Loki's voice caused Kurapika to slowly retract his killing intent.

"Baise, take her to see Chrollo."

After Baise took Pakunoda away, Kurapika asked Loki, "Why bring a Phantom Troupe member here?"

The Phantom Troupe was essentially annihilated. Kurapika hadn't even had time to celebrate before Loki brought back a member.

Kurapika worried Loki had made a deal with the Phantom Troupe.

Kurapika's fierce gaze softened.

Suddenly, someone entered.

"Kurapika, who is this? Why let strangers into Neon's residence?"

Kurapika said impassively, "Boss, this is Mr. Loki, who helped the Ten Dons eliminate the Phantom Troupe last night. He was also Ms. Neon's bodyguard."

The newcomer was Light Nostrade, the head of the Nostrade family. His face fell upon hearing Loki's name.

Light's dismissive attitude made Basho, Melody, and Linssen behind Loki turn pale. Was the boss crazy? Didn't he know how terrifying this kid was?

"Get out," Loki said coldly.

The room's temperature dropped. Light's cold expression turned to fear. He wasn't a Nen user and couldn't resist Loki's killing intent. His body went limp.

Kurapika supported Light. "Boss, let me take you outside."

Kurapika helped Light sit in the hotel lobby.

Light's face hadn't recovered. He looked worse than the Mafia members Kurapika had seen on the flying ship. Loki, a Nen user, had only used killing intent; Light was this terrified.

After a few minutes, Light's face regained color.

"Kurapika, that kid is terrifying. His eyes are like a devil's."

Kurapika closed his eyes, saying nothing.

"How can a human have such terrifying eyes?"

Sighing, Kurapika opened his eyes. "Don't provoke Loki; you'll die."

"Kill me? He dares?"

"He doesn't care about the Ten Dons, let alone you."

"He doesn't care about the Ten Dons? He's just a Hunter. The Ten Dons are the world's Mafia—"

Kurapika interrupted. "You asked about the auction last night. The Phantom Troupe attacked; a group of wanted criminals, all killed by Loki. He also destroyed a building."

"So...?"

Light lowered his head. "You said... a building?"

After a moment, he shook his head. "Impossible. What weapon could destroy a building?"

"No weapon."

Light's eyes narrowed. "You mean, he destroyed a building with his bare hands?"

"You could say that."

Light froze. Barehanded destruction of a building? Humans can't do that. When did Hunters become this strong?

He wanted to ask if Kurapika was lying, but seeing Kurapika's serious expression, he swallowed.

"Kurapika, why is he here? Can he leave? Someone like that is dangerous near Neon."

Kurapika nodded impassively. "He'll leave."

"Good, good. If he's as terrifying as you say, he's a bomb near Neon."

Loki didn't plan to stay. He'd achieved his goal in Yorknew City. He wasn't interested in being a bodyguard anymore.

In the room, Pakunoda went to Chrollo's bed.

"Pakunoda, seeing you surprises me," Chrollo said. He thought she was dead.

"Curious?" Pakunoda sat down. "Curious why I'm here?"

Chrollo, seeing her cold expression, chuckled. "Not curious. I don't care about that anymore."

He looked out the window. Sunlight fell on his face. He felt relaxed. Pakunoda was surprised; he was broken but relaxed.

They were silent for a while. Pakunoda stood beside Chrollo. "You didn't form the Troupe because you wanted to."

Chrollo looked at her, confused, but didn't ask.

"I read his memories," Pakunoda said.

Chrollo was surprised. "He didn't notice?"

"He asked me to."

Chrollo understood; Pakunoda knew Loki's thoughts.

"Knowing that, why did you come see me?"

Pakunoda shook her head, turning to leave. "Nothing. I wanted to confirm."

Chrollo didn't ask what she wanted to confirm; she was already gone.

Loki saw Pakunoda leave; she seemed calm. He stood and told Baise, "Let's go. Take Chrollo."

They weren't leaving Yorknew City.

They needed a Nen removal specialist and the Greed Island game. Baise arranged a new place.

Loki, with Pakunoda, visited Kurapika to confirm Pakunoda hadn't read about the system.

While Loki found a new place, Pariston saw Netero's message on the Hunter website. He was shocked.

"The Chairman himself? I wonder if Mr. Loki will be sad."

In the Dinka country, at an excavation site:

"Mr. Ging Freecss, we found the entrance."

Only thirty people were excavating in the wilderness. Ging, in a gray work uniform, looked at the entrance. He nodded. "It's the Lurka Ruins."

His assistant looked at Ging. "There's little information on the Lurka Ruins. How did you know?"

"There isn't much information, but I got it from Meteor City."

"Meteor City?"
