Haikyuu - I Am A Different Hinata!

The Karasuno players can be seen getting off the bus and heading towards the match venue, but on their way, they run into the Nekoma team.

"There he is! He really was from Nekoma! My analysis was perfect!" said Hinata.

"But we already knew he was from Nekoma, so why are you surprised?" Tsukishima mocked.

"I'm not surprised, just happy that my initial analysis based on some clues was actually correct, you jerk!" Hinata replied.

"Stop fighting, you two!" Daichi ordered.

"Look at these guys, the game hasn't even started and they're already arguing, such amateurs..." Yamamoto said.

"What's your problem, City Boy?... Want to get beaten up before the game?!" Tanaka threatened, staring down Yamamoto.

"Bring it on!" Yamamoto responded, staring back at Tanaka.

"Hey! We didn't come here to fight, we came to play... besides, stop with this 'City Boy' thing, it's embarrassing!" Sugawara said, leaving Tanaka embarrassed and looking at the ground.

"Yamamoto, stop picking fights over nothing!" Yaku said, leaving Yamamoto embarrassed and looking at the ground.

"I'm sorry about that, he's such an embarrassment..." Yaku said to Sugawara.

"I'm also very embarrassed..." Sugawara responded. 

"WHAT?" Yamamoto exclaimed, clutching his chest and going into shock as Shimizu walked behind Tanaka who was in front of him.

"A manager... Beautiful!..." He said, writhing in shock.

"Alright! We got yakisoba bread!" Inuoka and Shibayama said while high-fiving each other.

"YOU'LL ALL REGRET THIS!" Yamamoto shouted while running away with tears in his eyes. After all the players entered the gym, the coaches went to greet each other.

"What happened to your hair these last eight years, Ukai?" Naoi asked.

"Shut up, you haven't changed a bit in all this time!" Ukai responded, making them both laugh lightly.

"Hey! Keishin!" an old man said.

"Oh, it's been a while, Nekomata-sensei," Ukai responded.

"You really are just like your old grandpa," Nekomata said.

"Thank you very much for accepting our invitation," Takeda thanked him.

"Well, you wouldn't stop calling!" he replied.

"Sorry, Sorry!" Takeda said, bowing.

"I'm just kidding, I'm looking forward to today's practice match. Even though my opponent isn't the old man, I won't show any mercy," Nekomata said.

"You just wait!" Ukai responded.

The Karasuno players gathered in a circle to hear Daichi's speech.

"To be honest, we've just met, but we still have a match to play, and we don't know anything about the opposing team. But it's not like we don't have things to show them too, so even though we'll face obstacles, we'll just jump right over them!" Daichi said.

The two teams positioned themselves on their respective courts to start the game.

"Oh, how tall!" Inuoka said.

"Hey, are you playing middle blocker too?" Hinata asked.

"Yes! Let's have a good match!" Inuoka said.

"Sure!" Hinata responded friendlily.

The game started with Kenma serving towards Asahi, who tried to receive. "Sorry, it was a bit low!" he said.

"That's what you get for not practicing for a month!" Nishinoya said.

"Sorry!" Asahi said.

The ball went towards Kageyama, who observed Hinata already preparing to run, so he decided to do a quick in the middle. After Hinata jumped, the ball had already been set by Kageyama, and Hinata managed to spike the ball onto Nekoma's court, who couldn't react to the quick attack.

1-0 Karasuno

"That was fast!" Inuoka observed.

"It wasn't just fast but also powerful... this won't be an easy quick to block," Yaku said.

"These two first-year kids are very skilled!" Nekomata thought, surprised.

The next attack started with Tanaka serving towards Fukunaga, who easily received and directed the pass to Kenma, who set for Yamamoto.

"How beautiful!" Yamamoto said while spiking, and the ball went towards Nishinoya, who managed to receive it.

"Nice receive," Kageyama said while moving into position to set, and again observed Hinata running beside him to do another quick, but this time he set for Asahi who faced no blocks because everyone thought the ball would go to Hinata for another quick, so he spiked the ball which hit Yaku's hands and went out.

"I'm counting on you!" Nishinoya said while patting Tsukishima's shoulder, who was substituting him.

"Good work!" Sugawara said.

"Thanks!... their libero is troublesome! It was his first time seeing Asahi's spike and he already managed to react," Nishinoya said while observing Yaku. Tanaka serves again but this time the ball hits the net and falls back onto Karasuno's court.

"Hahaha, what an idiot!" Yamamoto mocked.

"Tsk! Just wait!" Tanaka said in a low voice.

In the next attack, Yamamoto serves and it was easily received by Daichi who manages to make a good pass to Kageyama who this time decided to set for Tanaka who was in position two.

"Take that!" Tanaka shouted while hitting the side of the opponent's block and managing to score a point.

After Tanaka's point, the Karasuno team rotated again and it was Hinata's turn to serve.

"Alright... to start, let's go with the quick," Hinata thought while performing his powerful jump and hitting the ball aiming to make it gain maximum speed possible and making it go towards the back of Nekoma's court in the blink of an eye, leaving Nekoma's players shocked.

"HAHA, it's always good to see their faces when this happens!" Tanaka said.

"What a fast serve!" Yaku thought.

"Now, let's go with this one!" Hinata thought jumping again but now hitting the ball with all his strength and going with much more power, however, this time it went straight towards Yaku who tried to receive but the ball exploded off his arms and flew away.

"Wow! Now that one was powerful!" Yaku thought, excited about what was happening.

"It seems that libero is having difficulties with Hinata's serve," Takeda said.

"Yes, but you can see from his face that he's not shaken, he's actually having fun!" Ukai said.

On the third serve, Hinata tries again to serve with more power but this time Yaku manages to receive and send the ball towards Kenma who does a quick attack with Inuoka who manages to score successfully.

5-2 Karasuno

After Nekoma's point, Hinata was substituted by Nishinoya.

"I'm counting on you!" Hinata said and then sat on the bench.

"Nishinoya can enter at any time, right?" Takeda asked.

"Since the libero specializes in defense, when the serve rotation ends, he'll enter in place of Hinata or Tsukishima," Sugawara said.
