"What do you think?" Naofumi asked, turning to Jace. "We could use the coin."

Jace shrugged. "Why not? Sounds like an opportunity to see more of the world."

The speaker was a young man with short brown hair and a frustrated expression. Beside him sat a strikingly beautiful woman with long, sky-blue hair and a haughty demeanor.

"Kazuma, it's not my fault we keep failing quests," Aqua replied, pouting. "Maybe if you weren't so useless—"

"Me? Useless? You're the one who—" Kazuma's retort was cut short as Naofumi approached their table.

"Are you two adventurers?" he asked bluntly.

Kazuma blinked, surprised by the interruption. "Uh, yeah. Why?"

"We're looking for party members to help with a mission," Naofumi explained. "If you're interested, we could use the help."

Aqua's eyes lit up. "Finally! Someone who recognizes my divine talent!"

Kazuma sighed but nodded. "Fine. We're in. What's the job?"

After explaining the details, Naofumi and Jace led Kazuma and Aqua on their first mission together. Despite their bickering, the newcomers proved to be capable allies. Aqua's healing magic and Kazuma's quick thinking complemented Naofumi's defense and Jace's offensive skills.

As they continued working together, the group's numbers grew. They soon met Darkness, a noblewoman with a penchant for self-sacrifice, and Megumin, an eccentric mage obsessed with explosive magic. Both eagerly joined the party, adding to their unique dynamic.

With their new companions, Naofumi and Jace decided it was time to leave Axel and explore other parts of the kingdom. On their way to a new town, they encountered a young man named Touya Mochizuki, who had recently been reincarnated into the world. Intrigued by his story and abilities, they invited him to join their growing party. Touya agreed, eager to find his place in this unfamiliar land.

Together, the party set out, their bond strengthening with each new challenge. Though their journey was just beginning, Jace couldn't shake the feeling that his path held a deeper purpose.
