Then came the battle with Ditto. It should've been an easy win, but unfortunately, Ditto borrowed the Rainbow Feather strengthened by Ho-Oh and transformed into Ho-Oh itself.

Even though Venusaur was a bit stronger overall, it couldn't withstand being completely countered in type. Plus, Ho-Oh could fly, whereas Venusaur was just a sitting duck. Holy Fire scorched everything, and the outcome was clear.

The Garlic Emperor shut itself off from the world.

Victini, Little Hoopa, and Kira Pray couldn't have been happier.

Ninth place went to Mane Rock Werewolf.

With eight losses and one victory, it stood in the same position as Venusaur: only against Ditto and Normal Venusaur did it have a chance to fight.

The current ordinary Mane Rock Werewolf had Quasi-guardian god power; upon Gigantification, it almost reached the threshold of High-level Guardian. But with a prolonged transformation and the loss of speed becoming a big target, against those teammates who were at least at High-level Guardian God level, its fate was to be instantly defeated regardless of successful transformation.
