Following the referee's whistle, Shōyō Hinata launched his serve toward Mujinazaka High once again!!

His serve was picked up by Mujinazaka's back row!

Immediately, under Michiru Usuri's set, Mujinazaka launched another attack!

However, with Akira positioned in the front row for Karasuno, he easily blocked Nozomu Mami's quick attack once more!

Atsumu Miya shook his head slightly.

"If I were him, I'd just give up on this set."

"Talk to Karasuno's coach and get some rest."

"What's the harm in giving Mujinazaka the third set?"

"If Akira rests this game, he'll be back full force for the next!"

"With that insane serve of his, would we really be worried about not beating Mujinazaka then??"

As soon as he finished, a few others nodded in agreement—but Osamu Miya and Shinsuke Kita didn't approve.

"Easy to say, but handing the opponent a set just like that… it doesn't sit right."

"Exactly."

"What if something goes wrong?"

Kita continued:

"I don't think Karasuno is necessarily going to lose this set."

"Oh?"

Hearing that, Atsumu raised an eyebrow, half-exasperated:

"Captain, you've been saying that since earlier… that Karasuno won't necessarily lose…"

"But where is that coming from?"

"Look at the court right now! It's only been a few rallies!"

He gestured toward the court.

There, Akira had resumed his steady pace, though he looked visibly drained.

Between plays, he'd rest his hands on his knees, gasping for air.

He didn't look like he could last much longer!!

Seeing that, even Kita hesitated.

Now, even he was wavering.

Kita couldn't quite explain the small, nagging feeling in his chest.

But the more he saw Akira's exhausted expression...

The stronger that strange feeling grew!

The scoreboard showed: Karasuno 4–2! Karasuno still held the lead!

But now, Michiko Kusumi had no options left from the sidelines!

She could only pray that no further complications arose.

Kageyama's serve was received by Wakatsu Kiryū in Mujinazaka's back row this time!

Michiru Usuri quickly positioned himself under the ball and, seizing the perfect timing, jumped to set!

On the other side of the net, Karasuno's blockers were already waiting!

Subaru Hondo's spike struck Akira's arm once again—but this time, it wasn't directly blocked. The ball flew high into Karasuno's back row!
