Fairy Tail: Strongest Creature

Chapter 291: Azure Dragon King

Zirconis the Emerald Dragon descended in a swirl of green light. "Motherglare, are you unharmed?" he called down to his comrade.

Motherglare shook himself free of Su Yan's crushing grip. "My Dragon skin is unbreakable—even his roar could not pierce it," he rumbled. Then his eyes flicked to where Su Yan lay motionless. "That…that human! He must be dead by now. Between his wounds and my defenses, there's no way he can survive."

Below, human mages watched in anxious silence. Su Yan had indeed slain four of their mightiest foes—but now the last dragon stood before him, and even that adversary seemed unrivaled.

Zirconis, emboldened, swooped down on Su Yan's prone form, talons outstretched. "You wretch! A human clad in dragon's flesh—die by my hand!"

At that, human defenders surged forward—but before they could reach him, Su Yan's eyes snapped open, blazing with uncanny light.

Zirconis reeled in shock, flapping frantically to retreat—only to find a massive claw closing around his skull.

**"Boom—boom—boom!"**

Zirconis's screams echoed as Su Yan drove him into the shattered plaza, each thunderous blow rattling the ruins.

"Masha! Help me!" Zirconis howled, blood glittering on his emerald scales.

Masha charged—only to be caught in the sweep of Su Yan's tail, sent skidding through toppled stone and crumbling walls.

Su Yan planted a clawed foot on Zirconis's tail and pinned his head beneath one monstrous hand. "Arrogant bastard," he growled, drawing back his fist.

**"Boom!"**

Zirconis vomited draconic ichor in a final, tortured gasp. "I yield… I yield!" he choked.

But Su Yan's grip did not falter. He pummeled Zirconis again, and again—until the Emerald Dragon's cries faded into a lone, fading echo beneath Su Yan's relentless assault.

On the edge of the crater, Motherglare shook off the impact and rose to his feet. He met Su Yan's gaze across the rubble-strewn chasm. "So you are the last," Su Yan said softly.

With a roar that shook the heavens, Masha lunged—crashing horns-first into Su Yan's chest. The Azure Dragon staggered, but braced with claws spread wide.

Then Su Yan's eyes narrowed. Claws crackled with intertwined Overlord and Armament auras, veins of red and purple lightning dancing across his scales. He swung upward, smashing Masha's jaws apart in a single, brutal strike.

**"Ugh—!"**

Blood spattered the sky as Masha crumpled, internal injury bursting through his Vajra shell. He hit the ground with a deafening crash.

Su Yan stood atop the beast's flank, crimson flame gathering at his maw. He inhaled deeply—then unleashed a searing torrent of heat that engulfed the fallen dragon in a pillar of liquid fire.

Where Motherglare fell, the earth blistered and cracked under the inferno's fury.

Silence reigned at last, broken only by the distant cheers of human mages who had borne witness to a feat of impossible cruelty—and impossible power. Su Yan, the Azure Dragon King, had proven himself supreme.
