Journey to a mysterious World

In the previous chapter Zaid and Thorn went to hunt for monsters which can become problem in future for their country. But unknowingly they end up being head on to the Chimera. Thorn thought Zaid is no match for a creature like that so he defended Zaid and fought against Chimera alone. The battle between those two was very instance. Zaid was hidden in a corner watching fight, He saw a opportunity to cut down that monster's head. That is how their battle against Chimera ended.

Zaid: Mr. Thorn your wounds are really serious we have to treat them as soon as possible or the worse case scenario can become true. You might lose your life this way.

Thorn: Yah you are right. We have to go to the city of ocean the "Water city". Thanks to god that there was you to help me or else I can't even imagine my life...

Zaid: No Mr. Thorn don't say such a thing. We will reach to the Water city, please make your self comfortable and rest until we reach there.

Thorn: Ha, Ha, HA you really are a kid Zaid. You have to grow up now or you will can never save your friend.

When Zaid heard those words from Thorn he got stung at a place looking at Thorn face with more then one expression. He can't believe what was he thinking or perhaps he don't wanted to believe his thought. Thorn also know that now may be Zaid get to know what is the matter right now. Zaid quickly understand situation but he also know that this is not the right time for any conversation. Not when his only teacher is losing his life. Zaid immediately came back to senses and stared flying again. In his mind Zaid was still thinking about what Thorn said. Zaid was thinking that could it be possible that Mr. Thorn know any thing about Noah. Nah of course how in the any world Mr. Thorn can know about Noah. But still when he was telling me those thing his eyes were telling something else 

Thorn: Zaid, Zaid, ZAIDD ...

"!" Zaid was very deep in his thoughts that he can't even hear thorn's voice 

Thorn: ZAIIDDD ...

Zaid noticed thorn's voice finally.

Zaid: Yah Mr. Thorn what are you telling m... Aaaa... What the hell are you doing?

Zaid was full of his thoughts that he didn't noticed that Thorn was about to fall because of high speed. Thorn was holding himself with only one hand and about to fall. His face was angry and scared both at the same time.

Thorn: Don't blame me this is your fault that I am in this condition. Now stop looking at me and help me quick.

Zaid: ! Oh yah you can't use your magic right now. ! Oh yah I am pulling you sorry.

After some time they reached to the " Sevvara " the water city. This city was made on top of ocean half of the city was on the land and the other half was build on ocean. Sevvara is know for import-export. In this world Sevvara serves the biggest ports. In Sevvara the half of the city is build on ocean so that the half of the city is work like a porn for import-export. from the description it looks easy to get into the city or came out of it but in reality Sevvara have the best security system in this entire mysterious world. This city also provides one of the best magicians. they use magic barrier to protect city if anything try to enter in city without permission the spell activates and the water of the ocean either destroy that thing or cut it into pieces. Also there is now to avoid the barrier not from sky, from land, from underground or from under water. the barrier is 3.5 miter wide and cover a whole spear of the city, The most dangerous thing about that barrier is it's speed, it moves with 91.667% speed of light. 

Thorn: Now wait Zaid we have to stop here ferther this point it is the border of Sevvara.

they stoped.

Zaid: What happen Mr. Thorn if we are here then we should just cross the border and quickly go into the city.

Thorn: you are right but we can't go into the city like this

Zaid: oh! I know Sevvara and Aethoreos are not good related they are enemies right. Yah this makes proper sense. So we gonna hide our identity and we are going in the city in a way that no one notice right

Zaid started overthinking and that is making Thorn's nerves angry. Thorn hit on head of the Zaid but he also felt pain of his wounds.

Zaid: Aaa, Ouch ! What was that for?

Thorn: that is not what I am telling you so just listen carefully now.

After that Thorn told everything about Sevvara. All that things that we have discussed before.

Thorn: Now you understand Why we can't go in like this.

Zaid: Yah Mr. Thorn but if we can't go in like this, then how we gonna go in?

Thorn: If you want to enter into sevvara you need to have a special permit. regular people get a permit that can only be used once go to in and once to go out, After they use this permit that permit will burn to ashes by itself. But some VIP persons like a rulers of cities and some other well known persons get a very special permit and those who have that permit can freely anytime go into the city and come out.

Zaid: Oh no so how we gonna go in none of us is famous or no one is any kind of ruler.

Thorn face suddenly changed and it was like very, very disappointed but it was funny to look at his face that time. Thorn nerves ger angry and with such nice and angry tone ...

Thorn: Zaid look at me. What do you think of me? huh

Zaid took a closer look and get tension 

Zaid: you look totally awful you need to get treated as soon as...

Thorn's get mad after hearing that and he give Zaid a very hard punch and told Zaid about him. 

Thorn is a very powerful magician all across the nation. He had fought many countless battle and always he was on a winning side. He is the second strongest magician of the nation after the ruler of it. 

Thorn: You really don't know about me right. I am the second most strongest magician of the nation. I have never ever lose a battle beside one which was against the ruler of the nation.

Zaid: So you can go in the city by using your magic. You are awesome Sansei. 

Thorn: Yah I am awesome but we not going in the city with the illegal method...

Thorn hit Zaid head one more time with full force

Thorn: I was mean that I have that VIP permit. So let me handle the rest from ahead. Now just sit I will handle from forward.

Now Zaid and Thorn enters into the city of water Savvera. Zaid and Thorn immediately go to the hospital. Thorn got a proper treatment. Zaid felt relived that they have finally reached to hospital. Zaid was sitting on a chair in waiting room then a mysterious person came and put her hand on Zaid's shoulder, Zaid immediately felt the fear and a unmatchable strong aura of that person. He can't pullout the strength to look at the face. some how he looked at the face of that person and Zaid got frizzed for a second. He can't imagine that the fear sum aura he felt earlier was from a lady and her beauty is even unmatchable.

She: hey are you okey? Hey you are you okey I am just asking if you are with Ryder? I suppose you are not sorry to bother you.

!

Zaid: uh ! Wait yah I am with Thorn what do you want?

She: Oh so you are with him, well it is not good to make a girl wait for such a no reason answer, You know.

Zaid: uh Sorry for that I was in some thoughts so that took me long.

Zaid told all this with a smile but in his mind he was thinking that who on a earth she is to teach me those stuff I don't like woman who think themselves so highly. Even if he thoughts are not matching his mouth Zaid maintained his truly gentle smile on his face.

Zaid: Well sorry for that. By the way who are you?

She: It is rude to ask a girl for her intro before you don't give yourself first, don't you think so.

Zaid in his mind ( What the hell this bitch think she is, some kind of ruler or what ! )

Zaid: Yah, you are right. Myself Zaid and I am a student of Mr. Thorn.

She: Oh, so you are his student well nice to meat you Zaid, I am Rose. Well I heard that Thorn has come to the city and he is injured so I came to meat him.

Zaid: Oh, so that is it, by the way are a friend of Mr. Thorn?

Rose: Friend? Let's see yah you can tell me his friend.

Rose give Zaid a gentle smile while telling this but in mind of Zaid she is the most suspicious person Whom Zaid have ever met. In between their conversation doctor came and tell Zaid that Thorn is okey and if he want then he can meet him. Doctor also suggested to let him rest in hospital for at least 1 week. Zaid thanked doctor and went to meet Thorn. He was standing at the room's door where Thorn is and invited Rose if she want to meet Thorn.

Rose: Oh, my you are kind of gentle man you know, I never thought that you will invite me after judging me as an arrogant bitch.

Zaid: What ar...

Zaid feel something strange. He looked at her with a surprised and suspicious look. Zaid was thinking about this that all this stuff he was just telling in his mind he never speak a word of it then how can she know what am I thinking. but what was creeping him out the most was the smile on the face of Rose.

rose: Well this is not the time for you to get surprise and just stung their come let's go and meet Ryder.

They entered in the room Thorn seems good physically but He don't have any energy remain in his body. Rose go and sit on the bad with Thorn. Thorn was surprised to see Rose but some how he knew that she is coming.

Thorn: Well I expected you to come but not this quick. you never make people wait uh as always.

Rose: Well I am happy to see you on one piece. I never thought that a fight against Chimera can give you this much injuries. Tell me all truth what actually happened there.

Thorn: Yah sure and it seems like you have already met my friend Zaid huh?

Rose: Well he tell me that he is your Student not your Friend.

Thorn: Oh that is also true he is my student and also you can consider him as my friend too just like you. Well Zaid can you please bring me some thing to eat. I am feeling hungry.

Zaid: Of course Mr. Thorn.

Zaid went to get some food for Thorn. When Zaid leave the room become serious place. Thorn told Rose about how they ended up in front of Chimera and how was the battle gone.

Rose: Well that was good that you two escape but still it make no sense of how you get injured and come on you know you can't hide it from me.

Thorn: You are sharp as ever and your prediction is right as always, It is true that I got injuries while trying to protect Zaid. Chimera was trying to kill Zaid when ever I try to cut his head so I just can't cut it's head and I got injuries.

Rose: I never imagine a person who can sacrifice his teammate can ever try to save a person whom he don't even know for so long. I am pretty sure He reminds you of your little brother who died in battle against Fenrir. I still feel way to sorry for him.

After that we get to know about the past self of Thorn. He was a coward boy, he was average at every thing he can't perform some thing special but in other hand his little brother Riker thorn who was 3 years younger then Ryder, he was a unmatchable guy. He was a master sword man, his blade cuts the humans like butter. When Sevvara's army returning from a mission Riker Thorn was in that team but unfortunately they came face to face with Fenrir, Riker make himself a decoy and fought against Fenrir alone and the remaining member go to the Sevvara and bring reinforcement. But it was far enough from Savvera to take them 34 hours to bring reinforcement. When they arrived at the location they can't found Griffin the only thing the found was dead body of Riker. That body is in no condition to even look at it was half eaten body. Riker died at age of 16 Ryder's father was passed away after on their mission after 2 and half month of that incidence, His mother couldn't handle the pain for her husband and she passed away too. The only one remain was Ryder and he become depressed after all this, He blamed himself that he was not strong enough to be by side of his brother. He even tried to do suicide but it was like his mind wanted to die but his hear wanted to be alive. In this situation he found a man who give him courage he don't know he was but with that busting fire for revenge he started his journey as a magician and then, He become the strongest magician all over the nation. He even challenged the ruler of the nation and their battle last for ten hours but in the end Ryder lose due to lack of soul energy which is the source of magic. 

Rose: It is been so long that you have come to your home land. When will you come back for ever I am getting tired to be waiting for you to come. If you won't come very soon I will find some one else.

Thorn: I know you love me and even I love you but you know that I cant come to the home until I finish the life of that Fenrir. I don't even know if I will come back next time alive or what. Why don't you find another men already. How long you gonna suffer because of me, just find your happiness.

Rose slapped Thorn and hug him She was about to cry but she some how managed to clam her self.

Rose: You baster how can you say some thing I have been waiting for you since the day you left the city to earn more power, it is been almost 15 years. I never asked you anything even if I had always chance but now I want you to back alive with the head of Fenrir please plea...

Rose can't handle the pain she was hiding from the very star. Her tears flaw like a river. Thorn give her space in his arms.

Thorn: Now now, I promise I will come back alive and this is the only promise that I have made so there is no way i am going to break it. Don't cry now you are the ruler of Sevvara and you cry like a little baby it doesn't shuts you.

Rose calm herself down

Rose: Yah you are right but just don't let me of your arms for a bit. I don't know when will again in future I will get a chance to be in your arms.

Thorn: Are you sure because Zaid is about to come.

Doors open and in fiction of time they get back to their normal state. Zaid is arrived with some hot food. Thorn and Rose both are blushing thinking that Zaid might have looks them.

Thorn: oh, Zaid you arrived well you should nock the door first before coming in.

Zaid: What are you telling Mr. Thorn I nocked the door for five times but no one replied so I come in, besides I have brought you your lunch.

Thorn: Okey, now it is time to discuses how we going to kill that Chimera. He is heading to the Aethoreos. It is dangerous to some one as powerful as him let be freely. He might never reach to the Aethoreos but he will wipe out ever village in his way.

Zaid got shocked by hearing those words he thought he had killed the Chimera.

Zaid: Wait, what the hell are you talking about. We had killed Chimera I mean I cut down his head by my self.

Rose: Don't push your self little kid. It take more then that to kill a creatue like Chimera, You are not strong enough to kill him by your own magic.

Thorn: Now Rose don't make him down. Well Zaid it is not your fault at all To kill a creature who can use healing magic your attacking magic must have to be more powerful then that creatures magic. Your magic is strong enough to kill Chimera but you just used a weaker magic then Chimera's to cut his head. So in result Chimera would have grow up his head right after we leaved Village. Now I am not in condition to fight that Chimera but you can do it I know your limit better then you.

Rose: Don't tell me you are going to leave the city in this condition of yours. I will not allow that You two will not going out the city.

Zaid: It is enough of you, who do you think you are to give us orde....

Zaid feels a aura full of anger that he can't say a single word. Thorn get angry because of Zaid disrespected Rose. After seeing Thorn in such a anger even Rose started sweating. Thorn quickly calm himself down.

Thorn: Zaid you don't know her so please stop making excuses on her command. She is the ruler of Sevvara. As for you Rose you know that even your barrier can't stop me I am going anyway and Zaid is not wrong he is worried for the villager whom life is in danger right now. I am sorry but We have to go.

Rose: I know but I don't want to lo... okey but first you have to be prepared. Hey kid What is your speciality I will provide you the best weapon that you can use.

Zaid: First of all I am sorry for being rude to you, not because of you are a ruler but I should never be rude to anyone. As for my weapon I can use sword batter then you can imagine.

Rose: your welcome and you will get the finest sword in city in few minutes.

After 15 minutes some shoulder came to hospital with a sword for Zaid and some medicine for Thorn. Now They have prepared them selves fully that they can go to fight Chimera. They leave the village in next 10 minutes by main door.

Rose: WHISH YOU ALL THE BEST! AND DON'T FORGET YOUR PROMICE THORN.!

Thorn: I WILL FULFILL MY PROMICE. TAKE CARE OF YOURS UNTILL THEN.!

Thorn: Now Zaid don't you think we should be going faster then this

Zaid: Just don't fall this time old man.

They straight headed up for Chimera faster then before. They arrived at the place where they can find Chimera it is middle of the jungle. they started their search for Chimera. After finding for some time Thorn noticed something belove him. When he looked dawn, Chimera suddenly attacked him but Thorn easily dodged it. Zaid also noticed Chimera and immediately attacked at him with his magic but Chimera blocked it with his wind magic.

Thorn: Oh my this looks though for you, do you want this old men to help you little kid?

Zaid: Don't think I am week because he blocked my one attack. I am right now jut tasting how strong this Chimera's magic is now when I have got Idea of it's power I am going to take him down with out efforts.

Zaid takes his sword and striate goes for head of Chimera. Zaid close enough and attack on the Chimera with full force.

Zaid: Now this is a easy victory. huh...

Zaid noticed that it dose not feels like his sword have anything. Chimera blocked that attack with his goat head. Chimera took advantage of Zaid's attention towards Thorn and attacked on him with his snake tale. Zaid noticed the attack but it was impossible for him to dodge that attack so he swinged his sword in order to block Chimera's attack and Zaid cut that snake tale vertically but still that snack tale give him a scratch on his arm and poison got injected into him. Thorn knew what just happened right now so he immediately give Zaid an antidote for any poison. Zaid didn't used magic to cut that snack tale so it grow up again, and Chimera without wasting time attacked on Zaid who was taking antidote. Thorn looked at that and he suddenly remembered his younger brother. He thought that he have to break his one and only promise to save Zaid so he jumped in front of Chimera to take a head on attack Chimera's attack hit Thorn.

Chimera was trying to took off Zaid's head by his lion head but Thorn come in front and that lion head deadly bite attack directly hit Thorn's shoulder...

Zaid: No why do you took that attack old man? You are in no condition for doing that type of heroic stuff. Why?

Zaid tears falls while telling all this and he also jumped to attack Chimera while telling all this to Thorns. This time he is not going to make same mistake as before he put his magic on his sword and swing it. Chimera dodged that attack for just a little bit but his hair on his lion mouth got cut down a little. To avoid that attack Chimera leave Thorns shoulder and jump backwards quickly. 

Zaid: YOU FUCKKING BASTERD CHIMERAAAAA... 

Thorn: don't do anything fishy I am in no condition to save you. you have to stay clam and focused. Even if my wounds are serious it is not life threatening, it can be healed.

Zaid: Thank god you are okey old man, I thought I lose yo...

Thorn: I AM STRONG ENOUGH TO HANDLE SOMETHING LIKE THIS DON'T UNDERESTIMATE ME. now focus on your battle here it comes !.

Thorn notified Zaid of Chimera's attack and Zaid dodges it by simply jumping into right but that was a mistake of him. Chimera quickly attacked on Thorn who is already wounded. Zaid shouted " NO " and used his wind magic to get near Chimera but it was not enough...
