Chapter 159: The Perfect Day To Report Them.
Dylan glanced at Ryan for a few seconds before asking him,
"I hope they didn't add to the pain you were already feeling in some parts of your body?".
"I wouldn't be able to tell now, I'd be able to do so tomorrow". Ryan responded.
Dylan nodded his head a little to Ryan's response, then he voiced out,
"I'm so sorry for all of these. You shouldn't be subjected to this kind of treatment, considering the position your father holds in this kingdom".
A little smile appeared on Ryan's face after Dylan was done making that utterance, then he stated,
"It's nothing".
"Don't say that. It's something, it's a lot of things, they'd pay for it".
Silence ensued for a few seconds after Dylan was done making that statement, then Ryan's voice resounded again,
"Let's leave this place".
"Yeah, let's do so".
And with that, the both of them began walking out of the open field until they were done doing so. They weren't living at the same place, so after walking out of the open field and arriving on the road, the both of them parted ways.
They didn't part ways just like that, they said goodbyes to each other before parting ways. Dylan was heading toward his home right now, and some thoughts were running through his mind here and there as he was doing so.
Images of how those four boys were bullying Ryan kept appearing in his head. How they pushed him to the ground multiple times, how they kicked his legs multiple times, the mocking, and so on.
As Dylan was thinking about all these, the anger that subsided minutes ago began building up in him once again. After the promise they made to him to stop with their bullying, they still had the mind to be doing it behind his back.
And the worst thing was that they were so brutal with it...
The anger he was feeling kept growing as he was thinking about them.
'All I need to do is discover if them and other bullies are still causing distress to other students' lives. The moment I'm able to confirm this, nothing would be able to stop me from reporting them'. Dylan thought to himself as he was still walking.
Thoughts kept on running through his mind here and there as he kept on heading toward his home.

Today was another day of school, and Dylan plan on starting the inspection today. He was going to be very cautious with it in order for the bullies not to discover what he was doing.
..Yes, he needed to discover what he wanted to discover without them knowing.
Upon arriving at school on this particular day, Dylan sighted two of the boys that were involved in the bullying of Ryan yesterday. They were conversing and smiling amongst themselves while heading toward their classroom.
'Look at them smiling. It's crazy that they are still able to smile despite all that they do to people. They don't deserve to smile'. Dylan thought to himself while glancing at the two boys.
The boys didn't even notice him at all as they kept on heading toward their classroom.
Dylan began the inspection that day, he began checking out to see if he'd sight any of the bullies he was aware of bullying other students. As expected, he was doing so cautiously in order not to get discovered.
And you know what? The inspection wasn't to waste. He was able to discover two groups of bullies causing distress to students' lives.
And this was the thought that ran through his mind after discovering the bullies causing distress to students' lives...
'No wonder I never got to discover what they'd been doing'.
Why did this thought run through his mind? Well, because he got to see the secret places where they do engage in their vile acts. The places where they bully students.
They were in the school, but they weren't places anyone could just discover. Your mind wouldn't even go there, the teachers included.
They knew what they were doing, they knew they needed to keep doing what they were doing in secret, so using those places were the best options.
With this, Ryan was able to fully discern that the four boys definitely relayed his message to them. If they didn't relay his message to them, then they wouldn't care about bullying students in these secret places.
All they needed to be cautious about were the teachers. But since they needed to be cautious about Dylan as well, that's why they were making use of these places to bully students.
After discovering that two groups of bullies were still causing distress to students' lives, he didn't get to discover any other one for that day. He didn't get to discover if those four boys were causing distress to other students' lives as well.
But he was going to continue tomorrow, it wasn't over.
He updated Ryan about the inspection and told him about what he discovered. Ryan wasn't surprised to hear that two groups of bullies were still causing distress to students' lives.
They wouldn't stop just like that? They needed to keep bullying to feel whole, they needed to keep bullying to feel alive. Ryan was sure Dylan would get to discover that more groups of bullies were still causing distress to other students' lives tomorrow.
Dylan continued the inspection the next day, and he discovered that more groups of bullies were still causing distress to students' lives, the four boys included.
Again, Ryan wasn't surprised at all when Dylan updated him about today's inspection. It was just as he expected.
"All the bullies I'm aware of are still causing distress to students' lives, they haven't stopped. Even those four boys bullying you are still causing distress to other students' lives as well,
The only difference from back then is that they're doing so cautiously. They're bullying them in secret". Dylan said to Ryan.
"Are you surprised?". Ryan inquired of Dylan.
"No, I'm not". Dylan responded.
"I'd be shocked if you were surprised. I mean, this was fucking expected. You can't expect bullies that have been bullying for years to stop just like that. Bullying is fun for them, it makes them feel alive,
They need something stronger to make them stop completely, not some warning. And maybe when that strong thing happens to them, they'd stop for a while, then continue bullying. This is how I feel, it might not be true". Ryan stated.
Dylan nodded his head a little to Ryan's utterance, then Ryan's voice resounded again,
"So, now that you've discovered all these, what are you going to do now?".
"I'm going to wait for the perfect chance to make my move. I'm going to wait for the perfect chance to report them". Dylan answered.
"Isn't this chance perfect enough?". Ryan voiced out once again.
"No, it isn't".
"Then when would you consider it a perfect chance to report them?".
"I'd inform you when that time arrives. Don't worry, it wouldn't take long. They need to pay for all that they've been doing. And I need it to happen as fast as possible".
Ryan only nodded his head a little to Dylan's statement without a single word flowing out of his mouth.

A few days had passed since Dylan started and concluded the inspection. And we all know he didn't start and end the inspection in vain, he was able to confirm what he wanted to confirm.
He was able to confirm that those four boys, along with other bullies, were still causing distress to students' lives. But he hadn't reported them yet.
..Well, he planned on reporting them today.
To him, today was the perfect day to report them.
'They have no idea what is going to hit them today'. This particular thought kept running through Dylan's mind.
He'd already informed Ryan that he was going to be reporting them today, and Ryan was so glad to hear that. He couldn't wait for the reporting to take place.
After a few minutes of students returning back to their classrooms from the cafeteria, Dylan began heading toward one of the teachers' offices to make the report.
He'd calculated the time from when a teacher would be stepping foot into their classroom to teach them, and when he'd be able to reach the particular office he was heading to, and he'd gotten to confirm that there'd be enough time to make the report and arrive back at the classroom before the teacher enters.
He was going straight to a particular teacher he was sure would listen to him the moment he tells the teacher why he came. He kept on heading toward the teacher's office nonstop...
