I Took A Succubus's First Time

Chapter 266: DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE!

Yuuna and the others stirred from their sleep, the cold air biting at their skin. But something felt... wrong.

Hina was gone.

"She's not here…" Yuuna murmured, eyes wide with disbelief.

Without wasting another second, they sprang up, stumbling over the snow and dead branches scattered across the frostbitten ground.

Their hearts raced in sync, thumping like war drums.

"Hina!!" Nagisa shouted, her voice cracking as she cupped her hands over her mouth, trying to project it further.

The sound echoed into the emptiness, fading into the thick, unmoving mist that surrounded the area.

But no matter how many times she screamed, the only thing that answered back was silence.

The kind that makes your gut churn.

"Where did she go?!" Nagisa cried out, voice trembling with frustration and fear.

"Out of all of us…" Yuuna began, her brows furrowed tightly, "…she was the most desperate. If I had to guess, I'd say she didn't rest at all. She must've stayed up all night, searching. Alone."

The words hung in the air like frost.

Yuuna's voice was steady, but at the same time heavy.

They were all desperate—driven mad by the pressure of their dwindling time—but Hina… she had crossed the line between resolve and recklessness.

She was suffering the most.

And that suffering had likely pushed her into wandering off, chasing after that place—the one without a name.

"That's really reckless of her…" Nagisa muttered under her breath, clenching her fists.

"I'll find her," Yui said calmly. She stepped forward and extended her arms—revealing her gray wings. They were large. Ethereal and dreadful.

"Since the storm's passed, I can probably fly safely through the sky now."

Yuuna turned to her, eyes filled with quiet urgency. "Please," she said, her voice soft but firm.

Yui gave a small nod.

To demons, those wings were an omen.

Neither safe nor threatening—just something that couldn't be understood.

Something that made them uneasy, like a knife hovering too close to the skin.

No matter how they looked at her, they couldn't categorize her as either an ally or an enemy.

Because they were the wings of a fallen angel.

She wasn't exactly a "friend," either. That word didn't suit her. Not quite.

Still, in this moment, she was the only one they could count on.

Yui didn't hesitate. Her wings stretched wide with a gust of power, stirring the snow around her into a whirlwind. And in the blink of an eye, she took off—her figure vanishing into the low-hanging clouds like a phantom.

***

It didn't take long.

Flying through the colorless sky, her sharp eyes caught something down below.

A figure.

Motionless.

Lying face-down in the snow like a discarded doll.

Yui's eyes narrowed. "Good grief…" she muttered, her tone dry and irritated.

With a quick tilt of her wings, she descended rapidly, her body cutting through the air before landing in the snow with a muffled thud.

The impact scattered flakes around her feet, and as she landed, her wings dissolved, fading into the wind like ashes.

She knelt beside the crumpled figure.

"Hmm…" she hummed, reaching out to check her condition.

Her skin was ice-cold to the touch. Her breathing was shallow. She was completely depleted with mana.

"She ran herself dry," Yui said, brushing snow off her shoulders. "Used up all her energy just to keep going… and when she couldn't maintain her barrier, the cold hit her hard."

She stared down at her for a long moment.

"I could kill her right now, you know?" she whispered, almost playfully. "Just one little move of my hand… it'd be over."

Her gaze lingered on Hina's pale neck, expression unreadable.

"But… Okumura-senpai would definitely be pissed."

Her lips twitched, almost like a smirk. "I can't gamble on that. No way. Even if the temptation's there, I don't want to make him mad. He probably wouldn't forgive me."

Then she added with a breathy laugh, "…Though I kinda like that, too. But still."

Her fingers hovered over Hina's neck for a second longer.

Then she sighed and forced herself to behave.

She pressed her hand gently against Hina's chest and focused her mana—channeling it through her palm.

A faint glow spread across Hina's body, wrapping her in warmth. Color started to return to her cheeks.

The snowfall around her was light.

Judging by how little had accumulated, she must've only collapsed ten minutes ago, maybe less.

Yui poured more mana into her, then followed it up with a soft wave of healing magic.

Just enough to keep her from aching all over once she woke up.

She didn't want her waking up in pain. That would only slow things down.

After a moment, Hina's eyelashes began to flutter.

Her brows twitched.

And then—with a sharp gasp—she bolted upright, panting.

"Don't move too fast, Hina-senpai," Yui said smoothly, eyeing her with a calm gaze. "If you force yourself, your body's gonna give out on you again. Chill."

"I-I can't… I can't stop…" Hina gasped out, her voice weak and frantic. "I have to find that place… before today ends…"

Of course.

This was the final day.

The last chance.

If they didn't find it now… then it would be over.

Kouhei wouldn't come back.

And Hina didn't want that.

She couldn't accept a world where Kouhei didn't exist.

"If you die chasing that place, then all of this was for nothing," Yui said bluntly. "So I'd advise you to—"

She paused.

Something shifted in the air.

Mana?

No. It was something else.

Her lips curved into a sly, knowing smile.

"…Huh. That's faster than I thought," she said softly.

She turned her head toward a point in the distance, where faint light began to flicker in the air like a slow-burning flame.

"They're coming, senpai."

***

At the same time, Yui and Kouhei were fighting off a swarm of angels all at once.

But because of the overwhelming power currently surging through Yui, she was able to wipe them out like they were nothing like mere insects in her path.

Yui moved faster than light itself, slicing through the angels the moment they appeared.

She was so quick that even their death cries couldn't catch up to her speed.

"Fallen angel! You can't keep this up forever! You'll have to give that soul up eventually!" one of the angels shouted, desperation in her voice.

But Yui was already on her before she could say another word. With one clean strike, she ended her without hesitation.

It wasn't like she was killing them, exactly—this was a subconscious world, after all. But if this had been the real world? She could've easily done the same.

Thanks to the Love Link she had performed with Kouhei, Yui was overflowing with energy.

"All of you—DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! Hahahahahahahahahaha!"

She was enjoying herself.

The way she cut them down was brutal—merciless and swift, almost mechanical in execution.

But the way she laughed? The wild, unhinged joy on her face? That made her look like a total maniac. Like a killer high on bloodlust.

If there had been blood, it would've looked like a full-on bloodbath.

Kouhei, meanwhile, was doing everything he could to hold his ground.

Because of the Love Link, his physical abilities had increased drastically too.

He could feel the boost in power pulsing through every inch of his body.

Through this battle, he had also come to understand something new.

That Love Linking wasn't something exclusive to just one person. It could be done with two or more people. That much was obvious, considering how it worked.

And because of that, Kouhei could now use the abilities of whoever he had a Love Link with.

Those skills became permanently embedded in him. Like Aria's swordsmanship.

That said, even though he gained that skill, Aria's sword technique was still far more refined.

Kouhei hadn't reached her level yet. He simply lacked the training and finesse to fully replicate her style.

And since it was the only ability he had practiced before discovering that he could use others' powers—like Yuuna's Crimson Dance—it was the only one he relied on for now.

Still, his speed with the blade was no joke. His footwork was sharp, clean, and fast. Nothing to scoff at.

Then Yui finally landed beside him.

Despite all the enemies she had fought, she wasn't even sweating.

Her body radiated pure, boundless energy—like she hadn't even started warming up.

"I never imagined I'd feel this energized," she said, grinning. "Thanks for giving me such an entertaining show, senpai~"

She tilted her head, eyes glinting mischievously.

"However… I think the angels have started to realize something's wrong. They've noticed. And now, they're coming after me in the real world. As we speak, I'm fighting them out there, too."

Her expression turned slightly annoyed.

"Hina-senpai, though… she doesn't look like she has enough energy left to even lift a finger. Honestly, I think it's dangerous to leave her in that state."

"Which is why we need to find that place, right?" Kouhei asked her.

Yui let out a breath, almost like a scoff.

"It's not that easy to find a place nobody even knows exists," she said, her tone dropping. "If something like that could be found so easily, then it would've already had a name."

She paused.

"But… I think Hina-senpai might be able to find it."

"Oh? Why?"

"Intuition, I guess?" she replied with a shrug.

And while the two of them were speaking, another wave of angels appeared—materializing from blinding flashes of light that erupted out of nowhere.

It seemed like their battle was far from over.
