SWNOVELXO Chapter 4: The Unparalleled Immortal Swordsman's skill
"I'm Damien" said introducing himself.
"It's a surprise that the Academy is adding a new student two weeks after accepting new students" Sony said
"You must be very special for the Academy to make an exception for you" Scott added.
"I was just lucky " he replied .
"Oh...I see "Scott muttered.
"Anyway , whenever you have a problem in the academy you can just ask us...hehehe even if its beating some people up,from now in we are brothers for life" Sony declared loudly , his fat cheeks bouncing.
" Can I ask your help with something?" Damien suddenly asked.
"We'll be glad to offer our help...if it's beating someone up as long as he isn't too strong "Sony said although he knew really wasn't going to ask them to beat someone up.
He didn't look like the kind of person to do that .
"Could you explain somethings to me...what is a force control skill? What kind of books are in the library...."Damien asked a long chain of questions.
Wait..wait ...who was the one who led you through your orientation "they interrupted him.
"Instructor Charles "
"As expected...."Scott sighed.
The look on his face was currently like the look on June's face when he mentioned Charles's name. It was as if they were harbouring some unforgettable pain from the past.Sony looked unaffected though.
Damien looked at Scott inquiringly.
"Sigh..Two weeks ago we had just been accepted into the academy. We were divided into groups for the Orientation. Our group had Charles as the Guide. However ,without saying a word ,he leaped off leaving us there, we waited for more than 12 hours thinking he would return...no he never showed up...Later we learnt he had done something similar to the a previous batch. And they even waited an entire day waiting for him to show up...sigh...". Scott ended his tale with a deep depressing sigh .
"Ok , there are two types of Force Control Technique.The Force Training manual and the Force Skil technique. "
"Force is an energy present in people who were born to be warriors, just like magic affinity for mages"
"The Force Training manual helps one to improve the not only the quantity but also the quality of your Force"
"For us newbies we only have access to the Basic Force Training manual. We can learn better ones in the future "
"But what's very important is the Force Skill technique...it is the way a slayer can use their Force..."
"However Slayers can choose only one or two at most Force skills in their entire life, that's how important the Force Skill technique is, so make a good choice tommorow..."
"All the techniques are kept in the Library, so we can go there in the morning to pick up your identity tag and the skills" Scott explained.
"Another thing you need to know is your Class since we all are Apprentice Slayers we are in Class 1 "Sony added
""There are Class1S ,Class1A and the Class1B.There are two of each classes,so in the end there are Six classes divided according toTalent "Sony continued.
Damien nodded, he was sure the Academy was had their reasons.
"They do this to increase competition among the classes and so sometimes the best students aren't from either of the two S-classes " .
"Anyway that's it for today ,it's getting quite late,let's go grab a meal "Sony said getting up.
Scott and Damien followed him.
They returned to bed after a heartwarming meal which was thanks to Sony's good knowledge about food.

Damien woke in an unfamiliar bed ,the events that took place yesterday flooded his mind again.
He looked at the miserable Scott and Sony who were still asleep and shook his head.The latter had drool pouring out of his mouth and was snoring loudly .
Damien went to have his bath. When he got back to the room,it seemed like Scott and Sony had gone to have their bath as well.
He put on the clothes Charles had added to his luggage.
Scott and Sony showed up in no time .Together they went to the library.
"Ok we will wait for for you here go to the Library manager "Scott said sitting behind one of the huge tables in the Library.
Damien looked at the old lady sitting bbehind a table at the end of the Library and approached her .As he got near, he felt a powerful aura coming from her.
"You should be new here " she said looking up at Damien.
"Yes "Damien replied.
"I heard you were coming ...take this it's your Student Identity tag" she said handing him a jade emblem. It had the symbol of the academy on it ,which was a slender sword splitting a monster into two.
"This is the Basic Force Training manual" she handed a small black patterned book to him.
"Are you ready to take your Force skill ?" She asked him
"Yeah " Damien replied.
" Ok " she muttered pressing somethig under her table
"Boom " with a low booming sound the walls behind her opened revealing a dark passage.
"Behind these walls are the Force skills , the skills have been ingrained into Jade Plaques by the original creators of the Skills...once you choose the skill the Memory Transfer Skill in the plaque will transfer the technique to you ...in the future when you are strong enough, you can simply create your own or modify the one you are using ...why am I talking this much go in" She said.
Damien walked into the tunnel ignoring the old librarian's weirdness.
"Take a good one ...the fate of the entire continent might one day depend on you ... " She went into deep thought .
" Booom " Damien looked back as the walls closed behind him after the passed through the tunnel.
The whole place was dark for awhile.
"Tap " a sudden light appeared above him . Damien realised he was in a hall, currently before him were large rows of shelves arranged in a long line .Each shelf had a large number of transcluscent jade plaque on it.
"These are all ....Force skills " Damien felt dizzy .
"How am I going to find a suitable force skill" Damien thought .

Two hours later, Damien had still not found a Force Skill that caught his attention.
There were skills like;
Fist Blast Force : a powerful fist to blow away your enemies by Fist Genius
Fury Sword Dance: a dancer of the battlefield....
The list went on and on
Suddenly Damien arrived before another jade plaque
However his instincts were telling him that this was the Force skill he was looking for
Invincible Sword Force Skill: Become the Invincible sword that will cut up monsters .
