Harry Potter In Marvel

Chapter 123: Awkward Aftermath

"Hey Gwen," Harry said as a bullet flew past, missing him by a few meters. "you remember that time when you said 'you will not get shot at'? I do, like it was two hours ago."

The two were currently sat on Harry's motorbike, both were dressed in civilian clothes instead of their special suits. Harry was wearing black shoes, trouser and a grey shirt under a black motorcycle jacket. Gwen on the other hand was wearing black boots that went up to her knees with blue jeans and a white shirt under a black motorcycle jacket. They didn't have helmets but right now that was not a priority for them.

Harry was driving down a motorway with Gwen sitting behind him with her arms wrapped around his stomach while several black cars were chasing after them, the passengers in those cars were shooting at them. But thankfully Harry's motorbike had several runes etched on to it, one of which protected them from the bullets with a small magical shield.

"I know, I know." Gwen said in a tired voice.

"You're paying for dinner." Harry told her.

"Fine, but I don't know why it matter's, you'd just heal if you got shot." Gwen reminded him.

"I want a burger and chips." Harry said, ignoring the last part of what she said.

"Fine." Gwen repeated through gritted teeth.

"Why aren't you firing at them?" Harry asked.

"My left web-shooters is busted," Gwen complained as she looked behind her. "I'm going to ask Stark to make some better ones. Also shooting at moving targets behind me during a high speed chase is a lot harder than it sounds and looks." She said as she removed her right hand and fired a small web ball that knocked one gun out of one the shooter's hands.

"Fine." Harry rolled his eyes before he reached behind and grabbed her by the waist.

"Harry?!" Gwen squeaked when she found herself shifted so she was now sitting in front of Harry and facing him with her legs wrapped around his waist.

"There's a gun in my jacket, reach in there and grab that." Harry said as he focused on the view behind Gwen.

"O… kay," Gwen shook her head before reaching her left hand into Harry's jacket. "this is a little too much like that one movie."

"What movie?" Harry asked in a confused voice.

"I'll tell you later." Gwen said as she pulled out the gun and began firing at the cars with her gun and web-shooter. She was able to take out one car by shooting the driver, then took out two more a few seconds later when her webs attacked a car's wheel and caused it to crash into another. "Whoo!" Gwen cheered as she continued firing.

"Enjoying yourself?" Harry asked.

"I am, what about you?" Gwen replied as she continued shooting. "I mean driving on a cool motorbike in a hot speed chase with a girl in your lap, isn't that like every guy's dream?"

"No, just the majority." Harry replied.

...

Two hours and a few broken cars and bones later, Gwen and Harry found themselves sat in a fast food place. The owner of the place clearly had recognized Harry from the news since he was treating the pair like they were royalty. Once the pair had gotten their food Harry had cast a few spells to discourage anyone who had wanted to approach them, he did that simply so he could eat in peace.

"Damn, that's a nice burger." Gwen let out a content moan after taking another bite.

"Yeah, it's not half bad." Harry agreed once he had finished his own and began eating his chips. "You might as well enjoy it to its fullest, after this you got to to fill out your mission report."

"Yay paperwork." Gwen said with a tired sigh. "But yeah. So, the rest of my night will be spent having a nice bath and filling out some 'lovely' paperwork. What about you?"

"I'm going to go home and watch TV and ignore the drama in my life." Harry answered simply. "And that's about it." He added with a small shrug.

"What drama?" Gwen asked with a frown. "Is it something to do with Nat? Or is it to do with that 'dark elf' invasion thing that you stopped?"

"Both and what part of 'ignore it' didn't you understand?" Harry asked.

"It would be better if you don't ignore it and just deal with it," Gwen replied. "so what's the problem? I can probably help you."

"What makes you think that?" Harry raised an eyebrow. "You don't even know what the problem is."

"Exactly, I can answer your question when you answer mine." Gwen grinned for a second. "I know it sounds cliché but maybe talking about it with someone will help."

"Why must people always want to talk?" Harry rolled his eyes. "You're not going to stop asking until I tell you, are you?"

"Pretty much, yeah." Gwen nodded immediately.

"Fine," Harry sighed. "after I helped Thor stop the invasion of the dark elves I was kissed by an Asgardian woman named Sif."

"But aren't you with Nat… oh." Gwen blinked when realization hit her. "So is Natasha sad because you kissed her back?"

"I didn't kiss her back, or her mouth either." Harry replied. "She kissed me for a sec and then pulled away before leaving, so I told Nat as soon as possible. Then after I told her, I was waiting for her response when we were interrupted when someone arrived at the door. I opened it only to find Sif standing there."

"Oh?" Gwen softly gasped. "What happened?"

"She kissed me again," Harry answered. "I broke off immediately but then she began talking about how she liked me, only to notice a few seconds later that Nat was my girlfriend and then she looked heartbroken."

"Oh, that sounds horrible."

"Indeed," Harry nodded. "I mean I don't think I did anything wrong but I felt like a really big dick at the end. Anyway, then Nat starts talking to her. Though it was more information gathering than talking, despite what she might tell you. Next thing I know is I wake up this morning and Nat has Sif dressed up in Earth clothes and is taking her out for the day. So I fully am aware that it's possible to come back to find at least one of them dead or seriously injured, or both."

"That's a bit of an exaggeration."

"The fact that you said 'a bit' is not lost on either of us, and no it's not."

...

Harry was not sure exactly what he was expecting when he came back, but tried to stay prepared for all possibilities that he could think of. Harry stepped inside of his apartment to find Natasha and Sif sitting on his sofa and petting Padfoot.

"Oh, hey Harry." Natasha smiled when she noticed Harry.

"Hey," Harry nodded as he walked over and sat down in-between the girls. "I'm rather glad to come back and find that you're both alive and not trying to kill each other."

"You thought we would try and kill each other?" Sif asked.

"It was a possibility." Harry shrugged.

"Well no, we did not try and kill each other." Sif replied "Even though I would win if we did." Sif added under her breath.

"I heard that." Natasha replied.

"So, what have I missed?" Harry asked as he looked between the two women. "Because you two seem pretty comfortable with each other now." Harry noted.

"There is a reason for that." Natasha smiled as she kissed Harry on the lips.

"Okay," Harry said once she had stopped. "but what is…" Harry was cut off when a pair of hands grabbed his face and turned him so he was looking at the owner, Sif reached forwards and also kissed him before letting go.

Harry blinked and looked between both women, who were each smiling at him as if nothing was wrong and this was simply a regular thing that they did. Padfoot was letting out an amused chuckle, even though Harry was ignoring him. At that moment Harry's thoughts were unable to be contained by his head and jumped out of his mouth.

"The fuck?"
