Instead of consuming food or breathing oxygen, they absorb raw cosmic energy through their pores. This energy undergoes a sophisticated three-stage purification process within their hearts:

First Heart (Prathama Hridaya):

The initial intake of energy is purified, removing the first layer of impurities.

Essential nutrients are absorbed, and the refined energy is prepared for further processing.

Second Heart (Dvitiya Hridaya):

Any remaining unpurified or contaminated energy is expelled back through their pores.

Simultaneously, a second, more refined purification cycle begins.

Third Heart (Trtiya Hridaya):

The final stage of purification ensures the energy is completely optimized for their body's needs, empowering their physical and mental faculties.

In addition to their advanced circulatory system, the Tridaya-Navamati possess nine brains, with one primary brain housed within the head, governing their core consciousness and higher reasoning.
