The viewers screamed for Max to help Doggie, but he had no way to do that. He lacked the spell that could stop the purple vine.

Then, she tried to stop Max by pointing her wand at him and chanting her spell. However, she stopped when she realized what he did.

He was holding a stalk of paralysis grass he found on the counter above the pot with an evil grin on his face.

"PUT YOUR HANDS UP AND SURRENDER! Or I will drop this grass onto your soup!" He threatened her by imitating the police force in his past life.

That was effective.

"No! D-Don't do it."

"What? I can't hear you!" Max replied with a stern face. "Maybe if you throw your wand away and put your hands above your head, my hearing will return to me. Otherwise…"

He lowered his hand slowly. The paralysis grass was about to touch the boiling purple substance when Prilly suddenly threw her wand away.

"I did it." She screamed loudly. "I did it, so get that grass away from my Immortality Potion!"

"Oh, so this is called Immortality Potion? Pretty grand name for something that only returns your old face back to your young one." He smirked, "Do you like stepping on people's heads so much that you want to become younger again? Answer me honestly or…"

"Yes. Yes, I do." Prilly answered immediately in panic. Now she didn't even look like an enemy to be feared. "I like stepping on people's heads and looking down on them. Those failures!"
