glass of water for me there".

I left afterward, but I didn't truly leave. I stood close-by. My back was resting on the wall as I spied on Eleanor and listened to what she might say or do.

"That stupid girl, how dare she send me on an errand? Who does she think she is? After my brother marries her and becomes the Alpha, we'll deal with her and put her in her place". Eleanor said with a grumpy look on her face, not having any idea that I was watching her.

"You and your elder brother want to put me in my place? We'll see about that. Let's see who gets the last laugh". I muttered, and when I saw that Eleanor was coming out of the kitchen with a glass of water in her hand, I ran to the living room in a hurry and sat on the sofa that was closest to me.

I lowered my head and began to cry as soon as Eleanor entered the living room. My action didn't make her panic, but after she kept the glass of water on the breakable glass table, she walked towards me with furrowed eyebrows.

Her hands were on her waist as she asked me, "What is it this time, Anastasia? Why are you behaving like a spoiled brat?".

'A spoiled brat? I haven't even started yet'. I thought and continued to cry. This time around, I was crying louder than before, and that was enough to draw the attention of all the maidservants and guards, who then hurried to the living room.

"Anastasia, can you stop this nonsensical behavior immediately? Have you forgotten that you're the Luna of our pack?! Luna shouldn't behave like this!". Eleanor scolded me, but I didn't care. Who is she to control me when I am the Luna?

As I began to sniff my nose, my whole body trembled. I looked at everyone with teary eyes and said to them, "I recently bought a very expensive diamond ring yesterday. I wanted to give the ring to alpha Dylan, but I didn't later give it to him because he rejected me. And now, I can't find the diamond ring anywhere. I couldn't even sleep well last night because of that. I'll reward anyone who finds my diamond ring for me".

The maidservants and guards believed my story because they knew the kind of person Anastasia was. Anastasia was the kind of person who was careless and also loved to spend money on expensive jewelry. Additionally, I knew that they would search for the diamond ring for me with less concern, but the minute I mentioned that they would be rewarded, I saw how their eyes sparked with greed.

'I will get rid of all these losers after I first get rid of my number one loser'. I made a vow to myself as I made sure to look at their faces properly, so that I would recognise the faces of the losers that I would get rid of in the future.

Everyone desperately began to search for the diamond ring for me, except Eleanor. She was not bothered nor concerned at all. I didn't care about her nonchalant behavior. I was even happy that she wasn't helping me find the diamond ring, because she would ruin everything for me if she got involved in the search.

Many minutes later,

"Luna Anastasia, we have searched the whole mansion, including your room, but the diamond ring is nowhere to be found. I think you must have lost it when you went out yesterday".

"Have you searched for my diamond ring inside Eleanor's room?". This was my question to the maidservant who spoke to me.

My question caused everyone to look at themselves. They also looked at Eleanor, who glared at them, as if she was trying to warn them not to tamper with her room.

I stood up and said to them with tears in my red eyes, "Search Eleanor's room. Everyone's rooms, including mine, were searched, so Eleanor's room is not going to be an exception".

"Understood, Luna". They obeyed my orders and went to search for my diamond ring inside Eleanor's room. The truth is, whether they liked it or not, they had no choice but to obey me.

"What are you up to, Anastasia? This is new. You have never for once ordered anyone to mess with my room before. Why are you suddenly now like a completely different person?". Eleanor stood in front of me as she questioned me.

"What are you talking about, Eleanor? I am up to nothing. I am simply heartbroken because I can't find my diamond ring anywhere. Don't you know that a diamond ring costs a fortune?". I said to her and walked past her. My shoulder brushed against hers. I was heading to her room because I already knew what was going to happen there.
