Chapter 146: Chapter 146. Personality

"So, here's the photo of the houses. Please check it out," said Ara.

"If I buy it today, can I get all the necessary papers today or tomorrow?" I asked.

"Usually, it takes weeks. But if you have money to bribe them, it can be done within a day," Ara replied candidly. This is what rich people often do; if you can't wait, just bribe someone.

"Oh, that's good then. Okay, I'll choose," I said as I scrolled through the book for a few minutes before spotting something I wanted—6 bedrooms, and since the property is spacious, the houses are far apart from each other. It's situated in the mountains with a view of Seoul.

"I want this one! How about you, Jihyo? I thought you wanted to buy a house as well. If you can't, I saw a 4-bedroom penthouse that you could use as a house for your group."

"Yeah, I saw that one too. It's super expensive—$32 million. We were just joking earlier, Neo," said Sana.

"Either way, I'll just give it to you three. Use it as long as you want. Miss Ara, I've decided on this one and the penthouse," I concluded.

"The penthouse is $31,700,000, and your choice of house is $13,600,000. The total is $45,300,000, sir," Ara informed me.

"I'll give you $47,000,000. Prepare the ownership transfer and bring it to me tomorrow morning at my hotel. Also, put the penthouse in the names of these three girls," I instructed.

"Done. You can transfer the money here, sir." I used my phone to transfer $47 million. "Done."

"Hehe, the coffee is still not here, but we're already finished with this," Momo said, craving a drink.

"Let's pick a car. Where's the staff who opened the door earlier?" I looked around but didn't see him.

"He was the one making coffee, I think," Jihyo replied.

"It's not good to find another staff member for this. Let's just wait for him," Sana suggested.

"As for me, I'm leaving now. I can't stand being here with you, sir. I already have a boyfriend, but you're still pulling me in. So, bye for now," Ara said as she bowed and left.

We waited a few moments before the staff arrived with the coffee. He distributed it to us.

"What's your name?" I asked.

"Jin, sir," he replied.

"Do you have any Rolls-Royce cars here?"

"We have a brand-new Rolls-Royce Phantom 2025, sir," Jin answered.

"Okay, list it. Do you have a list of your cars here for them to see?"

"Wait, sir, I'll get it." He hurried to retrieve three copies and handed them to the girls.

"Neo, I want the same car as yours," said Jihyo.

"Me too! I saw it earlier, and I've always seen it on TV. It's so pretty!" Sana added.

"Why don't we all get the same? Haha, I don't know anything about cars anyway," Momo joked.

"Jin, do you have four Rolls-Royce Phantoms?" I asked.

"Sir, currently we only have one Phantom, but we have different kinds of Rolls-Royce. This is the Rolls-Royce Spectre 2025 for $455,000," Jin replied.

"I want that," said Momo.

"You don't know anything about cars, but you're the first to pick, huh?" Jihyo teased.

"We also have the Rolls-Royce Cullinan 2025, which is an SUV for $580,000, and this one is the Rolls-Royce Ghost 2025 for $450,000."

"Sana, you choose which one you like. I'm fine with any of them," Jihyo said, always prioritizing her friends.

"I'm good with the Ghost, Jihyo. I know you like the SUV the most," Sana added, showing her thoughtfulness.

"That's all, Jin. Can you get the papers ready?" I requested.

"Noted, sir. Wait for five minutes; I'll be right back," he replied before disappearing.

"I was observing the three of you, and I find your personalities admirable," I said, looking at them.

"How so?" Jihyo asked.

"Momo has this personality where she doesn't want to trouble others. She also listens to everyone and makes judgments about what to do. For example, when it comes to a deal for a car or a house, Jihyo suggests we focus on the house, Momo immediately talks to the staff to ensure they aren't left waiting. She even chooses one beverage for all of us to make it easier for the person preparing it."

"As for you, Jihyo, you are so adept at being a leader that you prioritize others before yourself, even though you may want things for yourself. As a leader, you feels the need to give way for others. You're not kind enough to yourself, Jihyo. When you're with me, you can be selfish." Jihyo was sitting next to me, and I could easily hug her.

"Sana, you and Jihyo are somewhat alike. The only difference is that you're observant, while Jihyo is more of a sacrificer. By observing others, you make judgments. For instance, with the car, you knew that Jihyo liked that SUV, so you chose a different one instead. I'm telling you both that you can be selfish with me; I can buy anything you want, okay?"

"You're so observant, Neo. I was trained to be this way because I have strong leadership skills, and over time, it became part of my personality," Jihyo replied.

"As for me, I'm selfish. I pick whatever I want," Momo added.

"What's that, Momo? Are you trying to be a rebellious child? That won't work when you're with us," Jihyo teased.

"We all know you're just jolly, Momo. No need to view it negatively."

"After this, do you have any suggestions for where we should eat? It's already 12:30 PM, and we haven't eaten anything yet," I suggested.

"Why, baby? You can eat me," Momo said, sitting on my lap and wrapping her arms around my neck.

"We're in public, Momo. People are looking at us, you know? We're sure to trend again later," Jihyo remarked.

"Neo, will have more haters later. They even sent letters asking to deport you," Sana laughed while saying this.

"I saw that too. They said that if you stay here, all idols will be in danger," Momo added.

"Yeji, So-Hee, Kyo, Suzy, Momo, Sana, and me—if you count them all, you already have eight girlfriends in Korea, Neo. Can you handle us?" Jihyo teased.

"Even if we called all my girls, you couldn't beat me. That's also another reason they're okay with having more girlfriends. I'll let you taste heaven later, Jihyo," I winked at her, causing her face to turn red.

"Don't say that out loud, Neo. Someone will hear us," Jihyo replied, flustered.

"She's blushing, Neo. Keep going," Momo laughed at Jihyo.

"Momo, you keep embarrassing Jihyo. Can I ask a question?"

"What is it?" Sana replied.

"Why are most idols so skinny? Yeji is skinny; I'll remind her to eat more. So-Hee is too, but Suzy is fine, just like Kyo. You three have the perfect body shapes. Momo has a nice figure," I said, glancing at her.

"I'm proud of this mountain of mine. You can feel it later, Neo, since I can't escape your grasp now. I belong to you," she said with a smile.

"Maybe it's because of their management? JYP isn't strict when it comes to body shape. Look at us; we have various shapes," Jihyo commented.

"If you need Yeji and So-Hee to gain weight, just make them pregnant, Neo. Simple problems need simple solutions," Sana smirked.

"Why don't I do it with you, Sana? You're thinking about it, so it means you want it?" I teased.

"No, not yet. Wait a few more years before I give birth to your child, Neo," she replied, her face turning all red.

While Momo was sitting in my lap, laughing with the others, the staff brought the paperwork for us to fill out before we paid $2,085,000.
