While Goku and Tony were planning to search for the Mandarin, an attack was being planned in a hidden location.

As he entered the enemy's body, he watched as he sent him flying into the wall, destroying it and killing the enemy with a single blow.

"Because he resents me. Apparently, from what Mata told me, he had made an appointment with me in the past, and I didn't attend that meeting for his project," Tony said.

"So he'll seek revenge on you with what you love most," Goku said.

"That's right, we have to go, but flying will take time to get back to California," said Tony.

Tony watched as Pepper lay unconscious.
