Chapter 70: A-Class Mission

Zi Hao ran as fast as he could while loudly cursing Chu Che.

"I'll get you soon, Mortal Peasant. You wait!!"

(T*^*T)

...

Just then, Chu Che, who was far away from him, suddenly sneezed.

Well, it must've been Mr. Core's disciple who was grateful to him and secretly thanked him.

After all, he reminded himself of the danger coming his way even though they were enemies just a moment ago.

Plus, he gave back his tooth. That should count as something.

Chu Che felt mighty good about it, moving around the uncharted black areas on his map.

Meanwhile, the barrage was still having fun with the last incident.

"I'll go. Boss Chu left the poor beast to take all of Butt Lip's rants."

"No, it should be the other way around. Didn't you hear the boss say a stampede of beasts was coming their way? So it would be Mr. Butt Lip who will suffer the most."

"Hahahahahaha! In the end, we still haven't seen the Boss fight yet."

"I know. I thought this would be a big fight, but it was a kissing battle instead."

The barrage was truly absorbed with this live-streaming thing.

There was no dull moment at all.

They loved commenting and getting absorbed in action, too.

Now, they only wanted to see what sort of A-Class mission the Boss chose.

Very quickly, Chu Che picked up the pace and flew by like lightning, causing Wei Wei to stick his tongue out as if he were in a car.

The rare yellow Fingot grew in very humid and dark regions.

It was a strange plant that didn't like the qi from the sun and looked like a sparkling yellow diamond in the shape of a plant.

No doubt, it should be within a cave.

But since the flower also took in water, the cave he was looking for wasn't dry.

.

The cave he sought should have streaming water flowing through it or found somewhere within it.

In short, the caves he sought should be close to a stream, river, or water source.

Once he located the water source, he could follow it until he found what he was looking for.

Of course, along with all water sources, there should be deadly beasts there.

But so what?

He had to get the flower.

The only thing that worried him was that if there were a river here, many streams would be broken into different directions, like a spider's web.

And he would have to check every one of them.

Who knew if the cave he sought would be around a stream somewhere far away?

He was hoping his luck was as good as it was earlier on.

Soon, he found a stream and began trailing it while carefully observing the areas around him.

But his luck seemed like it could have been better.

He found his way to the river where all the streams connected.

As expected, there were beasts of different kinds, all shredded far away from each other while drinking water vigilantly.

When he arrived, a massive grade-3, blue-horned serpent popped out of the water in a flash and swallowed a 5-feet Jade rabbit.

~Plop.

Sigh...Nature could be so brutal.

Chu Che continued his search, staying far away from the animals along the stream, and decided to take another stream back again, which led him deeper and deeper toward the other end of his map.

But this time, his journey bore fruits.

.

Rumble Rumble.

The ground trembled a bit, and over 50 grade-3 borehole spiders instantly burst out of the ground fiercely.

~Pheeeeeee~~

The spiders made loud, high-pitched hissing sounds that scared the nearby lower-level bird beasts.

Their heads had drills on them that looked like coned hats.

Despite that, their entire bodies were those of a spiders.

Of course, they could still shoot flaming Webs that would burn whatever they touched.

Everyone in the barrage jumped

F***!

Their boss was dead!

One couldn't stress it enough, but most people could fight grade 1 & 2 beasts at most.

Grade-3 beasts could be handled by people as strong as Old Fru and above within the first Dao of cultivation (True Qi Realm).

And grades 4 & 5 beasts could be dealt with by those in the 2nd Dao, the Spirit Realm.

So, with all these grade-3 Borehole Spiders, how could they not feel worried for the boss?

How could 1 person handle so many on their own?

Mommy, Live Streams were scary.

Chu Che removed the swords belonging to the original owner from the system's storage space, causing the barrage to be both excited and scared.

"I'm going! This time, the boss is willing to fight!"

"Boss, what are you waiting for? Hey, aren't you running? Forget about fighting them and run!"

"Yeah, boss. All jokes aside, even though we want to see you in action, we still don't want you to die. Who will allow us to teleport to another world if you go?"

"Boss! Please don't do it! I still haven't played enough of God of War. So if you go, won't this place close down? Boss! For the sake of your fans, Run! Run! Run!!!"

(-_-)

The system looked at its darling host pitifully.

Why did it feel like the fans of its host weren't caring for him but were more concerned about the game?

It's good that his darling host was a blockhead at times like this.

.

Chu Che, who had no idea what was being said in the barrage, wasn't surprised by these spiders' emergence.

After arriving here, he noticed that the entire floor had dark blue dots.

Dark blue dots were for beasts.

So, since the map showed them, then that meant that they were either above or below him.

And wouldn't you know it, they popped out the moment they realized his presence.

The way they surrounded him while others stood beside the cave made him realize that there was something in the cave that they wanted to hoard for themselves.

Chu Che held one sword over his shoulder with one hand and held the other behind his back.

The camera flew in, capturing his heroic look while also capturing the spiders.

It was like a blockbuster movie brought to life!

Chu Che smiled calmly: " Alright. Let's begin, shall we?"
