Chapter 448: The Embodiment of Wisdom
As soon as Jeremy's voice fell, the golden Moon in the sky suddenly radiated a dazzling brilliance.
Immediately, an immense amount of High-Dimensional Data descended from above, enveloping the entire grand stadium of Valley City.
The density of the High-Dimensional Data was so extreme that it completely sealed off the space within the stadium.
Even with Jeremy's ability to activate his King of Time and Space talent, he couldn't open a portal to leave the stadium.
Seeing this, both Jeremy and Major Joseph immediately prepared for battle.
Major Joseph condensed all the flames into his left hand.
He resolved to hurl the flames in his left hand at the very moment the monster appeared.
Major Joseph knew that the monster he was about to face possessed formidable strength. However, in his opinion, no matter how powerful a monster might be, it would still suffer a severe blow under his all-out attack.
Jeremy, on the other hand, didn't make many movements.
He simply kept his gaze fixed on the golden Moon in the sky.
Jeremy believed that the massive High-Dimensional Data was merely a distraction—a ruse to divert his attention.
The real enemy was undoubtedly still within the golden Moon.
Even though The White Tower had the ability to project its power into the real world, Jeremy didn't think that The White Tower would truly risk stepping into reality itself.
If The White Tower were defeated by Jeremy in the real world, it would meet the same fate as The Sun.
Jeremy surmised that this time, The White Tower would send an extraordinarily powerful monster into the real world instead.
Just as this thought crossed Jeremy's mind, the massive High-Dimensional Data began to converge.
A gigantic sphere, entirely composed of High-Dimensional Data, aligned with the golden Moon in the sky.
Moments later, an arm slowly extended from within the sphere.
The arm, entirely formed from High-Dimensional Data, stretched outward. As it emerged, Jeremy immediately received a notification from The Eye of Omniscience.
[Warning: You are about to face a monster with immense divinity!]
[Hint: All logically sound combat methods you can think of will fail to defeat it!]
The notifications from The Eye of Omniscience were as direct as ever.
Jeremy hadn't yet figured it out when the massive sphere in the sky suddenly shattered.
A gigantic brain emerged directly from the sphere, with a blue arm extending from its center. This blue arm was the same one that had previously extended from the sphere.
At the very moment the monster appeared, Jeremy instantly learned its name and basic information.
[Name: The Embodiment of Wisdom]
[Type: ???]
[Level: ???]
[Abilities: ???]
Apart from the monster's name, The Eye of Omniscience provided no further information.
Jeremy didn't find this unusual. He thought it was highly likely connected to the cryptic hint The Eye of Omniscience had given him earlier.
"No logically sound combat methods can defeat the Embodiment of Wisdom. What does that mean? Does it imply I need to use an illogical or incomprehensible method to defeat it?"
Jeremy furrowed his brow in deep thought.
However, The Embodiment of Wisdom didn't give Jeremy the luxury of time to ponder.
The moment it was born, The Embodiment of Wisdom raised its arm high into the air. From the arm, an enormous quantity of High-Dimensional Data condensed into mechanical monsters.
The mechanical monsters surged toward Jeremy and Major Joseph like a tidal wave.
Without any hesitation, Major Joseph hurled the flames from his left hand.
The searing fire destroyed a significant number of mechanical monsters.
Yet, it didn't stop the relentless advance of the mechanical monsters.
Their sheer numbers were overwhelming. Even though Major Joseph managed to destroy some of them, it was impossible for him to eliminate them all.
"What should we do now? Why are there so many monsters all of a sudden?! Should we focus on destroying that giant brain with the arm first?"
For the first time, Major Joseph appeared slightly flustered in the face of such a situation.
Desperate, he turned to Jeremy for help.
While utilizing his King of Time and Space ability to eliminate the mechanical monsters, Jeremy shifted his gaze toward The Embodiment of Wisdom.
The entity was surrounded by a swirling mass of High-Dimensional Data, almost like a protective barrier.
The High-Dimensional Data seemed to be providing The Embodiment of Wisdom with an endless supply of power.
Jeremy's understanding of The Embodiment of Wisdom was extremely limited.
He didn't even know why this creature had been given the name The Embodiment of Wisdom.
"If The White Tower represents wisdom, then wouldn't this monster essentially be an incarnation of The White Tower? Does that mean I have to find a way to eliminate The White Tower to destroy The Embodiment of Wisdom? That's almost an impossible task!"
Jeremy pondered for a moment and realized there was a flaw in his reasoning.
If eliminating the creator of the Apocalypse Game was the only way to defeat the monsters it summoned, then every monster would be practically invincible.
"I need to break free from this fixed mindset! Just like The Eye of Omniscience suggested, I can't defeat The Embodiment of Wisdom with a logical combat approach."
Unable to come up with a strategy in the short term, Jeremy decided on an alternative course of action: escape with Major Joseph.
"The High-Dimensional Data has already been consolidated by the monster, and the spatial seal around the stadium has been lifted. If we can't defeat this creature, then we should retreat for now. We can figure out a plan during our escape!"
As Jeremy spoke, he opened a Portal.

Without hesitation, Jeremy and Major Joseph stepped through.
On the other side of the Portal was the City Hall.
City Hall was a considerable distance from the grand stadium, almost spanning the entire city center of Valley City.
Jeremy felt confident that this distance would buy them at least fifteen minutes.
"What should we do next? Are we really going to abandon Valley City?" Major Joseph asked anxiously.
Major Joseph was already convinced that The Embodiment of Wisdom was invincible.
However, he was reluctant to give up on Valley City.
He pinned all his hopes on Jeremy.
Jeremy didn't respond. He simply frowned deeply, lost in thought.
Seeing this, Major Joseph decided not to press Jeremy further.
He understood that Jeremy needed time to think.
Just then, the sound of footsteps echoed nearby, breaking the silence.
Major Joseph didn't hesitate for a second and immediately hurled a ball of flames in the direction of the noise.
A sharp scream echoed from that direction.
"Don't attack me! I'm not your enemy! I'm the mayor's assistant!" the voice of Valley City's mayor's assistant called out.
Jeremy and Major Joseph both turned their gazes toward the source of the voice.
"What are you doing here?" Major Joseph asked coldly, his tone full of suspicion.
At that moment, he had absolutely no trust in the man.
He believed there was a strong possibility that the mayor's assistant was just a monster in disguise.
The mayor's assistant, trembling with fear, stammered his response. "Didn't I tell you earlier that I was going to take your companion to the hidden safe house? The safe house is located in the basement of City Hall.
When I saw you return, I thought you had already resolved the crisis. That's why I took the risk to come out and meet you."
After hearing the explanation, Jeremy asked directly, "How is my companion doing now? Is he able to move?"
The mayor's assistant quickly nodded.
"Your companion can move now. However, his condition is still not very good, so he sent me out to speak with you on his behalf."
Upon hearing the assistant's response, Jeremy was slightly speechless.
Instead of continuing to speak with Valley City's mayor's assistant, Jeremy raised his voice and shouted, "Stop wasting time! If you've recovered enough, then come out already! I need your help!"
Jeremy's angry roar left both Major Joseph and the mayor's assistant visibly stunned.
However, before either of them could respond, a black shadow floated out from the distance.
Under everyone's watchful eyes, the shadow gradually morphed into the figure of Ritchie.
"I just wanted a little more time to rest. Was it really necessary to get so worked up about it? Besides, I've only just recovered, and if I jump into a fight now, I'm not sure I can be much help," Ritchie said nonchalantly, a hint of weariness in his voice.
"The opponent we're about to face is an incarnation of an Apocalypse Game planner. Do you really think this is an enemy that can be easily defeated?" Jeremy asked, his tone sharp and unrelenting.
Ritchie's expression shifted to one of utter shock.
"What did you just say? We're going up against an incarnation of an Apocalypse Game planner? Is it The White Tower? That damned thing just won't leave us alone!"
It didn't take long for Ritchie to deduce the identity of the Apocalypse Game planner.
After all, the only planner he had ever had intense conflicts with was The White Tower.
While The Sun harbored a deep hatred for Jeremy, it had little to no interaction with Ritchie. Ritchie didn't know much about The Sun.
Jeremy found Ritchie's remarks completely unhelpful.
He hoped Ritchie would quickly get serious.
But before Jeremy could say anything further, The Embodiment of Wisdom appeared, not far from City Hall.
