Maximus and the rest of the Inhumans had terrified looks on their faces. No matter how many wings they burn, even more will replace them. Their attacks seem to be completely useless.

"Quick, burn it as fast as you can"! "Don't let it grow anymore wings"! Maximus ordered in panic.

Suddenly, a pair of large wings outstretched and moved rapidly in his direction. Before he could react, he was completely enveloped and drawn into the centre of the pile of wings.

Then, he understood why the two inhumans had such painful expressions on their faces. The moment the wings wrapped around him, he could feel countless sharp barbs piercing into his flesh.

An unimaginable pain washed over him instantly. The type of pain that acts directly on the nerves, and cannot be resisted with willpower alone. He could feel every part of his body writhing with excruciating pain.

His brain felt a rush of adrenaline, causing him to be more aware of the pain. His face distorted, and he screamed at the top of his lungs

But no matter how he screamed, his voice was muffled by the countless wings enveloping his body.

The extreme pain swept through every part of his body, making him unable to think of anything else. He could only scream instinctively! All the thoughts of being King of Attilan, and invading the Earth did not matter anymore. All he could think of was dying, and ending this excruciating pain.

However, in this situation, death is a luxury. Suddenly…..

Several more huge wings outstretched and attacked rapidly in the direction of the remaining Inhumans.
